00:00The government continues to distribute assistance and mobilize its resources for disaster relief
00:05efforts following the devastation caused by severe tropical storm Christine.

00:16The Office of Civil Defense or OCD has dispatched its rapid development team to Naga City
00:22to oversee the distribution of relief goods for victims of severe tropical storm Christine to the
00:27Bicol region. The relief items include kitchen kits, shelter repair items, family food packs,
00:32medical supplies, and clean water. The OCD said the relief items are being sourced from
00:37various agencies and are being transported to the Bicol region for distribution across its
00:42various provinces. Armed forces of the Philippines or AFP Chief General Romeo Bronner Jr spearheaded
00:49the aerial survey over the severely affected areas in the towns of Bula and Milaor and Naga City
00:55in Camarines Sur. Based on the information gathered by the PNA, the mission helped in
01:00assessing the extensive damage caused by severe tropical storm Christine. In addition, General
01:06Bronner led the distribution of essential relief goods to residents of Barangay Duran in Balatan,
01:11Camarines Sur. The Philippine Air Force said the Royal Brunei Air Force deployed a C-295 aircraft
01:19to help in humanitarian assistance and disaster response operations in areas affected by severe
01:25tropical storm Christine. The arrival of the aircraft marks a significant display of regional
01:30cooperation and solidarity between the country and Brunei. The Philippine Postal Corporation
01:36or PhilPost has deployed its transportation resources for disaster relief efforts to the
01:42Bicol region. According to Philippine News Agency's report, three PhilPost trucks loaded
01:47with essential supplies to assist the affected communities were dispatched yesterday. According
01:51to PhilPost, two trucks carried 720 sheltered torpellins while a third truck was stocked with
01:573,500 hygiene kits with an estimated total load of 60 tons. The deliveries are a crucial component
