00:26let's start with the Calamity Loan of the Pag-ibig Fund.
00:30Who are the qualified people in this Calamity Loan Assistance?
00:34And what are the requirements for them to avail this Calamity Loan from you in the Pag-ibig Fund?

00:43These are the qualified people to avail the Calamity Loan of the Pag-ibig Fund.
00:48First, you need to live or work in a place that is declared under a State of Calamity.
00:57Second, you need to be an active Pag-ibig Fund member.
01:01This means that you have at least one fall in the past six months.
01:06Third, you need to have at least 24 months of non-fall in the Pag-ibig Fund
01:13which means that you should be a member of the Pag-ibig Fund for at least two years.
01:18These requirements depend.
01:21You can submit the Calamity Loan application over-the-counter in our branches.

03:31Because if your calamity loan is approved, the money will be withdrawn from any ATM in that cash card.
03:40If you need to fix your records with Pag-ibig fund, it can take between 7 working days.

03:59No. If you need to reconcile documents, update details with Pag-ibig fund, the release of calamity loan proceeds can take up to 7 working days.
