01:56According to Department of Agriculture Bicol Spokesperson Lovelia Guarin,
02:01the qualified beneficiaries are registered in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture
02:08whose livelihood was affected by the taste of the typhoon in the Bicol Region.
02:15The qualified beneficiaries of the Presidential Assistance to Farmers and Fisherfolks
02:21are listed in the RSBSA of farmers whose livelihoods were severely affected
02:27and there is no hope for their crops to recover.
02:31They will receive 10,000 pesos cash assistance starting tomorrow.
02:37Aside from this, the Department of Agriculture is also prepared for the needs of affected farmers in the region.

03:37According to the Department of Agriculture Bicol,
03:40more than 2 billion pesos worth of rice seeds were left by Hurricane Christine in the Bicol Region.
