00:04to our fellow countrymen who were hit by the typhoon in Batangas

00:07where they were given different types of fruits and vegetables.

00:19Some fruits and vegetables from Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal

00:23in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, Kamakailan, were sent to the province of Batangas

00:27as help to those who were hit by the typhoon, Christine.

00:31According to NVAT General Manager Gilbert Cumila,

00:34the 7,000 kilos of agricultural products

00:38were sent to the Department of Agriculture Regional Office 4

00:42to be given to the town of Talisay, Laurel, and Agoncillo in Batangas

00:47and to be given to the people who were hit by the typhoon.

00:51As for the products sent, the 3,140 kilos of squash,

00:56950 kilos of cassava,

00:58747 kilos of sweet potato,

01:00683 kilos of eggplant,

01:021,516 kilos of cucumber,

01:05453 kilos of banana,

01:0717 kilos of lemon,

01:0997 kilos of pomelo,

01:1124 kilos of papaya,

01:12and 93 kilos of carrots.

01:14On October 29,

01:18we mobilized

01:22and in almost 3 hours,

01:23we were able to donate 5,500 kilos.

01:31NVAT General Manager Cumila also added

01:34that the help was given by their Board of Directors

01:37as a support to the DA

01:39and in accordance with their corporate social responsibility program.

01:43NVAT in Barangay Almaguer North, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya

01:47is a producer of various fruits and vegetables

01:51from farmers in the province.

01:53From here, the products are distributed

01:57to various families in the country

01:59from the Philippine Information Agency, Nueva Vizcaya.
