00:00Some parts of the country are still experiencing heavy rains due to heavy tides and the upcoming typhoon Pulasan.

00:07Let's first find out the update of the two bad weather events from BN Manalo live. BN?

00:15Audrey, the typhoon Hinera continued its strong winds that swept through the northern part of Luzon

00:21at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.

00:23At the moment, Alusia Isabela is being hit by the typhoon.

00:26The typhoon Habagata is still affecting many parts of the country.

00:30It was made stronger not only by the typhoon Hinera but also by the typhoon Pulasan

00:35which is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:38The typhoon Hinera swept through the northern part of Luzon at a speed of 55 kilometers per hour

00:43and it was hit by the typhoon Pulasan at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour.

00:47Kagayan, along with Babuyan Island, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayaw,

00:54Calinga, Abra, Ipgawa, Mountain Province, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union,

01:01Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlaca, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, and the northern part of Quezon

01:07along with Polillo Island.

01:09The typhoon Hinera is expected to move westward or southward in the next few days.

01:15It may emerge in the West Philippine Sea before noon

01:20and it may also have an international name later in the afternoon.

01:24And later in the afternoon until midnight, the typhoon Hinera will remain in the Philippine Sea

01:30until it leaves tomorrow morning towards southern China and Vietnam.

01:36Meanwhile, some places in southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will still be raining because of the storm.

01:42And in Metro Manila, it is possible that it will also rain today.
