00:00Good day, beautiful people! Welcome to Soda's Tech, where we do tech in your life, in style.
00:16In today's video, we're taking a look at not one, but two Infinix devices.
00:22This is our first look at the Infinix Note 40 Pro and Note 40 Pro 5G.
00:27Aside from unboxing these two phones, we're also gonna take a look at them side by side,
00:32see what the differences are between these two devices,
00:34and of course, a quick camera tour and some sample shots. Let's go!
01:27So, here are the two phones side by side, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G
01:56and the Infinix Note 40 Pro. Now, really, when it comes to looks, these two phones
02:02sort of look identical. They also come in the green and the yellow.
02:07Up top, you have the JBL branding, almost exactly, if not exactly, the same camera module.
02:13Again, these phones are ripping the same cameras front and back.
02:17On the sides, you have the same volume rocker, power button.
02:21The bottom gives you speakers, USB-C charging port, and the same SIM slot.
02:26And the clean other side, they feel the same except, of course, we have the two different
02:32colors and this color gives you that sort of vegan leather back texture.
02:37So, mostly, the difference between these two phones lie in the processor.
02:41This is powered by a MediaTek Divensity 7020, and this is powered by a Helio G99 Ultimate.
02:48One is 5G and the other isn't. There are a few other slight differences,
02:54like, for example, the 5G version comes with 256GB storage and a memory of 8GB,
03:00while the non-5G version has 256GB storage, but an option of 12 or 8GB when it comes to RAM.
03:08Both phones have 5000mAh battery, but the non-5G device can do a 70W wired charging,
03:17whereas the 5G version can only do 45W.
03:20That basically means you have a faster wired charging time on the non-5G phone.
03:26Both phones, though, have the same charging speeds when it comes to wireless charging,
03:30which both phones can do.
03:32Another little thing, this is IP53 dust and water resistant, and this is IP54.
03:39In general, though, when it comes to these two phones, I think the main consideration would be
03:43if you want a 5G device or you're okay with waiting it out.
03:48Now, if you watched my launch coverage for the Infinix Note40 series devices,
03:53you'd know that they launched a lot of Note40 devices,
03:57one of them being the Infinix Note40 Pro Plus, which I already have a video up on the channel.
04:03But really quickly, I also wanted to show you guys the Infinix Note40 Pro Plus
04:09Racing Edition device.
04:11It looks so good.
04:13So,
04:34right, really quick camera tour time.
04:37And we have 1x, 3x, up until 10x on this.
04:44Let's focus on the phone.
04:45There we go.
04:46And up top, you have settings, flash settings.
04:49You also have 108 megapixel mode for this, AI ratio, and of course, your other filters.
04:58On the right, you get a portrait mode and you can zoom in up until 2x.
05:03There is no Y.
05:04Here, it gives you AI smart body and you can also adjust.
05:09You also get aperture setting so you can blur the background on here and toggle that.
05:16And then, you have a super night mode which can do 1x, 3x, up until 10x.
05:21Hello.
05:23And then, under more, you have slow motion, time-lapse, dual video, short video mode.
05:29What is Skyshop?
05:30Ooh, it basically will edit the sky in your photos.
05:34You also get a panorama mode, a super macro mode, documents, and an AR shot.
05:38On the other side, you get video and you can do up until 2k, 30fps.
05:45There's a 1080p, 60fps as well.
05:48And you can do 1x, up until 3x.
05:51Ooh, and even 10x.
05:54Now, you can add filters or frames.
05:58That's interesting.
05:59Vignettes.
06:00And then, over here, you can also adjust aperture settings live on video.
06:05What is this?
06:07Ooh, video enhancement.
06:09And then, you also get the same editing features.
06:14Now, you get a film mode which, ooh, interesting.
06:17So, it's basically one of those modes that allow you to shoot really easily
06:21and stitch together a video based on a template.
06:25Now, let's see selfies on videos.
06:30There is a steady mode.
06:31And then, you can also shoot up until 2k, 30fps.
06:351080p, 60fps.
06:37You get an ultra video, ultimate video enhancement mode.
06:41There are different filters.
06:42You get the same aperture settings.
06:44You get the beauty effects.
06:47You get a photo.
06:48You can do a little wider.
06:52And then, your portrait mode, super night mode, and more.
06:56Let's get to some sample shots.
06:58And that was our first look at the Infinix Note 40 Pro and Note 40 Pro 5G.
