00:29during the launch of the book Designing Competition Policy for Economic Development in Asia and the Pacific at Asian Development in Tokyo.
00:37Balisacan noted the need for competition authorities in developing countries to integrate their efforts into broader policies.
00:44He highlighted the Philippines' integration of competition policy into its 2023-2028 development plan despite facing implementation challenges.
00:55The National Economic and Development Authority or NEDA board chaired by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. approved the Philippines Health System Resilience Project Phase 1.
