00:25but he wishes that there will be more job opportunities in the country.

00:29He is optimistic that there will be more choices and more income.

00:35Of course, there are a lot of people who need jobs.

00:38Just like during the pandemic, a lot of people are saving money.

00:41So, it means that there are a lot of people who really need to earn a living.

00:47According to the House Committee on Labor and Employment Chair Fidel Nograles,

00:51more jobs are expected in the country in the coming months and years.

00:56This is also followed by the increase of foreign direct investments in the country.

01:01According to the latest data from the Central Bank of the Philippines,

01:05the FDI net inflows of this July amounted to more than US$820 million or more than 47 billion pesos,

01:14which is 5.5% higher than estimated in the same month last year.

01:20According to Congressman Nograles,

01:22he is happy that more people are moving to the country,

01:26which is also a result of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.'s efforts.

01:31He is sure that this will help our economy

01:34and will bring more and better jobs for Filipinos.

01:40Just a few days after the President's visit to the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits in Laos PDR,

01:46House Speaker Martin Romualdez also recognized the construction of the Punong Ejecutivo in the Philippines

01:52as an ideal investment destination.

01:55Romualdez said he is confident that this will bring more foreign direct investments,

02:01as he sees the manufacturing, IT services, and tourism industry flourishing,

02:08which will bring new projects, thousands of jobs, and a more prosperous economy.

02:15On behalf of the House, Speaker Romualdez also expressed his support for the administration

02:21for the improvement of the country's state.
