00:08Spain Belgium and now Australia have passed laws to protect employees right

00:16to personal privacy to be home and enjoy their family take time for their for

00:22themselves and their own personal well-being and not be distracted and

00:26bombarded by text messages from their boss on the job when they're at home and

00:32California had a bill to promote the same legislation and initiative but they

00:37pulled it at the very last minute and I would hope that they bring it back

00:41because work-life balance is very needful in this hour when we are

00:45digitally bombarded continuously via social media and just because you have a

00:51phone doesn't mean you always have to use a phone I always keep my phone on

00:55silent 24-7 feels pretty good not to have to hear messages and phones

01:00ringing and continual noise and bombardment so congratulations Australia

01:07Spain and Belgium for actually caring for your people and those of you who

01:11live in those wonderful countries that you actually can take time for yourself

01:15and your family and your friends and cultivate what really matters in life

01:19not work and those countries like the United States who claim to be free

01:23well there's a lot more freedom to be had and it's not all about corporation

01:27nation and time on the job

01:29Kevin O'Leary and other executives are upset about even the proposing of these

01:33bills oh well pick and choose your employees accordingly and write up your

01:38contracts in a way that give you 24-7 liberty to impose your work

01:43restrictions and requirements upon them and those of you that are hiring and

01:48firing and looking for jobs simultaneously be wise and choose

01:51companies that actually value your health and wellness and well-being and

01:56don't work for slave drivers and those who are going to bombard you and

02:01interfere in your personal life after work unless they would like to pay you

02:05three times more because eight hours is only one-third of your day and they

02:11don't get to monopolize 24 hours of your time unless they'd like to pay you the

02:15salary three times what they currently are offering you something to think

02:19about
