01:02friend and let it go when you're lifting weights you can only do so many reps at
01:06the gym you're done if you're set you drop the weights you move on likewise
01:11drop those weights in your soul don't let them hold you down don't let they
01:15wait don't let them weigh you down don't let them excessively baggage and
01:20belittle you or bamboozle you or flush through you or keep you entangled within
01:26it's time to lift up your eyes to heaven receive forgiveness grace and
01:30mercy and win go forth and God's goodness in his grace give others peace
01:35and mercy and grace and receive your own and go forth and behold and live with
01:41joy and be home in the Spirit of God there's life and inspiration the Spirit
01:46of God Almighty you don't have to live anywhere else you don't have to live in
01:49the dictates of your mind there's limitations there to live in the Spirit
01:53transcend the past transcend the limitations of your mind and the
01:58internal agony be free in Christ to live in victory and be blessed as you do my
