00:00As I went through my book last weekend, Healthy Relationships, and edited it and republished
00:07the second edition with a few small edits.
00:10I wrote down some quotes that even blessed me, and clearly the Spirit of God gave some
00:15of these to me after I took 125 hours of life coaching and NLP Neurolinguistics training
00:21in California.
00:22I believe it was back around 2005-2006-2007, and then I wrote this book using some of those
00:29life coaching techniques as well as the Spirit of God and the Biblical guidance and counsel
00:34that I already possess.
00:36And I wrote down these quotes, serendipitously, supernaturally, the divine flow came through
00:40me.
00:41When you choose to be you, no matter what others think, say, or do, ultimate freedom
00:48begins.
00:50This is greatly liberating and curiously invigorating to others who also desire to break out of
00:58their inner containment fear, interpersonal struggles, relational fears, and anxiety,
01:07and want to break free.
01:09So when you do so, when you're not hesitant, you're free to be, you express yourself happily,
01:17freely, joyfully, exuberantly, without fear of others' reactions thereafter, you can truly
01:25be yourself.
01:26And as you go through life and you're exploring and curiously discovering things, you're also
01:32free to change and to grow.
01:34You're not being held into one specific place throughout the totality or entirety of your
01:40life.
01:41A lot of people see you in one way and 10-20 years later, they don't recognize you or know
01:46how to relate to you because they see you in one way only, but you're free to be, you're
01:51free to grow, you're free to evolve, and to live authentically and discover the totality
01:58of who God made and created you to be, and express yourself happily and love and live
02:03fearlessly.
