00:00The Bible says we're transformed by the renewing of our mind and that's your

00:05spiritual discipline and requirement and job to do so. The Bible says it clearly

00:12in Romans chapter 12 verse 2 so nobody can do that for you and some people they

00:17have difficulty renewing their mind and letting go of the past the agony of the

00:22pain experience they're in or the tragedy or the trauma but renewing your

00:27mind that's something that you got to do guys not going to do that for you so

00:30you have to determine are you gonna live in the past the present or the future a

00:34lot of people live in guilt regarding the past so they live in shame or

00:38regret others live in fear regarding the future so you have to discern and decide

00:44where you want to live speaking of the power of now and the Bible says now

00:49faith is Hebrews 11 verse 1 you can eat the fish and you can spit out the bones

00:54yes you may have some good found memories from the past and thank God

00:57for the friendships and relationships and the parents and the family and all

01:01the beautiful wonderful memories in the past don't discard or get rid of those

01:06by any means of those relationships but at the same time you cannot embrace the

01:11future if you're bound to a memory you can't go forward looking through the

01:14rearview mirror all the time so sometimes you just have to keep going

01:17and see clearly pray and get heavenly vision from God and go forward with grit

01:23and grace and trust the Living God to renew your mind and your heart as you

01:28seek his face and purpose to press into what he's now given you and be thankful

01:33and grateful and eat the fish and spit out the bones when you eat fish

01:37sometimes there's some bones along the way or some chicken likewise you have to

01:41know how to sort through the intricate details of your life and don't hold on

01:45too tight to those things that would weigh you down or hurt you or harm you

01:49or cause your soul to be grieved or agonizing over the past and just like

01:56when you're eating you got to spit those bones out and keep on moving and keep on

02:00trucking so sometimes you have to discard those elements of your life that

02:04are holding you back mentally or emotionally or causing you pain or

02:08heartache and that's a process and that takes some discipline to do so but as

02:13you do you'll have a better quality life and your soul will be more free and

02:17happy and you can renew your mind and be transformed the Bible says there's

02:21transformation in the renewing of the mind Romans 12 verse 2 so experience

02:25that as you do as you work with God as you let the Holy Spirit brood over you

02:29and move in and through you and let the Word of God dwell richly in you and

02:34purify and cleanse you wash and renew you and lift you up to where you to

02:38where you belong and enable you to have a fresh new song and vision for your

02:43life
