00:46in Bawang, Batangas with Batangas 2nd District Representative Jervin Luistro.

00:51This is the main groundbreaking ceremony for the new and modern building of the school.

00:57Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Don Gonzales Jr. was also present.
