00:12The President's first wife's star is a vegetable in the province of Batangas.

00:17It's here, in front of the City Hall of the City of Santo Tomas.

00:20Because it's fresh from the farm and organic,

00:22Mommy Millie crushed it in the morning.

00:25Most of it is here in Santo Tomas.

00:27Mayor Arthjun Marasigan requested this to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in 2023,

00:34which was granted.

00:35This is our support to our farmers, so they don't have to go far.

00:40It's true, because it was crushed, for the Mommy Millies who are looking for something cheap to buy,

00:45the farmers are able to sell organic vegetables, fruits, and fruits.

00:50All of it is fresh, without chemicals, and healthy.

00:54Vegetables are one of the livelihoods of the province,

00:56and they were able to grow it and make it a trading post.

00:59And so that the harvest won't be wasted,

01:01Mommy Millie will be able to get it at a cheap price.

01:03For now, the President's inauguration is held only once a month,

01:07but the local government is planning to make it more frequent,

01:19because of the locally sourced revenues.
