00:00What is the role of companies in digital transformation?
00:04Companies today, through training,
00:07must and can provide the tools to read and interpret reality and its changes.
00:15So in such an important moment as the one we are experiencing of digital transformation
00:20and impact of artificial intelligence at all levels,
00:24it is important that companies provide both technical skills
00:29but also the soft skills related to the management of change,
00:34the development of a creative and flexible mind, proactive.
00:38Secondly, I believe that it is important for companies
00:42to increase the engagement of employees,
00:45so to involve them, make them feel responsible
00:48and an active part of this process of change.
00:51We, for example, in Piazza Copernico,
00:53we involve, where we can, employees of companies and customers
00:57precisely in the construction of the contents of training courses.
01:01We make them become designers, authors, even actors of video courses.
01:07And the last, but perhaps most important, element is listening.
01:11So companies must and can, more than before, listen to employees.
01:16So the resources listened to are certainly resources
01:20that can be understood in a better way
01:24and therefore companies can intervene
01:26and can, through artificial intelligence tools,
01:30intervene proactively and tempestually,
01:33understanding if what they are doing is correct
01:37to make their employees feel good.
01:41There are the appropriate tools of semantic analysis,
01:44as semantics that we have provided,
01:47but this element is really important for companies.
01:52So I believe that a human management of resources,
01:57which is a more inclusive and sustainable concept
02:01compared to the traditional management of human resources,
02:05is a fundamental step for companies
02:07towards this process of change
02:11and well-being towards their employees.
