00:22released the Baguio-Enteng earlier this morning,

00:25the heavy rain and strong winds

00:28are still present here in Hagonoy, Bulacan.

00:33We're still on our way to Hagonoy.

00:35This is how heavy the rain is in the northern zone

00:43because of the heavy rain.

00:45The rain continues until we reach Hagonoy, Bulacan.
