00:07Residents in Legazpi, Albay continue to be careful due to the impact of Hurricane Cristina.

00:13According to Radio Pilipinas, at around 4 in the morning,

00:17low-lying areas were flooded, particularly near Makabalo River due to non-stop rains.

00:24The water level in Barangay 11, 13, and 15 also rose.

00:28Aside from this, several barangays near Sagpon River were also affected by the floods.

00:33There was almost zero visibility around Pasigan ng Lungsod.

00:37Residents in Legazpi continue to be careful due to the chance of landslides and large flows

00:44near river channels around the Mayon Volcano.

00:48In the report of the Office of the Civil Defense Region 5,

00:511,000 passengers were stranded in various areas of the region.

00:55The government continues to take care of the affected residents.

01:00Meanwhile, Hurricane Cristina intensified while the Luzon River was flowing.

01:05The last seen storm hit the 390-kilometer-wide island of Virac, Catanduanes.

01:10It caused a 65-kilometer-per-hour strong wind,

01:14near the middle, and a gust of wind of up to 80 kilometers per hour.

01:18Because of this, the strong rains in the Bicol Region,

01:22Eastern Visayas, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, and Quezon today,

01:27will also be affected by the Metro Manila floods

01:30that will flood parts of Luzon, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula,

01:34Northern Mindanao, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

01:56Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate.

02:00And also in Tikau and Buryas Islands,

02:04Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Leyte, Biliran, and Southern Leyte,

02:08and also in Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte,

02:11including Bucas Grande Group.
