00:00Good morning to all of us. Today is September 1, 2024 and we have an update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.

00:09Earlier at 3 o'clock, the low-pressure area that we are monitoring was last seen.

00:14In the 205 kilometers of Borongan City, Northern Samar, the chance of a storm remaining high within the next 24 hours is high.

00:25According to our latest analysis, if it becomes a typhoon, it could move north-westward and then northward

00:34and it will remain here in the eastern coast of our country.

00:38We can see that it will possibly reach the eastern part of Visayas and Luzon.

00:47At the moment, we can see that it will not hit any part of our land.

00:53But because this is not yet a typhoon, it is still possible for our scenario to change.

00:59We are still not ruling out the possible scenario of landfall.

01:05We are just continuously monitoring and we will continue to provide updates that will give us hope.

01:10At the moment, this low-pressure area is also experiencing widespread to widespread rains here in the Bicol region,

01:19even in the eastern part of Visayas.

01:21Central Visayas and some parts of Mindanao are also experiencing rains.

01:30So be careful for our countrymen in the face of floods and landslides.

01:36Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon is still hovering in the northern part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

01:44At the moment, we are still experiencing widespread rains here in the northern part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

01:54In the next few days, we are also seeing the possibility of an enhancement of the southwest monsoon

02:01or monsoon where strong rains will be experienced.

02:05This is a large part of our country, especially the western section of Southern Luzon and Central Luzon,

02:13including Metro Manila.

02:15Again, because this is not yet a typhoon, we are monitoring that this is the possible enhancement of the monsoon.

02:37We are still experiencing heavy rains and landslides here in the Quezon and Bicol region.

03:03Meanwhile, in the northern part of Luzon, including Metro Manila,

04:05we are also experiencing high chances of rains, landslides, and landslides in Habagat.

04:12The average temperature in Cebua is from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,

04:16while in Davao, it is 27 to 31 degrees Celsius.

05:24that it will recur or not land in any part of our land.

05:30And the next names of our typhoons are Enteng, Ferdi, and Hiner.
