00:00Welcome to Hannity, and tonight we begin with a warning for all Americans on the left and
00:05right and in the middle.
00:07Kamala Harris cannot be trusted.
00:10Her only core value is her own personal political gain and ambition.
00:16Now for decades, Kamala has done and said pretty much anything to advance her political
00:21career.
00:22Now, that includes padding her stats as a prosecutor.
00:27She sought, you know, she sought these cheap convictions, didn't seem to care about guilt
00:31or innocence.
00:32So the law, rapper Jamal, a true love member, wrongfully convicted of murder, sentenced
00:38to 50 years in prison.
00:40He said Kamala Harris, who was the San Francisco D.A. at the time, laughed in his face when
00:45the verdict was read.
00:47He ultimately won a large settlement over his conviction after it was overturned.
00:51Meanwhile, an elderly man named George Gage.
00:55He was convicted of sexual assault, but a judge has found Kamala's office withheld important
01:01exculpatory evidence that might well prove his innocence.
01:05But a new trial was never granted due to a technicality as Kamala fought to keep Gage
01:10behind bars.
01:11Why would you ever fight for somebody that has exculpatory evidence to be kept behind
01:15bars?
01:16She didn't care whether or not he was guilty or innocent.
01:19She just wanted to keep her conviction record intact.
01:21But once Kamala started to rise through the ranks of California politics, she quickly
01:26lost her appetite for throwing people in jail altogether and adopted the soft on crime politics
01:32you know today.
01:33Why?
01:34Because of their popularity with California's far left base.
01:38Now with the country radical left and that far left base, she called on the criminal
01:43justice system to be fundamentally transformed, ending cash bail, legalizing drugs, expunging
01:51the records of thousands of felons, allowing convicts, including those on death row, oh,
01:57even the Boston bombers to vote from prison.
02:00She repeatedly vilified law enforcement, calling on public safety.
02:04Let's reimagine public safety, fewer police and demanding that resource officers be removed
02:11from schools.
02:12Why would you do that?
02:13She even compared policing to modern day lynchings and Jim Crow.
02:17I don't make this up.
02:19Here she is.
02:20When we say that America has a history of systemic racism, we mean that from slavery,
02:29Jim Crow laws, lynchings and policing, our institutions have done violence to black Americans.
02:40And it has caused black Americans to be treated as less than human.
02:47We all know full well how this worked out in San Francisco.
02:51Crime is rampant, stores are closing, homelessness, open air drug use, public defecation, urination
02:57pretty much everywhere.
02:59Kamala doesn't care because her soft on crime messaging helped her political career in the
03:04deep blue radical state of California.
03:07And in 2020, when Kamala desperately wanted to capitalize on the summer of love, what
03:13did she do?
03:14She encouraged deadly riots.
03:16They're not going to stop.
03:17They shouldn't stop.
03:18We're not going to stop.
03:20You might even call it an insurrection if your name is Liz Cheney.
03:24She even promoted a bail fund to get these violent criminals out of jail.
03:29Four days after a police precinct was burned to the ground, innocent people raped and murdered
03:34by violent offenders out on bail.
03:37Thanks to this insane bail fund that she supported, you know, they didn't have a lot of money.
03:42They raised over 40 million dollars after her tweet went out.
03:46Kamala doesn't seem to care.
03:47She's only worried about advancing her own political ambition and career.
03:52That's why she accepted the job as Joe's running mate only a few weeks after calling him out
03:58as a racist.
03:59Remember, Joe partnered with the former Klansman and he didn't want he didn't want the integration
04:04of schools.
04:05He thought public schools would become racial jungles.
04:07And she said, well, I was that that person.
04:10That's why she pretended that Biden was strong and vigorous when he was in a steep cognitive
04:16decline until the very moment Democrats sent him packing in a coup and coronated her as
04:22the party's new nominee.
04:24If she really believed Biden was capable and really believed that he was the best man for
04:29the job.
04:30Well, why did she run to take a spot so quickly?
04:32Again, she doesn't care about truth, just personal advancement.
04:36Again, she's going to say and do anything to win an election.
04:39Now, think about this for years.
04:42She has enthusiastically promoted far left policies only popular in deep blue states.
04:50She co-sponsored the 93 trillion dollar end of capitalism Green New Deal in the US Senate
04:57with Bernie Sanders.
04:59She co-sponsored with Bernie Sanders, Medicare for all, universal health care, the elimination
05:05of private health insurance.
05:07You can't have the Party of Freedom says you can't have your own private health care.
05:11She called for illegal immigration to be decriminalized.
05:16She wants free housing, health care and education and now amnesty for her illegal immigrants.
05:23For 11 million unvetted Harris Biden, illegal immigrants in the country and many we now
05:29know have terror ties.
05:31Many come from countries with terror ties.
05:33Many come from our top geopolitical foes.
05:36She called Trump's border wall a medieval vanity project.
05:40She applauded AOC's plan to raise income taxes 70 to 80 percent, call for a mandatory gun
05:47confiscation.
05:48She said there's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking and drilling.
05:52A disaster for our economy.
05:55It is the lifeblood of the economy of the world.
05:58It's called energy.
05:59But take a look at your screen, because suddenly the very moment Kamala was elevated as the
06:05presumptive Democratic nominee for president, she supposedly now had an epiphany and has
06:12abandoned all of her long held radical, dangerous left wing views.
06:18She even reportedly went full MAGA on the border wall just this week.
06:22At least that's what the campaign is saying.
06:25Now so far, Kamala has refused to tell us where she stands on almost anything.
06:30Now if fake news CNN wants to be to pretend at least to be credible and be a news organization,
06:38Dana Bash will be playing Kamala in her own words and asking her about all her prior positions
06:46and all of her alleged flip flops tomorrow in that interview.
06:51Don't hold your breath.
06:52The American people deserve to know whether Kamala wants to turn the American health care
06:57system into what the Postal Service.
07:01How's that working out for you?
07:02You know, isn't Social Security and and and isn't Medicare headed towards insolvency?
07:08What happened to that lockbox they always talked about?
07:12Now the American people deserve to know if Kamala wants to dissolve our border, decriminalize
07:18the illegal immigration, offer free health care, housing and education.
07:23You deserve to know how much you will be paying in taxes under Harris Biden administration.
07:28She was up to recently was bragging about the great success that is known as Bidenomics.
07:34She's so proud of it.
07:35You know, one of our stated policy positions, Kamala is planning some of the largest tax
07:40increases in the history, not only of this country, but the world, including a doubling
07:45of the worldwide corporate minimum tax.
07:47Well, that would put us on par with every other country.
07:51And we'd have no companies would have no incentive to come here and create high paying jobs for
07:58American citizens.
07:59And then this insanity and unrealized gain on capital gains.
08:03In other words, if your stocks, if your property goes up in estimated value, Kamala wants you
08:09to write a check to the federal government and she wants you to write it today.
08:13And by the way, if you sell it and you didn't make money on it, do you get your money back?
08:18Even CNBC was mocking the proposal, humiliating one of Kamala's economic advisers in the process.
08:24Take a listen.
08:26Taxing unrealized gains just doesn't seem fair in any sense of the word.
08:31In the very best sense, if you are taxing unrealized gains, all you're doing is pulling
08:36forward the taxes that would be paid later when someone actually sells the stock.
08:41I think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little funny, given that I bet that the
08:44majority of people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains.
08:48It's called a property tax.
08:49When the value of your home goes up, you pay higher taxes, even if you don't sell your
08:57home.
08:58Your value of your home never moves the way a stock moves, the way something else moves.
09:02So you're arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that's completely unknown
09:06in the U.S. tax code.
09:07It's probably unconstitutional.
09:08And it was never in anyone's intent to tax.
09:14It's not an income tax.
09:15And it's never going to happen, probably.
09:18And now maybe Kamala's tax on unrealized gains, maybe that's an election ploy, but if it's
09:24ever implemented, it would be an unmitigated disaster.
09:29Nobody, nobody, nobody would invest in any business in this country.
09:34All investment would stop a sloppy attempt at class warfare to win votes.
09:39But here's the thing about Kamala Harris.
09:41After years as the most liberal person in Washington, D.C., you know, even to the left
09:48of Bernie Sanders, which most Americans apparently don't know, we have to assume the worst because
09:54especially when Kamala Harris is doing everything under the sun to hide her true policies and
10:01beliefs in sharp contrast, we know everything about Donald Trump.
10:05We know what he believes.
10:06We know what he will do in office every day.
10:09He's doing interview after interview, press conference after press conference, rally after
10:13rally.
10:14He's all over social media.
10:15He says what he believes.
10:16The media criticizes him every day.
10:19And as the president, he followed through with his promises.
10:22So if you live in a battleground state, if you're in Georgia, by the way, Governor Kemp
10:27is set to host a fundraiser for President Trump.
10:29Thank God he is.
10:30You can vote for someone who actually wants to make America safer, more prosperous, more
10:36affordable and keep a system that is the greatest wealth creating system in the world intact.
10:41It's called capitalism.
10:43Or you could just roll the dice with a Marxist leftist socialist new Green Deal radical who
10:50is left to Bernie Sanders, who will do or say anything for personal gain.
10:54If Kamala really had a plan to make Americans safer, improve your quality of life, she would
11:01have done it.
11:02She's on day one.
11:03I'm going to work on inflation on day one.
11:04I'm going to work on the border.
11:06Well, day one was January 20th of twenty twenty one while Biden, you know, has checked out
11:13on the beach.
11:14What is she doing now?
11:16Don't be fooled by these lofty promises here with Reaction Fox News contributors.
11:21Charlie Hurd, Tammy Bruce and the host of Outkicks, Tommy Lahren is fearless, fearless
11:26Tommy Lahren.
11:27All right, Tammy, start with you.
11:29Reaction to all of it.
11:31And this is my worry.
11:32OK, in two weeks, mail in ballots go out North Carolina and elsewhere.
11:37In 20 days, early voting starts in Pennsylvania.
11:40We know from polls most Americans, an overwhelming majority, 70 to 80 percent, don't know about
11:47these radical positions.
11:50It would be the job of a real journalist like if Dana Bash was one to play her recent comments
11:57and ask her why the change and just play the next comment.
12:00I did all the prep for her, by the way.
12:02It's on Hannity.com.
12:03Yes, exactly.
12:06But what's even scarier, all this flip flopping is bad enough is that she has not said it
12:12herself.
12:13She's a ghost.
12:15She's running, Sean, as a ghost, just like Joe Biden hasn't been running the country
12:20and some anonymous gang has been making decisions that face no accountability.
12:26It's the same situation.
12:27If you've noticed, every flip flop has been delivered by an anonymous staffer.
12:33We have no idea.
12:34Once again, we have no idea who these people are, but this is happening.
12:39And this is a confession that she knows and they know that their plans are not something
12:45the American people, they don't want, but it will harm Americans just as the last four
12:50years have harmed Americans.
12:52They know that if you don't like the last four years, that you will not be voting for
12:58Kamala Harris because and she hasn't said it herself because then there is what's known
13:02as plausible deniability.
13:05She can say, wait a minute.
13:06We were so jammed.
13:07I never said that.
13:08And there's no video of her saying any of this.
13:11But the one thing she is on video saying is this big event about price controls, this
13:18thing that she was ripped apart at for by both sides as being strange and chaotic and
13:26not normal.
13:27And it would destroy the entire market system.
13:31It would be a disaster.
13:33And yet someone, the same people making these announcements who are running Kamala Harris
13:38thought that would be a good idea.
13:41But it is, of course, a classic central control price control dynamic that removes all power
13:48from the American people.
13:49It's certainly it's not only not capitalism, it's not a representative republic.
13:54This is dangerous.
13:55And they think they're going to slide through.
13:58But it's in the hands of Dana Bash.
14:00And if she maybe if she thinks she's going to maybe trip over into some real journalism,
14:05now is the time to show that she is serious and that the American people can trust the
14:10answers here, because that debate, you know, this is like with an emotional support governor.
14:16She can't even answer those questions.
14:19And if she did, it would be the end of her campaign.
14:23Well said.
14:24Tommy, let's get your take on this.
14:27I think after observing Kamala for as long as we have, I think she doesn't fundamentally
14:32understand not only her policies, but policies in general.
14:36She actually reminds me of somebody who's running for student council in middle school
14:40or elementary school.
14:42She makes these big, radical promises of free things because she doesn't actually understand
14:46the ramifications or what it would take to deliver the promises that she says and espouses.
14:51And I think that's why she is so nervous to be in a formal interview setting or to be
14:57on a debate stage without notes, because she fundamentally doesn't understand how the government
15:01or the economy works.
15:03But if you need to figure out what she'll do, just look at California.
15:08Just look at Prop 47, which she was an architect of that downgraded felonies to misdemeanors.
15:13Look at the homeless crisis.
15:15Look at it being a sanctuary state.
15:16Look at the unaffordability.
15:18Look at the electric vehicle mandates and all the green New Deal entities that is in
15:22the state of California.
15:24If you want to see what a Harris presidency would look like, look no further than the
15:28failed state of California for your answer.
15:32Yeah, Charlie, I want your take as well.
15:34I mean, you know, to me, this is an inflection point for the country.
15:39And I can't think of a more important election and I can't think of the American people knowing
15:45less about any one candidate in history.
15:49Yeah, no.
15:51You know, regardless of how the election turns out, the really troubling thing here is that
15:57roughly half the country is actually, according to polls, willing to consider voting for this
16:03person when we've never seen a more contemptuous campaign, contemptuous of our country, contemptuous
16:10of voters.
16:11She doesn't think she has to answer any questions.
16:14She doesn't think she has to actually go to the American people and say what she stands
16:19for.
16:20She doesn't have to ask for their vote.
16:21And of course, this comes after four years of her participating in this whole scam in
16:28the White House where they pretended that Joe Biden was in charge when he hasn't been
16:33in charge.
16:34This is you talk about a threat to democracy.
16:37This is this is a sort of a nation crushing kind of stuff we're talking about here.
16:42And obviously, Kamala Harris, she she doesn't know who knows what she believes in.
16:47She said some really wacky things.
16:49She certainly tried to pursue some wacky policies.
16:52But at the end of the day, I think that she's willing.
16:55She would say whatever she needs to say to get power.
16:58And all she really believes in is government and your tax dollars and her being in charge
17:04of spending your tax dollars and having control over your lives.
17:08That is all she believes in.
17:09And that's why she doesn't think she has to answer any questions.
17:14Will she be able?
17:15This is a question for all of you, and I start with you, Tammy.
17:19Will they be able to bank enough votes before this penetrates and gets into the cultural
17:27bloodstream and the consciousness of the American people about how crazy, extreme, radical and
17:33dangerous these policies are?
17:36Well, you know, we're going to get a hint of that tomorrow night, because this is really
17:40about the media.
17:41They are all in in gaslighting and duping the American people.
17:46So it's going to depend if people are going to start to get nervous about the nature of
17:50what they're facilitating.
17:52But it also depends on the ground game for the Republicans.
17:56And this is about communication, the ads, the president and the I should say former
18:02President Trump and J.D. Vance.
18:05They're out there.
18:06They're doing a very good job.
18:07But this is about the ground game.
18:09And the Republicans have got to really be lit on fire here because, you know, of course
18:14it's unfair.
18:15But my goodness, we, of course, should be able to beat Kamala Harris if she she can't
18:20even face questions from a friendly reporter.
18:23What about China and Iran and Hamas and Russia?
18:29My goodness, this is clear.
18:31Only Trump can get us back on our feet.
18:33And that has got to be a message that is hammered home unless you want four more years on steroids
18:38of what we're facing right now.
18:40Yeah.
18:41All right.
18:42Tommy, same question.
18:45I know it sounds elementary, but I think Donald Trump and his campaign also have to remind
18:50his base of millions of people that they have to get out and they have to vote and they
18:54should make a plan to vote early, because a lot of people on Election Day, they're busy.
18:58They have things to do.
18:59They're working.
19:00They have families.
19:01Make sure that if you can't vote on Election Day, you're early voting and maybe just early
19:04vote instead.
19:05So you know that your vote is banked.
19:07I think it's really important for the Trump campaign to just reinforce that his base needs
19:11to get out and they need to get out and vote as if they are the underdog.
19:14That's what won it for him in 2016, believing that their campaign was an underdog and a
19:19long shot to win.
19:20We need to have that mentality for the next couple of months and never lose it.
19:25Get the last word, Charlie.
19:27Yeah, that's, of course, what happened in 2020.
19:30That's why the Democrats love this early voting.
19:33And Tommy's exactly right.
19:35Donald Trump's team has to play that game and win.
19:39Yeah.
19:40And by the way, they don't want proof of citizenship, no voter ID, no signature verification, no
19:45chain of custody controls, no updated voter rolls, no partisan observers watching the
19:50voting in every precinct all day, the vote counting all night and the next day and the
19:55next day and the next day.
19:56They don't want any of those measures.
19:58Why no integrity measures?
19:59All right.
20:00Tough, amazing times we're living in.
20:02Thank you all.
20:03All right.
20:04When we come back, Tulsi Gabbard joining us to discuss her new role on Donald Trump's
20:08transition team.
20:10And we'll get her thoughts on the upcoming Trump-Harris debate as we continue.
20:14All right.
20:15As he continues to expand his coalition of supporters, Donald Trump has reached across
20:20partisan lines, adding RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard to his transition team.
20:26Yesterday, Tulsi called out Kamala for trying to change the debate rules against Trump.
20:31Now, during the 2020 campaign, Tulsi Gabbard completely humiliated Kamala on the debate
20:37stage shortly before she suspended her campaign.
20:41This is a great moment.
20:42You may remember it.
20:45Senator Harris says she's proud of her record as a prosecutor and that she'll be a prosecutor
20:49president.
20:50But I'm deeply concerned about this record.
20:52There are too many examples to cite, but she put over 1500 people in jail for marijuana
20:57violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.
21:01She blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts
21:09forced her to do so.
21:11She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of
21:15California.
21:16And she fought to keep cash bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst
21:23kind of way.
21:24Ouch.
21:26Correct me.
21:27Anyway, meanwhile, Democratic strategist James Carville said Americans are hoping the debate
21:32is like a train wreck, just like the one in June.
21:35Take a look.
21:37It's going to get an enormous rating.
21:39Why?
21:40Because there's nothing more than America likes than a train wreck.
21:43And they saw one on June 27th.
21:46So they got tuned in and hope to see another train wreck that people just love train wrecks
21:50to line up.
21:51And, you know, the last one is all was one, maybe the biggest ever.
21:56And they'll be watching anticipation come September 10th.
22:01Here was reaction 2020 presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard.
22:05By the way, you're still you're not on the terror watch list any longer, are you, Tulsi?
22:09You know, another shocking story as well.
22:12I hope that's all resolved.
22:14Unfortunately, Sean, I wish I could say the same, but it has not been resolved.
22:18I've been informed that the targeting package that the TSA created for me when they put
22:24me on the secret domestic terror watch list is still operational.
22:29That is insane.
22:31And we'll stay on that case as well.
22:32All right.
22:33That was a verbal beatdown.
22:35And you came in, you were armed with facts.
22:38Also reports that you are part of Donald Trump's debate prep team.
22:46What do you tell him without giving away, you know, private conversations you may have
22:51about debating Kamala Harris, because she did go in with, you know, memorized lines
22:56to go after Joe Biden and they were effective to some level.
23:01Yeah, they were.
23:03First of all, as you know, President Trump is not a politician at all.
23:08He doesn't he doesn't do traditional political debate prep.
23:11He is prepared to debate Kamala Harris anytime, anywhere.
23:14I think the only place where I may possibly be of help is really conveying that experience
23:19that I had with her on the debate stage that you just played, sharing the kinds of games
23:25she will play in order to try to hide her real record from the American people.
23:32It is clear that now that she is the candidate running for president on a Democratic ticket,
23:36she is saying one thing while her record and her actions over the last three and a half
23:41years prove the exact opposite to be true.
23:44She is lying through her teeth every single day, which is incredibly insulting to the
23:49American people and voters, because she thinks that we are so stupid that we are going to
23:54just forget what she has done over the last three and a half years and all of a sudden
23:58by this new lie that she is selling us.
24:02And, you know, there are too many examples to cite.
24:04But you brought up my being on the secret domestic terror watch list.
24:07She says over and over again she is going to be the champion and defender of freedom.
24:11And yet she and the Harris-Biden administration continue their mission of political retaliation
24:17to censor free speech, to go after people like me for criticizing them and their actions
24:22and policies.
24:23And, of course, their foremost target continues to be Donald J. Trump, as we have seen with
24:28these new indictments that they have just rolled out.
24:30What she says, and this is what I am encouraging people to pay attention to in this debate
24:34and in this campaign, don't listen to what she says, because whenever she opens her mouth,
24:39she is selling a lie.
24:41Focus on her record.
24:43And that's what President Trump will do, expose the truth about who Kamala Harris really is.
24:48And this shows how corrupt the media in the country is because, you know, you have a wealth
24:53of radical statements.
24:54If it was Donald Trump making them, they would have played them a thousand times a day.
24:59And they have yet to play Kamala in her own words, which is why I put it up on my website
25:03so it's available for everybody.
25:05They can share it on social media with their friends, family, co-workers.
25:09So Jason Miller said we had this issue of last minute changes.
25:13Now, Kamala and her team had already agreed to ABC, agreed to the same debate rules that
25:19Joe Biden had with Donald Trump.
25:21And then all of a sudden, last minute, no, we want the mics on the whole time.
25:25Oh, no, we'd like to have the candidates sitting rather than standing.
25:31Can we bring in cheat sheets and notes into the debate?
25:35Jason Miller is quoted as saying that.
25:37I'm like, is that true?
25:39That happened?
25:40Is that is that evidence of fear on her part?
25:44Well, you know, the interesting thing here is not even Joe Biden asked to be seated during
25:51that debate, not even Joe Biden asked to bring in notes and cheat sheets with him.
25:56You know, to me, it just is another proof point and evidence of how unfit Kamala Harris
26:02is to be our president and commander in chief and how she is unable to deliver a message
26:09that has not been scripted for her by her pollsters and the people behind the curtains
26:14who are not only controlling and making decisions for her and what she says and what she now
26:18supposedly stands for.
26:20But these are the very same people have been doing this with Joe Biden as the figurehead
26:23over these last three and a half years, which is a dangerous thing for our democratic republic
26:28because voters need to know that who they vote for is someone that they can hold accountable.
26:32How do you hold accountable nameless, faceless people behind the curtains who are the ones
26:36actually making these decisions and actually calling the shots?
26:41Yeah, I think it's great that you're a part of it.
26:45And, you know, I've gotten to know you a lot over the last year.
26:49And I will tell you, you know, it's clear to me you you want the best interest of the
26:53country, you know, to watch RFK Jr. and yourself get smeared and slandered and besmirched by
27:01people that were formerly friends is a little unbelievable.
27:06It shows, unfortunately, and this is one of the reasons I left the Democratic Party, that
27:11the people in charge of the Democrat Party of today, they only care about power.
27:17And this includes Kamala Harris, obviously, at the forefront now of the Democratic Party.
27:22She and her people will choose power, their own power over the people and over the best
27:28interests of our country every single day.
27:30And that's really the choice between voters.
27:32Donald Trump stands for peace, freedom and prosperity.
27:36Kamala Harris stands for more tyranny, taking away our freedom and more war, pushing us
27:41to the brink of nuclear war.
27:44I think that's a scary proposition, but a very true one.
27:47It is.
27:48People need to know who they really are and what they've said.
27:52And it's the most radical, extreme ticket ever in the history of the country.
27:58And most Americans don't know yet.
27:59They need to know.
28:01Tulsi Gabbard, thank you.
28:02When we come back, Kamala Harris will finally do an interview, but not without, well, her,
28:08I guess, you know, comfort zone help and assist with Tim Walz by her side.
28:14A move that she's being widely criticized for.
28:16We get reaction.
28:17Judge Jeanine Pirro, straight ahead.
28:23A miracle.
28:24Kamala Harris, Tim Walz will finally sit for their first interview of the entire campaign
28:29tomorrow night.
28:30Where?
28:31Fake news.
28:32CNN, of course.
28:33Now, the interview is strange because it comes so late in the campaign, but also because,
28:37well, why does Kamala Harris need like, I don't know, a security blanket that they have
28:43to sit down together?
28:44Harris, what, not willing to face the press alone without somebody to bail her out if
28:49she goes into word salad territory?
28:52You know, it's a move some are saying shows she doesn't have confidence to do it all alone.
28:57Here with reaction.
28:58Co-host of the hit show, The Five, of a friend, Judge Jeanine Pirro is with us.
29:03OK, you've been around Donald Trump.
29:05I've been around Donald Trump.
29:07You've interviewed Donald Trump.
29:08I've interviewed Donald Trump.
29:10I have a hard time doing a one hour interview with him because he talks for two hours for
29:18it.
29:19You know, you're laughing because all good humor is rooted in truth.
29:22All right.
29:23It becomes a two hour interview and then like a third night overlap.
29:27Yeah.
29:28She can't do a one hour sit down.
29:30And by the way, it's probably going to be 30 minutes and they're done.
29:33Well, you know, I got to tell you, Sean, here is a woman who is trying to break the ultimate
29:39glass ceiling and she needs to drag a waltz with her.
29:45I mean, even The Wall Street Journal said she needs a crutch.
29:48She needs to bring not she needs to bring waltz with her.
29:52And, you know, The Wall Street Journal was really very clear when they said this is a
29:56deliberate attempt to limit her potential exposure risks for the vice president and
30:03to limit the time she has to answer questions.
30:06And it will be harder to do follow ups.
30:10This is absurd.
30:11The woman spent in this race for 38 days.
30:14She should be able to do a solo press interview.
30:18That's not edited.
30:19You know, Sean, it's going to be pre-taped.
30:21Why pre-tape?
30:23So they can edit it under pressure.
30:25Republicans want everything live because we're willing to admit what we're saying and how
30:30we're saying it, but not her.
30:32This is a woman who has spent the last three and a half years being the laughingstock of
30:37not just this country, but the world.
30:40And she can't do anything more than cackle and then do these word salads.
30:45And now all of a sudden, because she can read a teleprompter, she's got to run for president
30:51as though reading a teleprompter is a basis and all the qualification you need with Democrats
30:57to run for president.
30:59So now they're saying, OK, she's going to do the press with some of the Democrat Party
31:04saying, why does she have to do the press?
31:06The woman is tethered to Joe Biden.
31:10She is literally doing a 180 on everything.
31:13I mean, now build the wall.
31:15Do you think Dana Bash with CNN is going to say, why all of a sudden do you want to build
31:19the wall when you said that that was a medieval vanity project of Donald Trump?
31:24Do you think Dana Bash is going to say to her, why didn't you solve the inflation problem
31:29or why are you dealing with price gouging or gauging, as she called it now?
31:33Look, she has no confidence.
31:36She has no confidence for good reason.
31:37But judge, I'm sorry.
31:40You have to play her in her own words that she wants universal health care, Medicare
31:46for all.
31:47Yeah.
31:48No private health insurance.
31:49You have to play her saying she wants to decriminalize illegal immigration, free housing, health
31:53care, education.
31:55You have to play her.
31:56They're not going to stop.
31:57We're not going to stop.
31:58They shouldn't stop.
31:59The insurrectionists and rioters in the summer of 2020 that both she and Wall supported.
32:04You have to play.
32:05No fracking, no drilling.
32:07Ice is the KKK.
32:09Eliminate ice.
32:10How do you do an interview and not play that and say, these are your words?
32:14Can you explain why your campaign is saying you no longer support your prior positions?
32:20Because that is.
32:22I've never seen a transformation that occurred only when she became the presumptive nominee
32:28like this ever.
32:29She became the presumptive nominee and everything changed.
32:32The way she speaks changed, which is fine.
32:35Everybody wants to improve.
32:36But all of her policies change.
32:38Do you think Dana Bash, the one who said to the vice president run to J.D.
32:44Vance, she said to him, Kamala wasn't the borders are Kamala was charged with finding
32:49out what the root causes of immigration are.
32:51And, you know, you know, and this is Dana Bash, the same person is going to be questioning
32:56Kamala.
32:57There is a reason that they they were wringing their hands for weeks saying, oh, my gosh,
33:02who are we going to pick?
33:03Who was going to be friendly?
33:04Who was it going to be?
33:05They landed on Dana Bash and CNN for a reason.
33:09And the reason is the woman is not qualified.
33:11You mean to tell me she sees Xi Jinping and she's going to drag the coach along with her.
33:16And now she's saying, you don't need you don't need an EV car.
33:20What are you talking about?
33:21Your whole administration's about EV.
33:23You pass a tie breaking vote.
33:25Will they ask questions?
33:27Absolutely not, because the mainstream media is in on getting this woman elected.
33:32And I hope Americans don't fall for it.
33:34I hope Americans are not as dumb as the Democrat Party thinks they are.
33:39And as a woman, let me tell you something.
33:41I fought long and hard to get to where I was as a woman in politics and in life.
33:46And the idea of a woman being able to attain the highest position in this office, in this
33:52land and not having the ability to go toe to toe with anyone is so disappointing to
33:58me and my daughter and all of the young women out there.
34:02You can't hide this woman the way you hid Joe Biden.
34:05She's not entitled to that.
34:07She's not entitled to the job, just like Hillary Clinton wasn't entitled.
34:11Speaking of Hillary Clinton, did she drank, drank Tim Kaine along?
34:15Of course not.
34:16The woman couldn't go toe to toe with you.
34:19So it's all it's all very pathetic, Sean.
34:22And I can't wait to see the edit cuts next week.
34:26All right, Judge, we appreciate you as always.
34:29Thank you. All right, when we come back straight ahead tonight, Democrats, they are already
34:33preparing for more lawfare.
34:35If Kamala Harris wins in November, we'll explain that.
34:38Also, Reaction House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan straight ahead as we
34:42continue.
35:25No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
35:49no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
36:20I'm gonna catch them Jen I'm sick more mature
36:28Don't lie to me
36:31It's a little bit through
36:49You
36:57Come on, sir
37:12What's up with it
