00:00Chicago, Illinois, so you don't have to be kidding. But tonight we are entering an
00:04ultra creepy, ultra sketchy phase of the DNC. Let's see, I want to say hi to all
00:10the girls in the audience here in Chicago. How you doing? My name is Bill
00:14Clinton. You all look so beautiful out there. Anyway, he's gonna be up there. Tim
00:18Walls will be up there. Don't expect a lot of truth-telling. Let me tell you
00:24what has gone on most of the night tonight. They spent a ton of time
00:26talking about Project 25. That's all you want to hear. Project 25,
00:31Project 25, Project 25. There's a problem. Donald Trump is not a part of Project
00:3625, never has been. It's a project he has said over and over again. He doesn't know
00:41anything about it. He has no intention of enacting it, and the parts people have
00:45told him about it, he said flat-out, I don't agree with it. These are lies, and
00:50this has been a week of lying and distortion and propaganda and
00:54misinformation and smear, slander, besmirchment of Donald Trump, and
00:58everything from abortion, immigration, the economy, energy, law, order. A week of
01:04running away from their own words, their own stated policies. One of the
01:09biggest tonight at the Democratic nominee's
01:13convention, Kamala's convention, they again spent an enormous, inordinate
01:18amount of time attacking Trump. You know, this is Kamala Harris, and talk about
01:24January 6th. Okay, rioting is wrong. Totally agree. Said it that day on my
01:28radio show, that night on this TV show. Kamala, who tweeted out the Minnesota
01:33bail fund four days after a police, oh that's right, you see the fire in the
01:38background, those are mostly peaceful protests. Right there, mostly peaceful. So
01:42far, we're looking, monitoring what's going on here in Chicago tonight, but in
01:462020, remember that police precinct was burned to the ground. Four days later, you
01:51know, there's Kamala Harris, you know, saying take note, beware to Stephen
01:55Colbert. These rioters won't stop, they shouldn't stop, we're not gonna stop. The
02:01person said that these riots will continue. Said she just dedicated a huge
02:06portion of the night lecturing this country tonight at her convention about
02:11rioting, the summer of 2020. Let me remind you, 574 official riots, dozens of dead
02:19Americans, thousands of injured police officers. Remember, they were the ones
02:23pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails. There were billions
02:28and billions of dollars in property damage, and then she chose a running mate
02:32of all running mates, the Bernie Sanders of governors, who made excuses for all of
02:38the rioting in his state of Minnesota. He's the guy that refused to call in the
02:43National Guard while Minneapolis was burning, whose family decided that rather
02:48than calling the guard, they were going to open the windows to the home that
02:52they were living in. They wanted to take in the smell of burning rubber from
02:56all the rioting. Now, needless to say, well, Comrade Kamala is very weird, far left
03:03running mate, with a very strange affection for Communist China, who is
03:07masquerading as a moderate guy from the Midwest. He's anything but. Well, he has
03:12had a lot of trouble with the truth, and the media mob, complicit as always,
03:17one of his biggest donors to the Harris-Walls campaign.
03:22Let's see, he's been accused of lying about his rank in the National Guard,
03:25deployment in a war zone in Iraq that he actually skipped out on, a drunk driving
03:31arrest where he pretended to have a disability. Walls even apparently lied
03:36about conceiving his children with the help of IVF. He's also accused of
03:42embellishing his time as a high school football coach, when in reality, he was a
03:46volunteer assistant coach who helped out with defense. He was never a head
03:50coach. Walls is the poster child, if you will, for the entire convention, and the
03:56Harris campaign, which has been fake and phony and fraudulent. It's sort of like
04:01con artist, you know, Kamala, or con artist Comrade Kamala. But the very
04:07beginning, for example, here is a breakaway meeting at the DNC. I want you
04:11to pay very close attention. Now, this was one speaker saying the quiet part out
04:19loud. This is all a lie. This is all manipulation. This is all fake. This is
04:26all phony. It is all fraudulent. Their true intentions are being hidden. Oh, like,
04:32let's see, eliminating or insisting and co-sponsoring Medicare for all,
04:38eliminating private health insurance, universal health care. She co-sponsored
04:43it with Bernie Sanders. The Green New Deal, she also co-sponsored with Bernie
04:48Sanders. But her campaign says she doesn't believe that anymore. But the
04:52real truth came out. Not on purpose. Take a look. We got 70 days to act right, y'all.
04:59That's right. After seven days, we can go back there and crazy. Right? I tell people
05:06during Kwanzaa, for seven days, we're going to be conscious. Then we go back to
05:09self-hatred. But for seven days, for 70 days, I hope not. I hope not. But for
05:17those who got to, just wait 70 days to go back. Please be good. Just please be
05:24good for 70 days. Then we can go back to being crazy. That's their plan in a
05:28nutshell. They just want to get to election day without highlighting any of
05:33Kamala Harris's insane, frankly communist, policies. Her real belief
05:40system. No fracking. No drilling. Higher taxes on everything. And of course, a
05:47radical foreign policy agenda on top of all of that. And defund, dismantle the
05:51police. No bail. And we got to defund ICE too. But if elected, all bets are off.
05:57Medicare for all, Green New Deal, socialist price controls, taxes on pretty
06:02much everything through the roof. And the great irony of all of this is these
06:06radical measures would hurt lower and middle-income Americans the most. They've
06:12even lied about the number of jobs that have been created by nearly a million
06:17according to reports out today. That is a big lie. We created all these jobs. Well
06:22they didn't. A lot of the jobs that they did create were quote part-time. And they
06:26went to a lot of the illegal immigrants because of the unvetted illegals coming
06:31from over 180 countries into our country, including people with terror
06:36ties, including coming from countries with terror ties, including coming from
06:40our top geopolitical foes. Now of course the Democrats and their class warfare is
06:45nothing but a phony emotional appeal to help them consolidate wealth and power.
06:50It's all about the power. For example, last night during her speech, Michelle
06:54Obama, she said her parents quote, they were suspicious of folks who took more
07:00than they needed. The Obamas have an estimated net worth of 70 to 100 million
07:05dollars with four palatial estates, one here in Chicago, one in Hawaii, Martha's
07:11Vineyard, and Washington DC. By the way, good for them. I believe in capitalism. But
07:17using class warfare in order to raise taxes and costs on all of you, the people
07:23that really do make the country great, hard-working Americans, get up, work hard,
07:27play by the rules, pay their taxes, obey the laws, that would be unethical and
07:32underhanded. But it's kind of like buying a beachfront mansion on Martha's Vineyard
07:38while shaming Americans for using plastic straws because of climate change
07:42and rising sea levels. By the way, number of Democrats here, how many of them flew
07:48in on their beautiful private jets while lecturing you about your caravan or your
07:52your your pickup truck? There's obviously an ulterior motive and a lot of
07:56hypocrisy. Now, of course, the deception doesn't end there. All week, the Obamas
08:01or the Democrats have called for national unity and kindness and joy while
08:06launching nothing but non-stop personal attacks against Donald Trump and his
08:11supporters. And today, Donald Trump responded. Take a look.
08:14Did you see Barack Hussein Obama last night? Take little shots. He was taking
08:19shots at your president. And so was Michelle. You know, they always say, sure,
08:26please stick to policy. Don't get personal. And yet they're getting personal
08:31all night long, these people. Do I still have to stick to policy? Well, you might
08:36notice President Trump was speaking behind bulletproof glass. This was his
08:40first outdoor rally since getting shot by a would-be assassin. But you're not
08:45going to hear anything about that at the DNC. Democrats are doing absolutely
08:49nothing to bring down the temperature. But that didn't stop Trump from coming
08:53out from behind the glass to check on a supporter who passed out because of the
08:58heat. Kamala, on the other hand, won't go five feet away from a teleprompter. Seems
09:04like she's not able to do it. She hasn't had a press conference, a gaggle, no
09:08interviews. Democratic elites are terrified that Americans will see the
09:13real Kamala Harris, that she will have to answer to her own words and her own
09:17beliefs and her own stated policies. They would also prefer that we not talk
09:23about her track record as Biden's VP. On day one, I'm going to fix inflation. I'm
09:29going to get the prices of groceries down. What have you been doing for three
09:33and a half years except telling us inflation is transitory, the border is
09:36secure, and everything is great? Today, as I pointed out, the Bureau of Labor
09:40Statistics, they quietly released a revised jobs report showing that America
09:46created nearly a million fewer jobs in March under Biden and Harris than
09:52originally reported. This was the largest downgrade in 15 years, although not the
09:59first. Numerous other glowing jobs reports under the Biden-Harris
10:03administration have also been quietly downgraded. And today, Biden's Commerce
10:08Secretary didn't seem to know anything about the downgrade and blamed Trump.
10:12When in doubt, always blame Trump. For the border, blame Trump. For inflation, blame
10:18Trump. You know, for the dog bites, the bee stings, if you're feeling sad, you can
10:23always blame Donald Trump. Take a look. Today, the Bureau of Labor saying that
10:27more than 800,000 fewer jobs were actually created than initially reported,
10:32and we have a soundbite here just to play, we can listen to it together,
10:35because Donald Trump is already addressing this on the campaign trail. Let's take a
10:38listen to that one together. The administration padded the numbers with
10:43an extra, listen to this one, 818,000 jobs that don't exist. So when you hear that,
10:52do you potentially think that this new numbers could be a liability for this
10:55campaign? No, when I hear that, first of all, I don't believe it, because I've
10:59never heard Donald Trump say anything truthful. It is, though, from the Bureau of
11:03Labor. I don't, I'm not familiar. Why would you ever know those real numbers? Of
11:08course, blame Trump. Now, there was just one main qualification for employment at
11:13the Biden-Harris White House. If you hated Donald Trump, you're in. For
11:17Democrats, nothing else seems to matter. That's been on display. This is night
11:21three of the same message, and so for the next four years, well, you can expect
11:26either elect a bunch of incompetent Trump-obsessed maniacs, or an
11:30administration that will actually make your life better. Ask yourself, are you
11:35better off than you were four years ago? And also, what has Kamala done that is
11:40successful that would warrant a huge promotion? If Kamala has some big, bold
11:46plans to improve the quality of life that she's been hiding for the last four
11:50years, I think she should unveil them right here at this convention. Instead,
11:54the policy issues section of our website, it doesn't exist. We'll have a lot more
12:00from inside the convention straight ahead. Bill Clinton, how you doing? Good to
12:04see you. Welcome to Chicago. A lot of hot, hot people out there in the crowd. I want
12:09to say hello to everybody. How you doing? I'll give a tour later on, everybody.
12:12Anyway, we check in outside. We are watching the protesters right here in
12:16Chicago. Our own Mike Tobin is watching the anti-Israel, anti-American, and in
12:22some cases, flat-out pro-Hamas protests, which are a part of the Democratic base.
12:27It's still ongoing. Mike, doesn't seem too too big or dangerous tonight. What's
12:33going on? This thing is winding down. It really wasn't a dangerous demonstration
12:39at all. Quite a difference from last night. But they did have some big numbers
12:43and they chanted, kill Kamala, genocide Joe, telling the Democrats they have
12:47blood on their hands. And frankly, what they're doing is playing their role in
12:51the Israel-Palestine conflict, trying to put as much pressure as possible on the
12:56Democrats in power, get them to stop USAID to Israel, and therefore tip the
13:02balance of power. They marched a mile or so here around the near west side. They
13:06made a lot of noise, but they stuck to the rules. There was a big police
13:09presence that kept them on the march and frankly protected a lot of the
13:12demonstrators from traffic. But quite a difference from last night when the
13:17demonstrators deliberately started the conflict with police. They burned flags.
13:22They caused the mass arrest. That was all triggered by the demonstrators. Here you've
13:26got women and children marching with them. They all played by the rules and
13:30this thing is winding down now. Sean? All right, Mike Tobin with the protesters as
13:35he's been all week doing a great job. Mike, thank you as always. Joining us now,
13:38Florida governor. Well, the free state of Florida governor, Ron DeSantis. Governor, I
13:45almost feel like clicking my heels and saying over and over again, there's no
13:49place like home. There's no place like home. I miss the home state of
13:55Florida, but somebody's got to be here. Anyway, great to have you. How are you?
14:02I'm doing good, Sean. I'll tell you, I can count very high the number of people that
14:08have fled Chicago over the last five years to move down to Florida. I have
14:13not met one person that regrets that move, given how that city is run. Yeah,
14:18but this is happening from all over the country. Last time you were, and you even
14:22mentioned a lot of people from Minnesota, similarly have left that state. I didn't
14:27realize that Minnesota was one of the states that had the highest level
14:34of people exiting, many for our state of Florida, where you're our governor, and
14:40the numbers vary. I think they were the fourth largest behind California, New
14:45York, and maybe New Jersey, or maybe Illinois. Yeah, and you know, remember when
14:51we did on your show the Gavin Newsom debate, and that was kind of like the
14:55polar opposites. You have the free state of Florida, conservative principles
14:59versus left of the left, and all the problems in California, and people said
15:03that's like the perfect contrast. But I'll tell you, Sean, Waltz is really Newsom on
15:09steroids. He very quietly enacted one of the most left-wing agendas in American
15:15history. I had a lot of people from Minnesota move down. They were very, very
15:20upset at his policies, both his draconian COVID policies. Sean, this is a guy whose
15:25main line in his stump speech now is that people should leave their neighbors
15:30alone and mind their own damn business. During COVID, he instituted lockdown
15:34measures and set up a snitch line so that neighbors could call the government
15:39and snitch on their neighbors. So he's a fabulous, he's a very left-wing
15:44politician. I think it was a horrible selection by Kamala Harris, but I think
15:50in some respects it's fitting for the campaign, because what I'm witnessing at
15:54that convention, what I've been seeing in the last month in the media, this is the
15:59biggest gaslighting attempt in the history of American politics. They are
16:03taking a vice president of the United States, who they are claiming is this
16:08fresh new voice that's going to solve all the nation's problems that she had
16:13such an important hand in creating in the first place. She cast the tie-breaking
16:18vote for Biden's $1.9 trillion stimulus that fueled inflation. She was the
16:23border czar that saw record numbers of people coming in. So it is, I think, an
16:29IQ test for the public. Are you really going to buy this? Because it ain't
16:33credible. Yeah, you know, the campaign, as soon as we get down to issues, is where I
16:38think their campaign begins to fall apart. I mean, this is all choreographed
16:42Hollywood, smoke and mirrors, there's nothing real about it. You get some great
16:46entertainment, love Stevie Wonder, that's fine, but that's not going to solve the
16:50country's problems. You get to the issue of their open borders policy, you get to
16:54they want to decriminalize illegal immigration, they want free health care,
16:58housing, education, they want to defund, dismantle, no bail laws, they want to
17:04defund ICE, no fracking, no drilling. You add all of it together, I mean, in a
17:10foreign policy that frankly is chilling. Do you know that, you mentioned
17:15earlier about Tim Walz and his background and how he handled COVID.
17:20I interviewed a grandmother of 17, soon to be 18. Do you know that he put this
17:25woman in jail? She owned a little coffee and wine bistro and she decided to open
17:33a door and people decided to patronize her place of business freely, they talk
17:38about a lot of freedom here, and they put this woman on trial, convicted her and
17:44put her in jail. A grandmother of 17, 17 grandchildren they put in jail for 60
17:52days. I'm not surprised at all because I know that there were people that fled
17:57Minnesota precisely because of those types of policies. We also had a lot of
18:01families move from Minnesota to Florida because he locked down the schools for
18:05so long. And you know, he was asked about that recently in some interview about,
18:10hey, there was learning loss, there's all the, don't you regret locking down the
18:14schools, we know that was a mistake. And he said, oh, these kids learned resiliency.
18:19So he is unrepentant about what he did that was so damaging. And he plays this
18:26shtick, the media goes along. But man, this guy is a hardcore leftist.
18:32He really is. When you listen to what you're hearing here and knowing what the
18:36real record is that now the challenge is the media is not doing their job. They
18:41they're, this is the equivalent of Joe hiding in the basement in 2020. This
18:47seems that the challenge for the Trump campaign now is to bypass the media and
18:52make sure the American people before they go to vote, early voting begins in
18:5528 days, that they are fully aware of the radical positions of both Kamala and Tim
19:01Walsh. How do they do that?
19:05Well, part of it is by, you know, speaking the truth in these in these swing
19:09states. I know there's a massive advertising campaign going on. I think
19:12that's important. But I also think, Sean, it's the positions on the issue combined
19:17with the fact that Kamala Harris is a vapid politician. She's basically vice
19:24president word salad. So I'm looking forward to that September 10th debate with
19:29Donald Trump and Kamala. Donald Trump can stand on the stage for 90 minutes. I
19:34don't think she can do it, Sean. I think that's a great opportunity for Donald
19:38Trump to show she is not fit to be president of the United States.
19:42I got to have to leave it here. Governor, I look forward to being back with you
19:46and in my home state of Florida, the free state of Florida. We appreciate you
19:50being with us. All right. There he is. I want to say hi to all the people in
19:54Chicago. How you doing? Former President Bill Clinton now about to address the DNC.
19:59And let's dip into this, shall we?
20:13Whoa.
20:27After the last two days,
20:31aren't you proud to be a Democrat?
20:33Yeah.
20:38And I am very grateful to the Republicans and independents that have
20:43joined us have been up here on the stage,
20:46and I hope they feel better about it now
20:50because I've seen all these things that even I have to be reminded of from time
20:57to time when I get my spirits down.
20:58I love seeing the Obamas here. I love seeing President Biden.
21:06And
21:09I thought Hillary gave a great speech, too.
21:20But I love seeing all these young leaders. A bunch of them are coming up
21:26after me. They look better, they sound better, and they'll be exciting.
21:35I do want to say one word about President Biden.
21:40Remember,
21:43he had an improbable
21:47turn that made him president.
21:51And we were in the middle of a pandemic and an economic crash.
22:00He healed our sick and put the rest of us back to work.
22:06And
22:10he strengthens our alliances for peace and security, stood up for Ukraine,
22:17trying desperately to get a ceasefire in the Middle East.
22:21And
22:25then he did something that's really hard for a politician to do. He voluntarily
22:30gave up political power.
22:39George Washington knew that, and he did it.
22:43And he set the standard for us serving two terms before it was mandatory.
22:49And it helped his legacy, and it will enhance Joe Biden's legacy.
23:03And it's a stark contrast to what goes on in the other party.
23:08So I want to thank him
23:11for his courage, compassion,
23:14his class, his service, his sacrifice.
23:22Joe Biden.
23:38He kept the faith, and he's infected a lot of the rest of us. Now let's cut to
23:44the chase.
23:46I am too old to gill the lily.
23:49Two days ago, I turned 78, the oldest man in my family of four generations.
24:00And the only personal vanity I want to assert is I'm still younger than Donald
24:05Trump.
24:06Last night,
24:18last night in what I thought was a very moving
24:22series of episodes, we nominated Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
24:30And
24:33just think about that.
24:36Two leaders with all-American but still improbable life stories.
24:44It could only happen here. Their careers, after all, started in community
24:49courtrooms and classrooms. Two leaders who spent a lifetime getting the good
24:56job done. Now, one of the things that I've noticed over my increasingly long
25:04life is that a presidential election is unique in several ways. First of all,
25:13it's the greatest job interview for the greatest job in the world.
25:19Secondly,
25:22the Constitution says we, the people, get to do the hiring.
25:30And the third thing is
25:34that every four years we get to change the requirements for the job.
25:42So here's what I'm thinking,
25:46because I try to apply this in every election. Will this president
25:52take us backward or forward?
25:57Will this president give our kids a brighter future?
26:02Will this president bring us together or tear us apart? Will the president
26:09increase the peace, security, and stability and freedom that we enjoy?
26:22To others as we can.
26:25We, the people,
26:26agree. We have to make a decision about these kind of questions.
26:34And every four years, it's a little different because the people come up to
26:41candidates, come up to candidates, and they say, as they're saying now,
26:46here are our problems. Solve them. Here are our opportunities. Seize them.
26:55Here are our fears. Ease them. Here are our dreams. Help them come true.
27:16A president can answer that call
27:18by saying, I'll do my part, but you have to help me. We have to work together.
27:28Or you can dodge what needs to be done by dividing, distracting, and diverting us.
27:38So in 2024, we got a pretty clear choice, it seems to me.
27:45Kamala Harris for the people.
27:49And the other guy who's proved even more than the first go-around that he's about me, myself, and I.
28:11I know which one I like better for our country.
28:19Kamala Harris will work to solve our problems, seize our opportunities, ease our fears,
28:27and make sure every single American, however they vote, has a chance to chase their dreams.
28:44When she was young, she worked at McDonald's.
28:49And she greeted every person with that thousand-watt smile and said, how can I help you?
28:56Now she's at the pinnacle of power, and she's still asking, how can I help you?
29:05I will be, I'll be so happy when she actually enters the White House as president,
29:16because she will break my record as the president who spent the most time at McDonald's.
29:37But we got an election to win.
29:40And remember, we've got a guy that's pretty good at what he does.
29:44Donald Trump has been a paragon of consistency.
29:49He's still dividing, he's still blaming, he's still belittling other people.
29:54He creates chaos, and then he sort of curates it as if it were precious art.
30:06Let me say, not a single day goes by
30:10even though I've been gone for well over 23 years from the White House, not a day goes by
30:19that I don't thank the Lord for the chance I had to serve and what it meant.
30:41Wait, wait, wait, wait.
30:45One of the reasons, one of the reasons I love the job so much
30:54is that in the toughest times, even on the darkest days, if you tried hard enough,
31:01there was always something good you could do for somebody else.
31:06Now, some days that's not easy to do. You've got to deal with all these emergencies or
31:15there's something going on here or there or yonder. But Kamala Harris
31:22is the only candidate in this race who has the vision, the experience, the temperament,
31:29the will, and yes, the sheer joy to get something done.
31:43I mean, look, what does her opponent do with his voice? He mostly talks about himself, right?
31:50So, the next time you hear him, don't count the lies, count the eyes.
32:10His vendettas, his vengeance, his complaints, his conspiracies.
32:21He's like one of those tenors opening up before he walks out on stage,
32:28like I did, trying to get his lungs open.
33:20So,
33:50I'm
34:20going
34:35to
34:50do
35:27this.
35:28I'm
35:32going to
35:42do
35:48this.
