00:48But I think you have to go strong.
00:49I mean, we all know it's not easy to land that quarterback that's going to win the games
00:54that you need to win.
00:55I think he's a heck of a quarterback with the right surrounding cast and the right offensive
00:59line.

01:06paying him because you don't want to go without?

01:14In my mind, I do know that it is an uneasy feeling as a team builder to know that you're
01:20going in to changing your approach and they've been, they've been with Dak for how many years
01:26now, gentlemen?
01:27Quite a few right now.
01:28To go into that rookie mode or to go into a free agent coming in, that's a completely
01:32different building process.
01:34And that's not the easiest thing to do.
01:36And it is really uneasy when you're thinking about years to come.
01:40And if you're also thinking about, you know, what's next to come on the leadership level,
01:44right?
01:45You know, look, the reality right now, I don't want to be commenting on Coach McCarthy's
01:50situation.
01:51I don't mean that.
01:52When you're looking at the big picture and you're looking at what are the next steps
01:55for your organization, you know that attracting potential coaches into the future, hopefully
02:01it's years to come, you have to have the right quarterback in place to attract the bonafide
02:06head coaches.
02:08You know what I'm talking about.
