00:00Hello, very good morning to you. Lots of fine weather to come as we go through much of today
00:04and through much of the weekend. Decent amount of sunny spells and with that it should feel
00:09quite warm. Yesterday's front is now clearing away towards the south east and while there
00:13will be some brisk winds and some showers across north north west and parts this weekend,
00:18on the whole it's generally going to be fine until a weather system comes in from the south
00:23west and that's likely to bring some fairly wet weather to many of us on Monday. But back
00:28to the here and now and yes there is a bit of rain across the far south east first thing
00:33this morning but that will quickly clear away and then we'll have plenty of fine weather
00:37following in behind across much of England and Wales. Across Scotland and Northern Ireland
00:42yes there will be some sunshine coming and going but also a few showers especially across
00:47parts of north west Scotland. Some of those showers could be on the heavy side and here
00:50there will be some brisk blustery winds. Those blustery winds will make it feel a little
00:55bit cooler at times. Temperatures around 15 or 16 Celsius for some. A fair bit warmer
01:00than this the further south and east you go some places seeing highs of around 24 or 25
01:05Celsius. A few more showers to come across parts of Scotland as we go through this evening
01:10and overnight and we could also see some showers for Northern Ireland, Northern England and
01:14maybe one or two for western parts of England and Wales as well. Otherwise there will be
01:19a lot of dry and clear weather especially across much of England and Wales and under
01:24those clear skies it could turn a little chilly for some of us away from the towns
01:28and cities. Temperatures dipping into mid single figures perhaps and we could see a
01:32few pockets of mist and fog developing as well. But as we go through Saturday itself
01:38it's looking largely fine. Yes there are some showers coming in. There's a westerly flow
01:42and so it will be towards the west where we have the greatest chance of seeing some showers
01:46but even here they're going to be pretty hit and miss and many places will avoid them.
01:50In the east it looks like it will stay largely dry with a decent amount of fine weather.
01:55The sunniest skies look like they'll be in the southeast. Elsewhere we could see some
01:59cloud bubbling up and building and then spreading out so the skies may turn a little bit cloudier
02:04as we go through the afternoon. Do bear in mind though across the southeast it's not
02:09out of the question that we could see some rain pushing in but I think that's likely
02:13to stay over France and actually here it should stay mostly dry. Again in the sunshine towards
02:18the southeast not feeling too bad. Temperatures in the low to mid-twenties perhaps elsewhere
02:23a bit cooler than this and especially towards the northwest where there is a bit of a breeze
02:27that will make it feel a little bit fresher. As we look towards Sunday and it's going to
02:31be a blustery breezy day in the north with further showers here. Again a few showers
02:37are possible for western parts of England, Wales and maybe Northern Ireland too but again
02:42I don't think there'll be that many of them here. And once more for central eastern parts
02:46of England it's actually looking largely fine and again a decent amount of sunshine
02:50for many of us too. Temperatures on paper look relatively similar to today and tomorrow
02:55but with that then across northern parts with those brisk winds it is going to feel a bit
03:01cooler at times as well. We will of course be keeping you up to date with the forecast
03:05as we go through this coming weekend so do make sure you stay up to date by subscribing
