00:00In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
00:02Peace be upon you.
00:04Peace be upon you, too.
00:06Peace be upon you.
00:08Peace be upon you.
00:10Peace be upon you.
00:12Peace be upon you.
00:14Peace be upon you.
00:16Peace be upon you.
00:18Istighfar is a great worship.
00:22Not only does it ask for forgiveness from Allah SWT,
00:27Istighfar also invites the sustenance of Allah SWT.
00:31In addition, Istighfar can also reject Allah SWT's punishment.
00:37Therefore, let us increase Istighfar.
00:40Astaghfirullahal Azim.
00:42May Quran Time, Quran Salat and Infaq.
00:53O Lord of the worlds!
01:04And Allah would not punish them while you are among them.
01:22And Allah would not punish them while they ask forgiveness.
01:52Peace be upon you.
01:54How are you ladies and gentlemen at home?
01:57And our audience in the studio.
02:01Praise be to Allah.
02:02May Allah SWT give us guidance.
02:05And always increase our faith.
02:08So that we can continue to accompany Allah SWT.
02:13Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah SWT bless you.
02:15Today, we will look at page 180.
02:20Page 180 in verses 31 to 33.
02:27If we look, it is at the bottom of page 180.
02:33And we are still in Surah Al-Anfal.
02:37So ladies and gentlemen, may Allah SWT bless you.
02:41If you still remember, let us say Istajibu Lillahi Walir Rasul.
02:47Why did we add the alif-sinta to show us?
02:51So that we can drink the wine of Allah with full spirit.
02:56So that we can drink the wine of Allah with full readiness.
02:59Likewise, when we are in this gathering of knowledge,
03:02we must be ready to get the knowledge of Allah SWT.
03:06Praise be to Allah.
03:07Praise be to Allah, ladies and gentlemen.
03:08Today, I am still accompanied by Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tirmizi.
03:13Bilkasrati Wat Tarkiq.
03:15Yes, Ustaz.
03:16Kasrah and also Tarkiq.
03:18Assalamualaikum, Ustaz.
03:19Waalaikumussalam.
03:20What do you mean by Kasrah and Tarkiq, Ustaz?
03:22Ustaz, please explain.
03:23I am afraid that the audience will say,
03:24what did you add today in the name of Ustaz?
03:26What did I add?
03:27Yes.
03:28Kasrati, Tarkiq and Tafriq.
03:29Yes.
03:30I mean, my name is Tirmizi.
03:34Usually, Malay people are more familiar with the reading of Tirmizi.
03:41Even though my name is Tirmizi in IC,
03:44but in CJ, CJ School, everyone will put Tirmizi.
03:47Beware of Tirmizi.
03:49So, actually, my name is Tirmizi.
03:51The reading is also read as Tirmuzi and so on.
03:54Referring to Imam Hadith.
03:59Yes, Tirmizi.
04:00Yes, Tirmizi.
04:01In Tajweed, if the roh dies,
04:06before the lower baris,
04:08the roh is thin.
04:10Tirmizi.
04:11Tirmizi.
04:12Yes.
04:13Tir means thin.
04:14But if it is Saptar,
04:15it is read as Tebal, right?
04:17Why?
04:18The roh dies before the baris,
04:19atah taurumiz.
04:21But don't say it like that.
04:22It is strange.
04:23Do I have to say it all the time?
04:24Yes, you have to say it.
04:25In the future, I want to call Ustaz Taur and Ustaz Tir.
04:28To make it clear.
04:29It is not that people will remember it
04:31when it is used frequently.
04:32Because sometimes we still face people
04:34who read Al-Quran,
04:36they still don't understand the topic,
04:38they still don't know how to control it, Ustaz.
04:40So, maybe I have to continue with Ustaz Tir,
04:42with roh murakak.
04:44Alhamdulillah.
04:45Or is there any other reading, Ustaz?
04:47What?
04:48Is there any other reading in Tirmizi?
04:50I don't think so.
04:52Because it is not the original text,
04:54it doesn't come from there.
04:55Yes, I like it, Ustaz.
04:56So, if it is read with understanding,
04:58it means it is wrong.
04:59Yes, Alhamdulillah.
05:00May Allah bless you, Ustaz.
05:01Ustaz, insyaAllah today we will discuss
05:03the 31st verse and also the 33rd verse, insyaAllah.
05:07Yes, Ustaz.
05:08Ladies and gentlemen,
05:09may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
05:10Before we go further,
05:12I want you to see first the synopsis
05:16which will tell in general
05:19the discussion of our verse today.
05:21The first is the 31st verse
05:23which talks about the denial
05:25of the disbelievers of Quraish
05:27when the verse of Al-Quran is read.
05:29In the 32nd verse,
05:31it talks about the falsehood of the ignorant
05:34towards the power of Allah SWT.
05:37And the third is
05:39the existence of Prophet Muhammad SAW
05:43is a guarantee of safety.
05:45Ladies and gentlemen,
05:46insyaAllah we will start our discussion
05:48with a short prayer.
05:56Allahumma inna nas'aluka ilman nafi'a wa zidina ilman.
06:01Ladies and gentlemen,
06:02may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
06:04To bless our knowledge session today,
06:07I would like to ask Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tir
06:12to read the 31st verse
06:15until the 33rd verse.
06:17Alhamdulillah.
06:18Thank you, Al-Fadhil Ustaz Muhammad Arif bin Musa.
06:21On the occasion of the 5th of Ramadan,
06:23which is a day that rejuvenates us all,
06:25we will continue our discussion
06:27with meaningful jokes.
06:34We will focus on the 31st verse
06:37until the 33rd verse
06:39of Surah Al-Anfal,
06:41Surah Al-Anfal.
06:43Excuse me,
06:45I would like to ask Ustaz Jiharkah.
06:49But I understand that there are viewers in the studio
06:52who are asking to do bayati.
06:54Bayati.
06:55How do we do it, Ustaz?
06:57Bayarkah?
06:58The combination of the two.
06:59The combination of the two.
07:00That's interesting.
07:01Ustaz,
07:02I would like to see
07:03what kind of song you will bring today.
07:05Although in the knowledge of Taranun,
07:08it is said that there is a combination
07:13between two maqams.
07:15There is indeed.
07:18It is called Wuslah
07:20or Tarkib and so on.
07:26Sometimes it depends on
07:28how we want to feel
07:30and get the rhythm of the song.
07:32Sometimes if it doesn't come,
07:34it doesn't come.
07:35Even if the song doesn't come,
07:37the song will still be there.
07:39The song will still be there.
07:41It will be there, Ustaz.
07:43Okay, let's do it together.
07:45We will do bayati together.
07:47I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
08:15We have heard, if We willed,
08:20we would have said the like of this.
08:25This is nothing but the myths of the ancients.
08:36And when Allah said,
08:41If this is the truth from Your Presence,
08:49then rain down upon us stones from the sky
09:06and cause us to suffer a painful punishment.
09:14And Allah would not punish them
09:20while you are among them.
09:24And Allah would not punish them
09:31while they ask for forgiveness.
09:38Peace be upon you.
09:40And when Our verses were recited to them,
09:42they said,
09:43Indeed, we have heard such verses.
09:46If we willed,
09:48we would have said the like of this.
09:51This Quran is nothing but the myths of the ancients.
09:54And remember when they,
09:56i.e. the Musyids said,
09:57O Allah,
09:58If this is the truth from Your Presence,
10:00then rain down upon us stones from the sky
10:02and cause us to suffer a painful punishment.
10:05And Allah would not punish them
10:07while you are among them.
10:11And Allah would not punish them
10:13while they ask for forgiveness.
10:16Ladies and gentlemen,
10:17May Allah's mercy be upon him.
10:19If we look at the 30th verse,
10:21where Allah reminds the Prophet SAW
10:26when he was facing
10:29bad plans
10:31or plans that we call
10:34Al-Qaid or Al-Makar
10:36i.e. evil plans
10:38from the Musyids
10:40to bring him down
10:42or to kill him
10:44or to drive him out
10:46from the land of Makkah.
10:48However, Allah SWT said that
10:50the Musyids would continue to do evil plans
10:53but Allah would punish all their evil plans
10:56and Allah is the best
10:58in punishing the evil plans
11:00of the Musyids.
11:02Therefore, in the 31st verse,
11:03Allah SWT still mentions
11:06about the evil plans
11:08that they did.
11:10If before this,
11:11they tried to bring down the Prophet SAW
11:13or they tried to kill the Prophet SAW.
11:16These are some of the precautions
11:18that were given.
11:19Or they tried to drive the Prophet SAW
11:22from the land of Makkah.
11:23However, in the 31st verse,
11:25Allah SWT mentions about
11:26another type of strategy
11:28that was used by the Musyids of Makkah
11:30to prevent the Islamic Dawah.
11:32What is the type of strategy
11:34that is explained in this verse?
11:36We will discuss in a moment.
11:38Don't go anywhere.
11:39My Quran Time.
11:40Quran Salat and Infaq.
11:52Quran Salat and Infaq.
12:22Quran Salat and Infaq.
12:52Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:23Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:31Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:41Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:51Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:01Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:11Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:21Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:31Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:41Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:51Quran Salat and Infaq.
15:11Alhamdulillah.
15:12We are back again in
15:13My Quran Time.
15:14Quran Salat and Infaq.
15:15Ladies and gentlemen.
15:16May Allah SWT have mercy on us.
15:18A moment ago,
15:19we have explained that
15:20in the 30th verse,
15:22Allah SWT mentioned
15:24the evil plan.
15:25Allah SWT revealed
15:27the evil plan of the polytheists
15:29towards the Prophet SAW.
15:32Originally,
15:33they wanted to
15:35kill the Prophet SAW
15:37or they wanted to
15:38expel the Prophet SAW.
15:41If we recall,
15:43in the book of Sirah,
15:44how the polytheists
15:47attempted to kill the Prophet SAW
15:51when the migration started
15:54from Mecca to Madinah.
15:58However, in the 31st verse,
16:00Allah SWT reminded the Prophet SAW
16:03about the strategy of the polytheists
16:06to stop the Prophet SAW
16:09when the Prophet SAW
16:12delivered the Dawah
16:14to the polytheists in Mecca.
16:17Allah SWT said,
16:18وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلِهِمْ أَيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ
16:21and the actions of the polytheists.
16:25When the verses of Allah SWT
16:27were recited to them,
16:29they said,
16:30we have heard such a verse.
16:32If we want,
16:33we can only
16:35express or
16:37we can say
16:39in other words,
16:41they said,
16:42they can make a different Quran.
16:45إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
16:47Indeed, this Quran is only the story
16:49of the people of the past.
16:51The interpreters,
16:52when they discussed this verse,
16:54they brought a story,
16:56which is the story of An-Nadr ibn Harith.
16:58An-Nadr ibn Harith
16:59is one of the elders of Quraysh
17:01who for him
17:02was a person
17:03who strongly opposed Islam.
17:06An-Nadr ibn Harith
17:08was always traveling
17:10to Paris and Rome.
17:12So, he knew the news
17:14about the kings in Rome
17:16and the kings in Paris.
17:18So, when he returned to Mecca
17:20and found the Prophet SAW
17:22sharing with the polytheists
17:24about the Quran,
17:26he waited.
17:28Immediately after the Prophet SAW
17:30left the gathering,
17:32he immediately sat in the place
17:34of the Prophet SAW
17:35and told people to wait
17:37and listened to his story.
17:39He started to tell
17:41stories from Rome,
17:43about the kings of Rome,
17:44about the kings of Paris.
17:46After that, he asked,
17:48ayyuna ahsanu qasasa
17:51Who among me and Muhammad
17:53is more knowledgeable about his story?
17:55Who is more knowledgeable?
17:57My story about the kings of Rome,
17:59the kings of Paris,
18:00or Muhammad's story
18:01about what Muhammad was telling?
18:04This is a play,
18:06a game,
18:08a game of Allah's verses.
18:10Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
18:12So, An-Nadr ibn Harith
18:14during the Battle of Badr,
18:16this verse is interesting
18:18because it was placed here
18:20after the Battle of Badr.
18:22During the Battle of Badr,
18:24An-Nadr ibn Harith was detained
18:26by the Muslim army.
18:28So, the Prophet SAW ordered
18:30to kill him.
18:32This is a game of Allah's verses.
18:34Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
18:36So, this is the behavior of the Meccans
18:38at that time.
18:40When the Prophet SAW
18:42read the verses of Al-Quran to them,
18:44they played with it.
18:46If we want,
18:48we can bring out the Quran like this.
18:50Whereas,
18:52in reality,
18:54we all know that
18:56the disbelievers of Quraish
18:58are not able to bring
19:00a single verse that is equal to Al-Quran.
19:02This has been explained
19:04in several verses.
19:06Allah SWT said,
19:12The disbelievers of Quraish
19:14are not able to bring
19:16not a single verse,
19:18but one surah
19:20consisting of three verses.
19:22For example,
19:24the smallest surah is
19:26Surah Al-Kawthar.
19:28It is a favorite surah for many people
19:30because when they pray,
19:32it is the one they always read.
19:34Even this small surah
19:36is not able to be brought
19:38by the disbelievers of Quraish
19:40who are able to bring
19:42a verse that is equal to Al-Quran.
19:44So, if this is the reality,
19:46then why did Anadr Ibn Harith say,
19:48If we want,
19:50we can bring something like the Quran.
19:52However, in reality,
19:54what is interesting is
19:56that other people know
19:58that they are not able to bring it.
20:00This is because the Quran uses
20:02a high level of language
20:04that is not able to be brought
20:06by the disbelievers of Quraish.
20:08In hadha illa asatirul awwalin
20:10Al-Quran is only about
20:12the stories of the people of the past.
20:14It means that it accuses the Prophet SAW
20:16of going to learn
20:18the books of the people of the past
20:20and bringing the stories of the people of the past.
20:22Does he not realize that
20:24this is the word of Allah
20:26sent by Allah SWT from the heavens?
20:28Does he not realize that
20:30the news reported in Al-Quran
20:32is the correct news?
20:34These reminders come from
20:36the Almighty God,
20:38the God who created him.
20:40The strategy used by Anadr Ibn Harith
20:42is not only to criticize
20:44the Prophet SAW,
20:46but it is a psychological strategy
20:48where Anadr Ibn Harith
20:50tries to influence
20:52the people around him
20:54in order to reject
20:56the Islamic Da'wah.
20:58He will not bring something like Al-Quran
21:00but he uses this verse
21:02to deceive the people around him
21:04so that from the beginning
21:06they do not take this Al-Quran.
21:08Do not listen to Al-Quran.
21:10There is no need to study Al-Quran.
21:12This is the strategy used
21:14by Anadr Ibn Harith
21:16as it is only one word.
21:18Then they said,
21:22when they said,
21:24O Allah,
21:26if what Muhammad has brought
21:28is true from You,
21:32then shower us with stones
21:34from the heavens
21:38or bring to us
21:40a very painful punishment.
21:42The scholars said,
21:44these are also the words of Anadr Ibn Harith
21:46where he said,
21:48he prayed to Allah SWT
21:50with a very strange prayer.
21:52O Allah,
21:54if what Muhammad has brought
21:56is true from You,
22:02then shower us
22:04with stones
22:06from the heavens
22:10and we know that
22:12the stones from the heavens
22:14are in history.
22:16One of them is the story
22:18of the people of Prophet Lot.
22:20When they were lifted up,
22:22they were also showered
22:24with stones from the heavens.
22:26The story that is closer to
22:28the people of Mecca
22:30is the story of Ashabul Fil
22:32where Allah SWT
22:34showered the army of Abraham
22:36with stones from the heavens.
22:38Then Anadr Ibn Harith
22:40prayed to Allah to bring
22:42a very strange prayer
22:44that shows ignorance,
22:46arrogance and arrogance.
22:48If he is sincere
22:50in his prayer,
22:52his prayer should be
22:54if the Quran is true from You,
22:56then give us guidance
22:58to follow it.
23:00That should be his prayer.
23:02But he showed arrogance
23:04and arrogance
23:06then he prayed,
23:08if the Quran is true from You,
23:10shower us with stones from the heavens.
23:12What is the logic
23:14in that?
23:16Where is the sincerity
23:18to seek the truth?
23:20From the beginning,
23:22their hearts were closed
23:24because Anadr Ibn Harith
23:26was killed by the Prophet
23:28after the Battle of Badr.
23:30People like this,
23:32if we say anything,
23:34their hearts are closed.
23:36Allah has closed their hearts
23:38until they admit
23:40that even if the Quran is from Allah,
23:42do not let us follow it.
23:44Kill us or bring us
23:46a painful punishment.
23:48This shows a very high level of ignorance.
23:50Ladies and gentlemen,
23:52may Allah have mercy on him.
23:54Let's take a short break.
23:56Let's look at today's word of choice.
23:58The word of choice for this episode
24:00is matara,
24:02which means to rain.
24:04We just read this verse.
24:06This word is mentioned
24:0815 times in the Quran.
24:10The Surah that contains this word
24:12is Surah Al-A'raf,
24:14verse 84, Surah Hud,
24:16verse 82, and Surah Ash-Shu'ara
24:18verse 173.
24:20And this is what is used.
24:22فَأَمْتَرْ عَلَيْنَا
24:24هِجَرَةً مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ
24:26أَوِيْتِنَا بِعَدَىٰ بِالْعَلِيمِ
24:28So shower us with stones
24:30from the heavens
24:32or bring us
24:34a painful punishment.
24:36Indeed, Ustadh, if we look at this verse,
24:38we do not see where the logic is.
24:40Where we should,
24:42if it is the right thing,
24:44we should ask for guidance.
24:46But no, because of egoism,
24:48hasad, he said,
24:50I am more willing to die than to follow you.
24:52I am more willing to be punished than to follow you.
24:54This shows a very real effort
24:56from some of the polytheists.
24:58So Allah SWT
25:00reminds us of this.
25:02And once again,
25:04we feel the arrogance
25:06of accepting the truth
25:08from Allah and His Messenger.
25:10Let's take a short break.
25:12Don't go anywhere.

30:28Before we continue, there is another task
30:30Because the doctor earlier mentioned about istighfar and so on
30:34Of course, that is close to all of us
30:36But we also want to understand
30:38Maybe there are characteristics of our istighfar that are accepted by Allah SWT
30:43There are already a lot of istighfar
30:44There are also questions, doctor
30:46The doctor will answer that later, inshallah
30:48Alright, the 32nd verse
30:50I think this 32nd verse is
30:53وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ هَذَا هُوَ الْحَقِّ
30:57There are a lot of words in this verse
31:01Among the readers who are confused
31:03When they read this verse
31:04وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
31:06It is read thinly
31:08And it is read shortly
31:11In the words
31:12اللَّهُمَّ
31:14وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
31:18That is how it is read
31:19Not
31:20وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
31:22The sound is different
31:23Alright
31:24Let's focus on the first one
32:29Alright
32:30The first one
32:31وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
32:32The letter ذ is a bit weak
32:34Don't confuse it
32:35وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
32:37The letter ذ
32:38When it comes across strong letters
32:40Like ق
32:41Like ج
32:42Etc
32:43It has different mistakes
32:45If the letter ذ comes across ق
32:47It means
32:48Many mistakes
32:49Because of the letter ذ
32:50وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ
32:51وَإِذْ
32:52وَإِذْ
32:53If it comes across ج
32:54وَإِذْ
32:55So
32:56It is a mistake
32:57It is a mistake
32:58It is a mistake
32:59To put it in ج
33:00It is a difference
33:01When it comes across
33:02A few letters
33:03A few letters
33:04It is a mistake
33:05That we can recognize
33:06Certainly
33:07Through reading
33:08Or
33:09Personally
33:10When there is a student
33:11Reading
33:12That is the mistake
33:13That happens a lot
33:14So we share it
33:15To the audience
33:16So we can all
33:17Avoid it
33:18Okay
33:19Then
33:20اللَّهُمَّ إِن كَانَ هَذَا
33:21إِن كَانَ هَذَا
33:22إِن كَانَ هَذَا
33:23إِن كَانَ هَذَا

36:15إِن كَانَ هَذَا
36:16before he lined up below.
36:18If tir-mi-zi is read with nipis,
36:21fa-am-tir, is it read nipis or tebal?
36:26Are you sure?
36:28Tebal or nipis?
36:32Ramatis before going down.
36:34And the letter toh is below.
36:36Tebal or nipis raw?
36:40You're not sure, Kemalian?
36:43Just a little.
36:44You want to eat fried noodles again?
36:48Nipis.
36:50Because the letter toh is below.
36:52Sometimes it is read with tebal and so on,
36:56but here it is read nipis.
37:09Even though it is nipis,
37:10be careful not to make the letter toh nipis too.
37:12It should be ta.
37:15I thought it was tir, but it's ti.
37:17So the letter toh is nipis,
37:18so it should be ta.
37:19You can't do that.
38:12I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed torment.
38:20May Allah protect us and save us from the torment.
38:24But there might be a question.
38:26There is Allahumma, Allahumma.
38:28Can we take Allahumma and put it in prayer?
38:31There is Allahumma and Rabbana and so on.
38:34So we ask Dr. Ma'arif Musa to answer that question.
38:38Sometimes we see Allahumma,
38:40we can pray and recite Allah.
38:42So don't go anywhere.
38:44We want to rest for a while.
38:46We will be back after this.
38:47My Quran Time.
38:48Quran, Salat, Imfah.
39:10Salat, Imfah.
39:40Salat, Imfah.
40:10Surah Al-Fatihah.
40:40Tawajab.
40:41It means to sprinkle some water on his wife...
40:44...so that she will wake up at night.
40:46Like that.
40:47If it's my father, no.
40:48He will pour water on her.
40:50It means the water is half-full.
40:52Half-full of water.
40:53If it's Qiyamullah, it means...
40:56...she can still urinate.
40:58Hopefully she will wake up.
41:00Why does Rasulullah pray for Allah's mercy?
41:03Rasulullah said,
41:04May Allah have mercy on the man who wakes up at Qiyamullah...
41:08...and wakes up his wife and children.
41:10That's why we pay attention to Sayyidina Umar...
41:13...and Sayyidina Abu Hurairah.
41:15The people who sleep in their homes...
41:17...can see that they are the companions who wake up at night...
41:20...and wake up their families.
41:38Alhamdulillah.
41:49We are back in My Quran Time.
41:51Quran.
41:52Salat and infaq.
41:53Ladies and gentlemen.
41:54May Allah's mercy be upon him.
41:55We are still on page 180.
42:00Verse 32.
42:03The last verse that we have just explained.
42:06It's interesting.
42:07When Ustadh Tir mentioned Allahumma, Allahumma.
42:12We have to make it clear...
42:14...that in Al-Quran, not all Allahumma...
42:17...can be used to pray.
42:19Because the prayer here...
42:21...refers to the prayer of the polytheists...
42:24...or more specifically...
42:25...one of them is...
42:27...An-Nadr ibn Harith.
42:29He prays for Allah...
42:32...to bring down the punishment on him...
42:35...and on the polytheists in general...
42:37...if the Quran is true from Allah.
42:41If you ask for a prayer like this...
42:43...it won't take long.
42:45If it is accepted by Allah...
42:47...it won't take long.
42:48It's just that we understand...
42:50...that Allah SWT...
42:51...is all-knowing and all-loving.
42:53Sometimes in the middle of the prayer...
42:55...Allah understands that we want to pray.
42:57Maybe it's just our pronunciation...
42:59...because we are not Arabs.
43:00But now we want to teach you...
43:01...don't.
43:02Don't do it.
43:03Don't use all the prayers...
43:05...that we see in the Quran...
43:06...Allahumma, Allahumma.
43:07We want to read it.
43:08No.
43:09We need to refer first...
43:10...to the asatizah.
43:11Ask the ustaz...
43:12...can I pray with this prayer?
43:14If the ustaz says this prayer is good...
43:16...then we read it.
43:18So we said earlier...
43:20...that the 32nd verse...
43:22...is the verse where...
43:23...An-Nadr ibn Harith...
43:24...or we say...
43:25...a group of polytheists...
43:26...they have prayed...
43:28...to bring down the punishment...
43:30...or to bring down the punishment...
43:32...with stones from the sky...
43:34...only if the Quran...
43:36...comes from Allah SWT.
43:39We mentioned earlier...
43:41...how this verse shows...
43:43...the arrogance...
43:44...the egoism...
43:45...and also the very high...
43:46...envy...
43:47...among this group...
43:48...of polytheists...
43:50...because...
43:51...because they are willing to die...
43:53...they are willing to be punished...
43:55...from their faith...
43:56...to Prophet Muhammad SAW.
43:59Then we come to...
44:00...the 33rd verse...
44:01...Allah SWT says...
44:06...and Allah will not punish them...
44:09...as long as you are among them.
44:11What does this verse mean?
44:13It means that Allah SWT...
44:15...will not accept...
44:17...the prayer of An-Nadr ibn Harith.
44:19Why?
44:20Because it is impossible...
44:22...for Allah to punish a group...
44:24...while Prophet SAW...
44:26...is still among them.
44:28Prophet SAW...
44:30...is still fighting...
44:32...to deliver the da'wah to them.
44:34Some of them...
44:36...may be acting...
44:37...the same way...
44:38...as An-Nadr ibn Harith...
44:39...and his friends.
44:40But there are some...
44:42...who Allah will open their hearts...
44:44...so that they can receive...
44:46...the da'wah of Prophet SAW.
44:48So Allah says here...
44:52Allah will not punish them...
44:54...as long as you are among them.
45:03Allah SWT...
45:04...will not punish them...
45:06...as long as they are still...
45:08...seeking forgiveness.
45:09What does this verse mean?
45:11Half of the interpreters...
45:13...say that...
45:14...because there are still...
45:16...believers...
45:17...who are still...
45:18...seeking forgiveness...
45:19...from Allah SWT.
45:21Because seeking forgiveness...
45:23...is the act of...
45:25...seeking forgiveness...
45:27...from Allah SWT.
45:28If you remember...
45:29...when we add...
45:30...alif...
45:31...sin...
45:32...ta...
45:33...if the next word...
45:34...is fa'il...
45:35...it refers to...
45:36...seeking...
45:37...seeking.
45:38If ghafara...
45:39...is...
45:40...seeking forgiveness...
45:41...istighfar...
45:42...is...
45:43...seeking...
45:44...seeking forgiveness.
45:45So the act here is...
45:47...seeking forgiveness...
45:49...from Allah SWT.
45:51If we seek forgiveness...
45:52...from a creature...
45:53...it is not considered...
45:55...isighfar syar'i...
45:56...isighfar...
45:57...that is requested...
45:58...by Allah SWT.
45:59For example...
46:00...we seek forgiveness...
46:01...from animals...
46:02...or we seek forgiveness...
46:03...from humans.
46:04Sometimes a group of humans...
46:06...especially...
46:07...in some religions...
46:08...from Christian religions...
46:09...they seek forgiveness...
46:11...from humans...
46:12...from their own ancestors.
46:13When their ancestors...
46:14...forgave their sins...
46:15...then that is...
46:16...what we call...
46:17...forgiveness.
46:18This is very far.
46:20How can we...
46:21...seek forgiveness...
46:22...from a creature...
46:23...that is actually...
46:24...the same as us?
46:25We cannot.
46:26Seeking forgiveness...
46:27...is only to Allah.
46:28Or we seek forgiveness...
46:29...from...
46:30...for example...
46:31...someone goes to a grave...
46:32...he seeks forgiveness...
46:33...from...
46:34...the owner of the grave...
46:35...he seeks forgiveness...
46:36...for example...
46:37...he is said to be...
46:38...the guardian of Allah...
46:39...then he goes to the grave...
46:40...oh guardian of Allah...
46:41...please forgive me.
46:42This is not included...
46:43...in...
46:44...isighfar syar'i...
46:45...that is taught...
46:46...by the Prophet SAW.
46:48Seeking forgiveness...
46:49...that we learn...
46:50...and we need to be firm...
46:51...in this matter...
46:52...is only to...
46:53...seek forgiveness...
46:54...from Allah SWT...
46:55...and not from...
46:56...any creature...
46:57...no matter...
46:58...how high...
46:59...the creature is.
47:00We cannot...
47:01...seek forgiveness...
47:02...from a creature.
47:03Only...
47:04...what we can do...
47:05...maybe I can ask...
47:06...from Ustaz Tir...
47:07...I think he is...
47:08...from a righteous man...
47:09...right?
47:10Then Ustaz Tir...
47:11...please pray to Allah...
47:12...seek forgiveness...
47:13...or whatever...
47:14...right?
47:15That we are allowed.
47:16But to go to...
47:17...any grave...
47:18...seeking forgiveness...
47:19...from your grave...
47:20...then ladies and gentlemen...
47:21...that is forbidden...
47:22...by Allah SWT.
47:25So here...
47:26...we mention...
47:27...based on this verse...
47:28...we can see...
47:29...that...
47:30...there are two things...
47:31...that actually forbid...
47:32...or prevent...
47:33...the punishment of Allah SWT...
47:34...that is...
47:35...the existence of...
47:36...the Prophet SAW...
47:38...the first one...
47:39...in the beginning...
47:44Allah will not punish you...
47:45...as long as you are...
47:46...with them.
47:47And the second one is...
47:49...seeking forgiveness...
47:50...of the group of...
47:51...believers...
47:52...who were with...
47:53...the polytheists...
47:54...at that time...
47:55...in Mecca.
47:56So because of that...
47:57...there is a hadith...
47:58...although it is a weak hadith...
47:59...although it is a weak hadith...
48:00...in which...
48:01...the Prophet SAW said...
48:10...that is...
48:11...the Prophet SAW said...
48:12...Allah SWT...
48:13...has forbidden two things...
48:14...that are the cause...
48:15...of security...
48:16...the cause...
48:17...of security...
48:18...for my people...
48:19...from being punished.
48:20And that verse is...
48:23...that is the verse...
48:24...that we are interpreting here...
48:25...the Prophet SAW said...
48:27...in that hadith...
48:28...although that hadith is said...
48:29...that it is weak...
48:30...in the past...
48:31...if I had gone...
48:34...there is still...
48:35...the act of...
48:36...seeking forgiveness...
48:37...that can be...
48:38...a guarantee...
48:39...that Allah SWT...
48:41...will...
48:42...will save us...
48:43...from...
48:44...the punishment to Him.
48:45So, seeking forgiveness...
48:46...guys...
48:47...actually has...
48:48...a lot of benefits...
48:49...a lot of benefits...
48:50...it has...
48:51...apart from...
48:52...it is the first time...
48:53...we have to understand...
48:54...it is the biggest reason...
48:56...to get the forgiveness...
48:57...of Allah SWT.
48:59We are...
49:00...a great reason...
49:01...when we want to seek forgiveness...
49:02...we seek forgiveness.
49:03Even in that hadith...
49:04...the Prophet SAW said...
49:06...if someone...
49:07...reads...
49:12...Allah will forgive his sin...
49:15...even though...
49:16...he ran away...
49:17...from the battlefield.
49:18Guys, remember...
49:19...we have explained before...
49:20...the verse...
49:21...whoever...
49:22...leaves the battlefield...
49:23...right?
49:24Whoever leaves the battlefield...
49:25...it is a very big sin...
49:26...but...
49:27...if someone repents...
49:28...and he reads...
49:34...then Allah SWT...
49:35...will still...
49:36...forgive his sin.
49:37This shows...
49:38...how big...
49:39...the word...
49:40...seeking forgiveness is.
49:41Besides that...
49:42...seeking forgiveness...
49:43...is inviting...
49:44...Allah SWT's blessings.
49:45We have...
49:46...mentioned before...
49:47...here...
49:48...how...
49:49...seeking forgiveness...
49:50...opens the doors...
49:51...of blessings...
49:52...as explained...
49:53...in Surah An-Nuh.
49:54Seeking forgiveness...
49:55...can also...
49:56...save someone.
49:57That is what we mean...
49:58...in this verse.
49:59It can save someone...
50:00...from a disaster.
50:01There is...
50:02...another hadith...
50:03...even though...
50:04...there are...
50:05...several...
50:06...Ulema debates...
50:07...about it...
50:08...but this hadith...
50:09...is very interesting...
50:10...and can be...
50:11...our motivation...
50:12...that is...
50:13...the Prophet SAW...
50:14...said...
50:15...seeking forgiveness...
50:16...is inviting...
50:17...Allah SWT's blessings.
50:18It can save someone...
50:19...from a disaster...
50:20...as explained...
50:21...in Surah An-Nuh.
50:22Whoever...
50:23...seeks forgiveness...
50:24...Allah SWT...
50:25...will widen...
50:26...the gap...
50:27...in that gap.
50:28Allah SWT...
50:29...will remove...
50:30...the obstacles...
50:31...he is facing...
50:32...and Allah SWT...
50:33...will give...
50:34...his blessings...
50:35...from a direction...
50:36...he did not expect.
50:37So...
50:38...do not ever...
50:39...look down...
50:40...at the word...
50:41...seeking forgiveness.
50:42I seek forgiveness...
50:43...from Allah SWT...
50:44...for there is no god...
50:45...but He...
50:46...the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting...
50:47...and I belong to Him.
50:48Let's see...
50:49...our resolution...
50:50...today...
50:51...ladies and gentlemen...
50:52...Allah SWT...
50:53...the first is...
50:54...not to...
50:55...speak falsehood...
50:56...and also...
50:57...be proud of yourself...
50:58...the second is...
50:59...to pray...
51:00...to be kept away...
51:01...from badness...
51:02...and ask for His mercy...
51:03...and not like...
51:04...the prayer of...
51:05...Nadir ibn Harith...
51:06...and the third is...
51:07...to seek forgiveness...
51:08...and do good deeds...
51:09...from...
51:10...His mercy.
51:11Alhamdulillah...
51:12...ladies and gentlemen...
51:13...we have finished our session...
51:14...today...
51:15...I would like to ask...
51:16...Al-Fadhil Ustaz...
51:17...to read the prayer...
51:18...please Ustaz.
51:19Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim...
51:20...Alhamdulillah...
51:21...wa salatu wa salamu ala Rasulillah...
51:22...O Allah our Lord...
51:23...forgive all our sins...
51:24...O Allah...
51:25...accept our repentance...
51:26...and ask for forgiveness...
51:27...O Allah...
51:28...forgive our sins...
51:29...O Allah...
51:30...our parents...
51:31...our companions...
51:32...our relatives...
51:33...all Muslims...
51:34...O Allah...
51:35...save us...
51:36...from your torment...
51:37...O Allah...
51:39...O Allah...
51:40...save our hearts...
51:41...O Allah...
51:42...do not make us...
51:43...proud...
51:44...and arrogant...
51:45...O Allah...
51:46...save our tongue...
51:47...from lies...
51:48...and treason...
51:49...O Allah...
51:50...speak of bad things...
51:51...and be a false witness...
51:52...O Allah...
51:53...make us...
51:54...believers...
51:55...righteous people...
51:56...people who please us...
51:57...O Allah...
51:58...Alhamdulillah...
51:59...Rabbil Alamin...
52:00...Alhamdulillah...
52:01...that's it...
52:02...Alhamdulillah...
52:03...together...
52:04...we learn today...
52:05...to be humble...
52:06...and practice together...
52:07...hopefully...
52:08...Al-Qur'an...
52:09...will be a source of healing...
52:10...for all of us...
52:11...the martyrs...
52:12...who have been mentioned...
52:13...and explained...
52:14...by Dr. Fauzi...
52:15...just now...
52:16...hopefully...
52:17...give an impression...
52:18...in our hearts...
52:19...to always value...
52:20...and consider...
52:21...ourselves...
52:22...for that...
52:23...together...
52:24...we translate...
52:25...in...

52:34...Al-Qur'an...
52:35...to all of our society...
52:36...all of us...
52:37...God willing...
52:38...the good...
52:39...comes from...
52:40...Allah SWT...
52:41...and the weakness...
52:42...is my own...
52:43...and also...
52:44...hopefully...
52:45...we are forgiven...
52:46...by Allah SWT...
52:47...and...
