07:57to bring all the resources to the land of Mecca, food, building materials, all of it,
08:07only needed for the Muslims.
08:10And if we look at the Hajj season, 1.8 million people attended.
08:15And that is also true.
08:18There are also those who didn't attend.
08:20More or less a million people attended.
08:22So, to show that as many people as possible can eat, can drink, can do all of those things,
08:28and all of that is the source of income for Mecca,
08:33and more than that, all of the needs that are there can be fulfilled.
08:38Likewise, when it is stated that the policies are domestic,
08:41policies for the country,
08:43in the country,
08:45it is stated at the beginning of the first verse of Surah At-Tawbah,
08:48Allah states the following policies,
08:55i.e. war.
08:57This is the controversial verse,
08:59in Surah Al-Anfal or Surah At-Tawbah,
09:01or in some other Surahs of Madaniyyah,
09:03when it is mentioned about the term
09:06Before this, we have already met the term jihad.
09:09Jihad is often misunderstood,
09:12i.e. jihad, usually people say it is related to war.
09:16Actually, war is one of jihad,
09:19but jihad in Makkah is when someone is serious
09:23to follow the guidance from Allah SWT.
09:27For you, Haji,
09:29Haji women who are present today,
09:31who are in front of the TV screen,
09:33or on Facebook,
09:34or wherever,
09:35when you are serious,
09:37you study Al-Quran,
09:38you come from far away,
09:39from Manjung,
09:40at 4 am,
09:41when you are serious,
09:42in Arabic, it is called jihad,
09:44or juhud.
09:45We fight against ourselves,
09:47we get up, get on the bus,
09:49to come to Majlis Ilmu,
09:51then this is jihad fi sabili.
09:54This is one of them.
09:55Other than we fight to fulfill our daily responsibilities,
09:59we follow what Allah has decreed,
10:03and we try to avoid any kind of damage,
10:07corruption,
10:08and all the forbidden things
10:11that Allah has given,
10:13that are carried out in a country.
10:16That is jihad.
10:17But here, Allah continues to say,
10:19the word qahtilu,
10:20which means to kill or to fight.
10:22Why does Allah continue to bring this up,
10:25and this is the verse that is rarely discussed.
10:29If an apologetic Muslim says,
10:32this verse was only at the time of the Prophet.
10:34At that time, we did not pay attention.
10:36Or for those who are not Muslims,
10:38among the Orientalists,
10:39they will say that this is the reason
10:41why this Islam is a religion
10:44that promotes terrorism.
10:46Violence in religion.
10:48If you read just one verse,
10:50if you read this verse,
10:51you will see the style.
10:52After this, you have to buy a sword.
10:54This sword is ready to kill
10:56those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day.
10:59If that is read without understanding the context.
11:02So, what is the actual context?
11:04We take a break first.
11:05Come to Quran Time.
11:06Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
11:07God willing.
11:11Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.

18:00Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
18:28Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
18:58Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
19:28Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
19:52Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
20:22Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
20:36Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
20:48Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
21:16Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
21:32Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
21:58Quran, Salat, and Jum'ah.
22:12This dangerous person, of course, in the policy of a country,
22:15this person needs to be banished or destroyed.
22:20Because he will destroy a country.
22:22He may take information from that country and then leak it.
22:27He takes information from the army, the security of the country,
22:30and leaks it so that the country can be attacked.
22:32And whoever wants a country is not safe at the moment.
22:36So, Jizyah is a duty for them to promise and be protected.
22:43And the term for them is Kafir Mu'ahad,
22:46Kafir who promises based on a promise,
22:49or Kafir Dhimmi, Kafir who is protected and obligatory.
22:53The Muslims, when they know that they have to pay tax,
22:55according to the existing rules, they do not go against Islam,
22:58they do not go against the rules of Islam,
23:01then this person should not be disturbed.
23:03He gets protection, and that is what happens in Madinah.
23:06The Jews and Christians are safe and secure at the moment.
23:09In the history of the Islamic state,
23:12those who are Christian,
23:14those who are of any religion,
23:16they are okay with it.
23:17There is no such thing as bringing a sword and stabbing them in the head.
23:20No.
23:21And this is the way of understanding verse 29.
23:24It is only fought when they do not pay Jizyah as one,
23:30a sign that they do not agree,
23:33and they will only fight against the Muslims
23:37and destroy security for all countries.
23:40Bringing to the word of choice this time,
23:42let us see.
23:43The word is Wahum Sa'irun.
23:47Sa'irun from the word Sa'irah,
23:49small, insult, obey.
23:51This is also one thing that we want to discuss after this.
23:54Are we looking at the scholars of the Bible as insults at the moment?
23:58The term here is small insult.
24:00We will discuss this later,
24:02but let us take a short break.
24:04Quran Time.
24:28Quran Time.
24:58Quran Time.
25:12Quran Time.
25:26Quran Time.
25:38One thing,
25:39I'll go back to the point that the professor mentioned.
25:42We realise that we can do that in the Bible.
25:45That is one of the clues for me.
25:48Professor, please give us some advice.
25:50This is a common problem that we face.
25:56We look at our friends.
25:58For example,
25:59when I was studying,
26:01I had a friend who was an Isha'ukuk.
26:03He was an Isha'ukuk.
26:04But, during the month of Ramadan,
26:06he could stop.
26:07Meaning, he could actually stop.
26:09He didn't even break the fast.
26:10Some people would break the fast with Isha'ukuk.
26:13But, he didn't break the fast with Isha'ukuk.
26:14He could stop during the month of Ramadan.
26:16After Ramadan, he would start Isha'ukuk again.
26:19I think this is similar to other things.
26:21Some people like to watch movies...
26:24...or bad things.
26:26But, during the month of Ramadan, he could stop.
26:28This shows that he has the strength to do those things.
26:33But, at the same time, he needs a support system.
26:51In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
27:21Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 29
27:35Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad.
27:38Alhamdulillah, we are back.
27:40It is Quran time.
27:41Quran, Salat and Ifa.
27:43Alhamdulillah, we heard some of the verses of verse 29.
27:47After this, we will let Ustaz Fazlurul Rehak rest for a while...
27:52...to regain his energy.
27:55And also, as usual, we will look at the Hukum Haqqan Tajweed...
28:02...in verse 29, which we have read several times.
28:10Verse 29.
28:14We will look at which part we want to take.
28:23In the verse,
28:34One, two, start.
29:04In this verse, there are several letters, ra.
29:13There are three letters, ra.
29:14The meaning of these letters, ra, are letters that are sometimes thick, sometimes thin.
29:21Sometimes it is thick, sometimes it is thin.
29:26Okay.
29:27There are two situations.
29:28If the letter is thick,
29:33whether it is below, in front, above, or dead,
29:38it doesn't matter what it is,
29:40it is still thick.
29:42But the letter ra,
29:44sometimes it is thick, sometimes it is thin.
29:48Therefore, the first one,
29:51Is ra thick or thin?
29:54Thin.
29:55Why?
29:56Because ra is below.
29:58And it is thick.
30:00When it is thick,
30:01if we say it is thin twice,
30:07It is dead, ra is in a thin state.
30:10Not yuharrri,
30:12then it is thin.
30:13Right?
30:19Say it.
30:23One more time.
30:30The second one,
30:33Is ra thick or thin?
30:36Thick.
30:37Why?
30:38Because ra is above.
30:39Therefore, it is always thick.
30:42The first one is thin,
30:43the second one is thick.
30:47Say it.
30:52Give it time.
30:54Don't say,
30:56No.
30:57It means,
30:58it is too fast.
30:59When there is a subdue,
31:02it represents two letters.
31:04When there are two letters,
31:05there is a time.
31:09Dead.
31:10ر
31:11Not,
31:15Then,
31:18At the end, ra is above.
31:19Thick.
31:20Okay.
31:21Let's try.
31:55Don't.
31:56Ra,
31:57where is the mahras?
31:59At the tip of the tongue.
32:00At the tip of the tongue.
32:02Not at the mouth.
32:03Not,
32:06That is,
32:08It is not solid.

37:28And make it for us two evidences, O Lord of the worlds.
37:58O Lord of the worlds, O Lord of the worlds, O Lord of the worlds, O Lord of the worlds.
38:28O Lord of the worlds, O Lord of the worlds, O Lord of the worlds.
38:56The situation was very tense.
38:58In the battle of Khandaq, the Muslims dug a trench.
39:01So Rasulullah wanted to see what the situation of the enemy was.
39:03It was very tense because the wind was strong and the weather was very cold.
39:07Then Rasulullah said, who dares to go?
39:10Who dares to go?
39:12Rasulullah said, in the hadith, he said,
39:14Rasulullah said, isn't there a man who can be a spy to see what the enemy army was doing?
39:26All the companions didn't dare to go.
39:28Because who would dare to go and ask for the enemy army?
39:30Then in a dark night like that, in a cold and complicated situation,
39:33there was no one who dared to go.
39:35Then Rasulullah called for Huzaifa.
39:37Huzaifa.
39:38Huzaifa.
39:39Huzaifa.
39:40Huzaifa.
39:41Huzaifa.
39:42Huzaifa.
39:43Or even in the story, Huzaifa was already close to Abu Sufyan.
39:48Abu Sufyan, when he was leading the enemy army, he was already close.
39:52He said in the hadith, if I shoot, it will hit Abu Sufyan.
40:13In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
40:43Of course, when talking about this faith,
40:45if in a country now, for example,
40:47if a person is born in a country,
40:49then he gets a lot of advantages.
40:51He can go to school, pay low,
40:54but if he is an outsider, he may have to pay high.
40:56Including the university,
40:57he may have to pay higher if a person is born outside
41:00because he is not born in a country.
41:03For an Islamic country,
41:04an important password for a people is not only because of their birth,
41:10but because there is a word,
41:12Ash hadu an la ilaha illallah, wa ash hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah,
41:15then he is worthy to get all facilities in a country.
41:21And for others who do not have the word of Tawheed,
41:25if they want to get security,
41:27then they need to pay Jizya.
41:30Ayat 29.
41:31We read it again with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tirmizi.
41:34Alhamdulillah.
41:35We read it again, Ayat 29.
41:37Because the Ayat 29 is not too long,
41:40that is why I read it.
41:41If I read it slowly,
41:43you can see the words for the sake of the words.
41:46Although the meaning is a bit hard there,
41:50but you have to understand it well.
41:52Insha'Allah, hopefully we can learn it together.
41:54I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.

43:43Surah Qu'tas Ma'udh, Verse 29
43:55''Until they are in Change,
43:59What does Change mean?
44:00They need to surrender themselves with their own hands to the Islamic government
44:08And they, the term soriron means small or submissive to the rules in an Islamic country
44:18Why do they need to be submissive or feel submissive?
44:21Because one, the one who is in power is the Islamic government
44:25Two, they are submissive to the rules of Islam from Allah
44:32And three, in order to obtain security, to keep their property safe in an Islamic country
44:40They need to pay alimony to the people of the book
44:44So this is a social contract that is built and it is normal for any country
44:54And even if they are already in an Islamic country
44:58The important password is the word of Tawhid that we discussed a while ago
45:02And that is our struggle
45:04Our struggle is compared to us thinking that this is a Malay person
45:08This is a Chinese person, this is an Indian person
45:10If we only count to the nation, we cannot change the nation
45:15Because we were born in a different nation
45:18So there is an unfair value there
45:20But if that person insists on the word La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah
45:27Or La ilaha illallah Muhammad Rasulullah
45:29Everyone has a chance to obtain security, to obtain ease
45:35Because it can be changed, right?
45:38Changed to the word of Tawhid itself
45:41So in this verse, when it starts with Qa tilu
45:45Once again, we need to remember that it is not an individual action
45:50That we can fight, we can fight and so on
45:54This is a declaration on the level of a country
45:57And more than that, we understand this thing
46:01Not because Islam promotes violence
46:04That is important
46:05It is to avoid people who are dangerous
46:09When people do not believe in Allah, the Day of Judgment or religion change
46:13For example, in the Jewish religion, there is a rule that they have changed
46:19When a woman gets married, her head must be shaved
46:22This is one of the teachings
46:24And that is because there is among their rabbis
46:27I have just read that when the head is shaved, it must be covered
46:32Because their rule is that it cannot be seen, even if it is as long as one hair
46:37For a woman who is already married
46:39What she sells, her bid'ah, she sells fake hair
46:43So if a woman wants to feel like she has hair
46:46Then she wears the fake hair, certified by rabbis
46:50Passed on by their ustaz
46:54So to show how, why non-Muslims
46:58Sometimes say, if abroad
47:01If you talk to an Islamic person there
47:04He said, why do you wear a veil?
47:07Because of baldness
47:10Apparently, how did he get the idea?
47:13He got the idea from the Jews
47:15When they get married, when a woman gets married
47:17Then they have to shave their heads
47:19They have to shave every month
47:21They have to cut it until it looks like a pilgrimage
47:24And if they do not want to show their baldness
47:27They will wear a veil or a cap
47:32So that will actually cause an oppression
47:36To the group of women
47:38If our daughter is beautiful right now
47:40Our daughter is beautiful, she has hair and everything
47:42In the end, she does not want to get married
47:44Because if she gets married later, if she follows the Jews
47:47Her bald head will be gone
47:49Even if she meets her father, she will be bald
47:51And that is not a lesson
47:54That is noble from Allah SWT
47:57This brings us to our resolution this time
48:00The first is to give security and safety
48:03To non-Muslims who are not oppressors
48:06The second is to show gentleness and firmness
48:08As a good Muslim
48:10We talk about war
48:12Only to those who destroy the safety
48:15And the sum of religious values
48:18Or the value of goodness in a country
48:21And the third is to strengthen and promote
48:23Islamic law as a guide to the country
48:25Because when there is Islamic law
48:27Which is just and good
48:29Then it is not only good for the Muslim community
48:32But for all humans
48:34And this has been witnessed in history
48:37From the time of the Prophet
48:38Until the fall of the Muslim community
48:40In 1924
48:42We pray to Allah SWT
48:44The Islamic country is built with the true Islamic law
48:47And we pray at the end with Ustaz Tirmidhi
48:55O Allah, forgive us our sins and our mistakes
48:58O Allah, ease our affairs in this world
49:01O Allah, ease our affairs in this world
49:04O Allah, grant us strength
49:06So that we can do what pleases you
49:08O Allah, grant us your religion
49:11O Allah, which we always follow
49:13Our noble Prophet Muhammad SAW
49:16O Allah, gather us in the hereafter
49:18O Allah, in your heaven
49:20O Allah, in your goodness
49:22O Allah, save our country
49:24O Allah, fix our country
49:26O Allah, make us the leaders of the righteous
49:28O Allah, praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds
49:30Ameen, Ameen, O Lord of the worlds
49:32May Allah accept our prayers
49:34This country will return to the true Islamic law
49:38So that it is not only safe for Muslims
49:41But also for non-Muslims
49:43That is the value in Surah At-Tawbah
49:46And we want to move in the movement of Al-Quran
49:49The opportunity for you to contribute
49:51To implement the awareness programs
49:53In your respective locations
49:55So that the true Islam
49:57From Al-Quran can be implemented
49:59So that we are no longer afraid
50:01If there is a leader, there is no more corruption
50:04There is no more discrimination among the people
50:07As long as it is based on merit
50:09Based on goodness and the word of Tawheed
50:12Then that person will be elevated
50:14And given ease in a country
50:18We will meet again in the next series
50:20To understand together again
50:22How do we want to repent
50:24If we repent by praying for our country
50:28Implementing Sharia
50:30Although we have a lot of sins
50:32But we continue to support
50:34The struggle of Al-Quran Islam
50:36And we will meet again in the next series
