00:00We're following two big stories tonight.
00:03The campaign heats up, as Republicans point to Vice President Kamala Harris not yet holding
00:08a formal interview or press conference to define her stances on most major policy issues
00:14with just 84 days until the election.
00:17This comes as President Donald Trump prepares former president to do a live interview with
00:22Elon Musk on X later tonight.
00:26We will talk live with Harris campaign surrogate, Congressman Dan Goldman, later in the show.
00:30But first, we head to the Middle East, where the U.S. is surging naval assets as the region
00:35teeters on the brink of a wider war.
00:38All intelligence from the U.S. and Israel now pointing to Iran preparing to strike.
00:44National correspondent Jeff Paul is in Tel Aviv tonight with the latest.
00:47Good evening, Jeff.
00:48Well, good evening, Brett.
00:51Israel has been bracing itself for this possible Iranian attack for nearly two weeks.
00:55And as Hezbollah's leader put it, it is the waiting that is part of the punishment.
01:00But with negotiations set to resume in a couple of days between Israel and Hamas, all of that
01:05is very much in jeopardy.
01:09After some of the deadliest few days of Israeli airstrikes in Gaza, tensions are boiling over
01:14with the region on the brink of a wider war.
01:17In response to the strikes, Hezbollah fired a barrage of 30 rockets this morning at northern
01:22Israel.
01:23The Israeli Air Force later struck a Hezbollah rocket launcher.
01:26The back and forth is putting Israeli forces on high alert.
01:30We take the declarations and statements of our enemies seriously.
01:33Therefore, we are prepared at peak readiness in offense and defense.
01:37The U.S. is adding to the number of Navy assets in the region, with at least 12 warships now
01:41stationed in the Middle East.
01:43Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered the USS Abraham Lincoln to accelerate its travel
01:48to the region and is now sending the USS Georgia, a nuclear-powered submarine armed
01:53with cruise missiles.
01:54Are we trying to send a message?
01:55Absolutely.
01:56We're trying to send a message, which is we're looking to de-escalate the situation, that
02:01we're looking to have capabilities in the region to protect our forces while also support
02:05the defense of Israel.
02:07Hanging in the balance, a new round of negotiations between Israel and Hamas, which the White
02:11House says could be impacted if Iran and its proxies attack Israel.
02:16With respect to potential timing here, could be this week.
02:20We're continuing to watch it very, very closely, but we have to be prepared for what could
02:25be a significant set of attacks.
02:28Now, President Biden, along with the leaders of Germany, France and the U.K., all issued
02:34a joint statement tonight.
02:36They are pushing Iran to stand down from their threats against Israel, saying any attack
02:40on Israel could have severe consequences for the entire region.
02:44Brett?
02:46Jeff Paul, live in Tel Aviv.
02:47Jeff, thanks.
02:48More on this with the panel.
02:49Now, to the long wait for Vice President Kamala Harris to hold a news conference or do an
02:53in-depth interview or talk specifics about her policies.
02:57She says those things are coming in coming days, maybe next week.
03:01Meanwhile, there seems to be confusion about who's actually setting the Democratic agenda
03:07right now.
03:08Senior White House correspondent Peter Doocy explains live from the North Lawn.
03:11Good evening, Peter.
03:12Good evening, Brett.
03:13It's going to be a lot harder for Vice President Harris to separate herself from some of President
03:18Biden's unpopular policies because just when it seemed like she was starting to establish
03:23her own platform, White House officials have clarified she and President Biden are on the
03:28same page about everything.
03:31He's still very much the leader of the party.
03:33But with this proposal, he supports eliminating taxes on tips.
03:38President Biden is following the vice president.
03:41Take taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers.
03:45Who appears to be following Donald Trump.
03:48No tax on tips.
03:50We will pass massive tax cuts for workers, and that includes no tax on tips.
03:56Harris says the rest of her platform will be released this week.
04:00The only proposal she's had since she became a presidential nominee is to steal one of
04:05Donald Trump's ideas.
04:07In a new campaign ad, Vice President Harris is promising changes at the border.
04:11And as president, she will hire thousands more border agents.
04:14The New York Times reports no other Democratic nominee has taken a position this tough on
04:19border security since Bill Clinton.
04:21But Biden officials don't believe Harris thinks Biden border policy is ineffective.
04:27There's no daylight here.
04:29President Biden is on his way out, no matter what, elaborating for the first time about
04:33the pressure campaign to force him aside.
04:36You'd be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say, why did someone?
04:42And I thought it'd be a real distraction.
04:44White House officials now claim President Biden didn't take that personally.
04:48She thought he was gonna sink the whole ticket.
04:50So how mad is he at her for that?
04:53The president respects his good friend.
04:56He respects her, and I think it's mutual.
05:00Over the weekend, the Daily Beast published some radio traffic of Las Vegas police officers
05:06rushing to secure an emergency room there in Nevada on July 17th.
05:12They were under the impression that President Biden was having some kind of a medical emergency.
05:16He never went to that hospital.
05:18And I asked about this at the briefing today.
05:21The press secretary did not deny the story, but she said the president was just sick with
05:25COVID.
05:26Brett.
05:27Peter Ducey, live on the North Lawn, Peter, thanks.
05:30Former President Trump will be interviewed by Elon Musk a bit later this evening.
05:34The session comes after his running mate went on offense during appearances on three
05:39Sunday talk shows.
05:41Correspondent Brian Yennis has the latest on the campaign tonight from New York.
05:44We will make America great again.
05:49Former President Trump posting a series of campaign ads today on X, marking his first
05:55post on the site in a year ahead of his live streaming conversation tonight with the platform's
06:00owner Elon Musk, who says this is unscripted, with no limits on subject matter.
06:06So should be highly entertaining.
06:08Musk has endorsed the former president and is leading in funding a super PAC dedicated
06:13to turning out the vote for Trump in key battleground states.
06:17The interview comes as Axios reports Trump's own advisers want him to focus more on policy
06:22issues, quote, pleading with him to adopt a new hard hitting stump speech and praying
06:28he'll stop the recidivistic pool to simply improvise haphazardly.
06:33Tonight's live event is an opportunity to create a split screen with his opponent's
06:37campaign.
06:38Vice President Kamala Harris has not sat down for a news interview in the 22 days since
06:43Biden dropped out of the race.
06:45Underscoring this point, Trump's VP pick, J.D. Vance, a veteran, went on three Sunday
06:50political talk shows where he continued to criticize Harris running mate Minnesota Governor
06:55Tim Walz, a 24 year Army National Guard veteran, for suggesting he served in a combat zone.
07:02I'm not criticizing Tim Walz's service.
07:05I'm criticizing the fact that he lied about his service for political gain.
07:09A Harris campaign spokesperson says Walz, quote, misspoke when he suggested he served
07:14in a combat zone.
07:15We can make sure that those weapons of war that I carried in war is the only place where
07:19those weapons are.
07:20Walz has not sat for a news interview since joining the Democratic ticket.
07:24I think Tim Walz should have to correct the record.
07:27According to a memo obtained by Fox, the Make America Great Again Inc.
07:31Super PAC is set to spend 100 million dollars over the next three weeks running four different
07:36ads on TV and digital in the seven battleground states attacking Harris for, quote, being
07:42dangerously liberal.
07:44Brett, that's pretty big spend.
07:46Brian, another topic, the former president taking new legal action in relation to his
07:51handling of classified documents in that case.
07:54That's right, Brett.
07:55Lawyers for former President Trump tell Fox they filed a notice that they intend to sue
07:58the Department of Justice and the FBI for 100 million dollars over the August 2022 raid
08:05of his Mar-a-Lago estate for classified documents.
08:09Trump's lawyers claim the raid violated protocol, was, quote, unconstitutional and should never
08:14have been approved by Attorney General Merrick Garland or FBI Director Christopher Wray.
08:19The Justice Department declined to comment, but has six months to respond to Trump's claim.
08:24Brett.
08:25All right, we'll follow that.
08:27Brian, thank you.
08:28The first Fox News power rankings on the Senate races indicate Republicans have a favorable
08:33map.
08:34However, Democratic candidates are on top in several key battleground states.
08:38The scoreboard has 50 seats for Republicans, 47 for Democrats, three toss ups right now.
08:46Here's a look at the breakdown on a state by state basis.
08:49Republicans have a clear advantage in all of the seats they will defend this year.
08:53Democrats must defend eight seats that are hotly contested, will likely face defeat in
08:59West Virginia.
09:00Montana, Nevada and Ohio are listed as the true toss ups right now, with Nevada seen
09:06as the most competitive swing state race.
09:09We'll have House and government.
09:13Breaking tonight, there are growing concerns about violence from illegal immigrants, specifically
09:18in the New York area.
09:19The man, a man was stabbed Sunday morning outside a shelter just a couple of weeks after
09:24a deadly shooting at the same location.
09:27Tonight we have news of an arrest in another harrowing case.
09:30Correspondent Alexis McAdams is near a migrant shelter on Randalls Island.
09:35Good evening, Alexis.
09:36Brett, good evening.
09:37Yeah, a lot of happening today here in New York City, just in the migrant crime front.
09:42We can tell you that a short time ago, investigators telling us that a migrant is now behind bars
09:45in New York City after they say he raped a woman out near Coney Island, and this was
09:50not his first arrest.
09:51We want to put up his mugshot there on the screen.
09:53That's Daniel Devon Bonilla there.
09:56Investigators telling us he threw a 46 year old woman to the ground out in Coney Island
09:59on Sunday night and then sexually assaulted her.
10:02Last year, the 24 year old was busted for allegedly sexually assaulting someone else
10:06at a Brooklyn shelter.
10:08This comes as police search for the person who stabbed a 26 year old man in the stomach
10:12at a different migrant shelter on Randalls Island yesterday.
10:16And just a few weeks ago, this migrant woman you're looking at was shot and killed in the
10:20same area.
10:21Migrants who live at the shelter tell me it's not safe.
10:26Is Seguro a star in El Refugio?
10:29No.
10:30No.
10:31Por qué?
10:32Es muy peligroso.
10:33Es muy peligroso.
10:38And now migrants are setting up areas like this, these tents, because they're getting
10:43kicked out of their shelters.
10:45So they're sleeping here.
10:46So here on Randalls Island, we're seeing these tents pop up all over the place, even though
10:52it's supposed to be a rec center for kids.
10:53So we're going to take you closer to what we're seeing here, just one of those tents
10:57that we're talking about here on Randalls Island, where people are living.
11:04Hey, sorry to bother you again.
11:09What about a lot, you guys, technically, you're not supposed to sleep in here, right?
11:12I mean, are you afraid you're going to get in trouble?
11:19And also tonight, Fox has learned that one of the migrants who police say attacked two
11:23NYPD officers earlier this year is back behind bars again.
11:26Everyone remembers this video, this time accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth
11:31of merchandise from New York City stores.
11:33Yo, Henry Brito was able to post bail after that arrest in January, and apparently he's
11:37just been adding to his rap sheet ever since.
11:39According to court documents, he has at least a half dozen cases in New York City alone
11:45from just the past year.
11:46Back out here live on Randalls Island, we can tell you Brito is going to be in court
11:49in the coming days.
11:50But even after everything that happened just in the past 24 hours, Brett, the mayor of
11:53New York City reminding everyone that the Big Apple is still the biggest and safest
11:58city in the country, he says, Brett.
12:01Alexis McAdams on Randalls Island.
12:02Alexis, thanks.
12:03Up next, we talk with New York Democratic Congressman and Harris campaign surrogate
12:08Dan Goldman about the presidential race and what comes next.
12:12A number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was going
12:20to hurt them in the races.
12:22And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic you'd be interviewing
12:28about.
12:29Why did Nancy Pelosi say, why did someone?
12:33And I thought it would be a real distraction.
12:38President Biden this weekend discussing the successful efforts from top Democrats to push
12:41him out of the 2024 presidential race.
12:44As the current Democratic presidential nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris takes heat from
12:49Republicans and others for her reluctance to hold a news conference or engage in formal
12:53interviews on major policy.
12:55Let's get some insight on the Harris operation.
12:57Joining us tonight, New York Democratic Congressman Dan Goldman, who serves as a surrogate for
13:01the campaign.
13:02Congressman, we appreciate you coming on.
13:04I want to start with what President Biden said there, talking about basically getting
13:09pushed out of the race after the debate on June 27th.
13:13You came on special report and you said this.
13:16Look, I think there's no question Joe Biden had a really off night.
13:21I personally had never seen him like that when I've spoken to him in the past.
13:25It was nothing like that.
13:26So but I'm not with him every day.
13:28And the people who are with him every day have indicated as well that it was an aberration
13:33and it is an anomaly.
13:36Seven days later, George Clooney wrote that letter that that was published in The New
13:41York Times, saying, I love Joe Biden, but we need a new nominee.
13:45It's devastating to say it, but Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fundraiser
13:48was not the Joe big effing deal.
13:51Biden of 2010.
13:52He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020.
13:54He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.
13:57Now you have The New York Times op ed this weekend saying there is still a Biden scandal.
14:02We learned that Biden hadn't fully held a full Cabinet meeting since last October and
14:06that his handlers expected scripted questions from Cabinet officials.
14:10We learned that his capacities peak between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and diminish outside that
14:15six hour window.
14:16These are all interesting and pertinent facts about the man who officially leads the United
14:19States in a time of global danger.
14:21And they have not ceased to be pertinent because that president is no longer running for reelection.
14:26I'd just like you to get to start with President Biden right now.
14:31He's still the leader of the free world in a tense time.
14:35And answer that op ed this weekend.
14:38Well, look, President Biden has been an absolutely outstanding president.
14:44And I know it was a difficult decision for him to put the country over his personal interest
14:49and what he thought would be best for the country is to step down.
14:54And I think part of the reason he did that was the polling that he continued to see and
15:00that the only thing worse than Donald Trump becoming president again with his Project
15:0720 25 agenda would be if Donald Trump becomes president again with a Republican majority
15:12in the House and the Senate.
15:14And so he put his own personal interests aside for the good of the country to protect our
15:18democracy and our rule of law and our way of life.
15:22And he should be admired for for doing that.
15:26I can understand that.
15:27So that's right.
15:28And you don't have any concerns about the George Clooney letter, his assessment of his
15:31faculties in that debate and that fundraiser that he wrote about, that you don't have any
15:37concerns about the reporting about all of these things that have been said, scripted
15:42questions from cabinet members.
15:44You don't have any concerns about any of that.
15:46As president, the United States currently.
15:47Look, Brett, one of the realities of life is that the job of president has very little
15:54to do with a campaign for the presidency.
15:58And life as a president, the job of the president is not a debate where you need to respond
16:03to your opponent immediately.
16:05President Biden has 50 years of experience, especially expertise in foreign policy.
16:12And he is able to digest it on at his own pace with conversations with foreign leaders
16:18that he has regularly to guide us in our global efforts to support democracy abroad.
16:26And he has done an outstanding job.
16:28He truly has.
16:29I get it.
16:30And you said that before.
16:31And but listen, there were clearly were a number of Democrats who didn't think he was
16:35up to the task.
16:36And clearly, you know, that to be true.
16:38One of the things Republicans are saying is Vice President Harris knew that, too.
16:42And that's part of the questioning that some people would like to see her take moving to
16:46Vice President Harris.
16:48How about a press conference or a formal interview or I don't know, something after this launch
16:55that clearly was successful.
16:57But Democrats are now publicly saying maybe we'll just ride this enthusiasm and not answer
17:02questions.
17:03Well, look, obviously, I understand why the media wants to be able to ask questions.
17:09That is your job.
17:10And and certainly we respect that.
17:12I'm on here answering your questions.
17:14I'm sure when the time is right, that Vice President Harris will sit down and answer
17:20all the questions that she needs.
17:22But remember, this is a pretty significant upheaval in the the path of this campaign
17:28where she has all of a sudden become the presumptive nominee.
17:33She needs to stand up a campaign.
17:35She needs to pick a vice president.
17:37She needs to figure out the her path forward and make determinations as to where she's
17:44going to be on policy issues, whether she's going to continue with the Biden-Harris administration
17:49or not.
17:50And that's up to her.
17:51So there's a lot to do.
17:52I don't think this is an issue of avoiding the media show.
17:56She'll answer plenty of questions.
17:59And I'm sure she'll do it on unfriendly networks, unlike her opponent, Donald Trump.
18:05Well, I think Senator Vance went on three Sunday shows this weekend, I'm sure, for the
18:11former president.
18:12He also did a debate on CNN.
18:15As for debates, do you think that there's only going to be one?
18:17Do you think that she'll agree to other debates?
18:20Have you heard anything inside the campaign?
18:22Look, if if Donald Trump is not too chicken to show up on September 10th, which he had
18:28agreed to, I believe that Vice President Harris will be happy to have additional debates after
18:35that.
18:36If I'm Donald Trump, I understand why he doesn't want a debate.
18:40Kamala Harris is he's accepted through.
18:43He is.
18:44He said yes to September 4th, September 10th, September 17th.
18:48He said yes to a lot of them.
18:50So it's not that he's obviously afraid to debate.
18:52No, no, no, no.
18:53So no, no, no.
18:54He had agreed to September 10th.
18:56On ABC.
18:57Biden, who got pushed out.
18:59What's the difference?
19:00Why?
19:01Why?
19:02Why should he not debate whoever the candidate is on September 10th as he agreed to?
19:06What is the difference between candidate Biden and Harris?
19:09He said he would do it.
19:10I'm just saying he's also agreed to other debates.
19:12You said he hasn't agreed to others.
19:13He has.
19:14It's the Kamala Harris campaign that hasn't agreed on the other side.
19:17No, no, he should.
19:19He should do the debate that was originally scheduled for September 10th.
19:24If he shows up to that, you can't trust Donald Trump to show up to anything.
19:27He'll do September 4th on Fox, get with his supporters in the audience, and then he'll
19:34just say no more debates.
19:36You can't trust.
19:37We're not going to debate.
19:38We're not going to be here and we're not going to negotiate here.
19:39But they said no audience potentially.
19:41There were all kinds of negotiations that were.
19:43I'm sure there'll be plenty of debates.
19:45I'm sure also Kamala Harris will be very ready for them as a former prosecutor.
19:51She knows how to stand up to bullies like Donald Trump.
19:54And I look forward to whatever debates they have.
19:59As do I.
20:00And Congressman, we will be in Chicago all next week.
20:03We look forward to seeing you there.
20:07Up next, Iran is being blamed for a hacking of the Trump campaign.
20:11We'll have a live report there first.
20:13Here's what some of our Fox affiliates around the country are covering tonight.
20:16Fox 32 in Chicago as security measures are being implemented ahead of next week's Democratic
20:20Convention.
20:21The security perimeter buildout began early this morning around United Center and McCormick
20:26Place.
20:27Residents are being advised to expect traffic delays due to restricted parking, rolling
20:30street closures and full street closures as well.
20:33We'll be there, as I mentioned.
20:34Fox 5 in Las Vegas as the trial of a local politician accused of killing an investigative
20:38reporter who wrote articles critical of him begins with jury selection.
20:44Robert Telles was Clark County Administrator of Estates.
20:46He has pleaded not guilty to the murder of reporter Jeff German on Labor Day weekend
20:522022.
20:54And this is a live look at Los Angeles from Fox 11, one of the big stories there tonight.
20:57The city takes the Olympic flag from Paris as it prepares to host the 2028 Summer Games.
21:03The opening ceremony will take place at SoFi Stadium.
21:06This will be the third time Los Angeles has hosted those games.
21:10That's tonight's live look outside the Beltway.
21:12One special report.
21:16Destination space now.
21:17There may actually be a lot of water in Mars.
21:20New research suggesting enough water for a global ocean, maybe seven to 12 miles under
21:25the surface.
21:27Scientists now say it may be hiding in the cracks of underground rocks.
21:30Mars is thought to have lost its surface water as its atmosphere thinned during the planet,
21:36turning the planet into the dry, dusty world known today.
21:40Scientists theorize much of this ancient water escaped out into space or remained buried
21:45below the surface.
21:46Stocks were mixed ahead of key inflation data that now lost 141.
21:51The S&P 500 was up a quarter of a point.
21:53The Nasdaq gained 35.
21:55As mentioned earlier, former President Donald Trump's campaign says it has been hacked.
22:00The intrusion into internal communications is being blamed on Iran.
22:04State Department correspondent Jillian Turner has the latest tonight.
22:09These latest attempts to interfere in U.S. elections are nothing new for the Iranian
22:14regime.
22:15The Trump campaign claims its internal communications have been hacked by Iran, saying these documents
22:20were obtained illegally from foreign sources hostile to the United States, intended to
22:25interfere with the 2024 election and so chaos.
22:28On Friday, Microsoft revealed Iranian hackers targeted the account of a, quote, high ranking
22:33official on the U.S. presidential campaign back in June, with Trump himself posting the
22:38next day, we were just informed by Microsoft Corporation that one of our many Web sites
22:43was hacked by the Iranian government.
22:45Never a nice thing to do.
22:47Politico says its staff began receiving e-mails last month from someone calling themself Robert
22:52at an AOL e-mail address, including a February 23rd Trump campaign research dossier on Senator
22:58J.D.
22:59Vance.
23:00Republican Congressman Michael Waltz says this hack in Iran's recent assassination plot
23:04against U.S. officials, which sources say included the former president, are all part
23:10of one strategy.
23:11They're trying to kill him.
23:13And we know from the intelligence community, Iran doesn't want Trump back.
23:17Why?
23:18Because he held them accountable.
23:20The White House says the threat of foreign election interference is real.
23:23Any kind of report like that, any activity, we're going to take it very, very seriously.
23:27Waltz comment on this case's specifics.
23:30The intelligence community has been broadcasting warnings for weeks.
23:34I think that we need to recognize the brazenness of the Iranian regime, including right here
23:39in the United States.
23:41And I expect that we're going to see more of it.
23:44Well, intelligence experts warn that this hack by Iran allegedly is likely just an opening
23:49play.
23:50They say America's enemies really see the U.S. election cycle as a golden opportunity
23:54to try and inflict harm.
23:56Brett, also breaking now, we're getting confirmation, Fox News is getting confirmation from the
24:01FBI that they are now investigating this hack of the Trump campaign.
24:06Brett.
24:07OK.
24:08Jillian Turner, live at the State Department.
24:09Jillian, thank you.
24:10Continuing overseas now, Russian President Vladimir Putin says the Ukrainian army's incursion
24:15into the Kursk region is an attempt by Kiev to stop Moscow's offensive in eastern Ukraine's
24:20Donbass region and gain leverage in possible future peace talks.
24:25The move has caused more than 100,000 civilians to flee and embarrass the Kremlin.
24:30Russian forces are still scrambling to respond to the surprise Ukrainian attack after almost
24:34a week of fierce fighting.
24:36But Vladimir Putin is insisting Moscow's army will prevail.
24:41Back in the U.S., we have shocking video out of New York City, where a 22-year-old man
24:45is facing assault and hate crime charges tonight after allegedly stabbing a young Jewish man
24:51near a Brooklyn synagogue Saturday.
24:53A warning here.
24:54This video may be disturbing.
24:57Here's correspondent Nate Foy.
25:00You are watching a hate crime, according to New York City police.
25:04Witnesses say 22-year-old Vincent Sumter yelled, free Palestine, and do you want to die, before
25:10pulling out a knife and stabbing a Jewish man in the stomach in Brooklyn.
25:15One male approaches the person who said it, and he gets stabbed.
25:19He runs away.
25:20But the community said no.
25:21The community went after him.
25:22They grabbed him, held him for police.
25:25Sumter pleaded not guilty to 14 charges, including attempted murder as a hate crime.
25:31The victim is stable and recovering in the hospital.
25:35As tensions increase in the Middle East, the NYPD says Jewish hate is up 82 percent from
25:41last year, with 233 anti-Jewish offenses so far this year.
25:46Almost 60 percent of our hate crimes are against the Jewish population.
25:49There's no room for hate in this city, especially against our Jewish people, or anybody for
25:53that matter, and we're trying to combat it every day.
25:56Since the October 7th Hamas terror attack, the NYPD reports nearly 4,000 anti-Israel
26:03protests in New York City.
26:07On college campuses, city streets, and in the subway.
26:16This attack from May shows a man also charged with attempted murder as a hate crime.
26:21He's accused of trying to hit Jewish people with his car in Brooklyn.
26:24I am concerned by what is going on in New York overall, and frankly, what's going on
26:30across the country.
26:33As for the man arrested after Saturday's attack, Vincent Sumter is in custody tonight on a
26:37$100,000 cash bail.
26:40He'll appear in court next Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
26:43Brett.
26:44Day four, thanks.
26:46Up next, the panel on the Trump-Elon Musk interview coming up, and how Vice President
26:51Kamala Harris is trying to rebrand when it comes to the border.
27:21Thanks for joining us.
