*
A love triangle at the limit of conventional moral concepts. Andrea, a woman without a past and no plans for the future, has just moved in with her new friend Philipp and his son Martin. Both have a gap to fill in their lives after the death of their wife and mother Hanna. Philipp wants to leave the past behind him and is already taking down the last pictures of the deceased. Martin finds it more difficult to come to terms with the loss. He gives them both the cold shoulder. But Andrea brings new lightness into the large, empty single-family home and when she also turns to Martin, she becomes a projection surface for both men. For one summer, her longings seem to be fulfilled in a love triangle in which it is unsaid who knows what from whom. But expectations grow, and while Philipp withdraws into passivity, Martin develops possessiveness. The three become ever more destructively dependent on each other - and ultimately become the bearers of a shared guilt. A reduced, well-composed arrangement of imperfect, deeply human figures fighting the inner emptiness.

37:35Well then.
37:37It's nice that you're back.
37:45And how was it?
37:47Oh, as always.
37:49A few idiots explain that
37:51what I have to offer them is the best.
37:53Then there's an eternal back and forth.
37:55It's exhausting.
37:57But it works, after all.
38:01But everything was cool at the airport?
38:03Yes.
38:05Except for the fact that
38:07my suitcase didn't come with me.
38:09Yes.
38:11I'm standing at this belt
38:13and wait and wait
38:15and think, where is my suitcase?
38:17And at some point
38:19I realized
38:21that I only left with my hand luggage.
38:23I didn't have a suitcase with me.
38:29Well.
38:31It's quite annoying.
38:33It's starting to get old.
38:35And what happened last week?
38:37Nothing special, as always.

39:29Wednesday.
39:31Tuesday or Wednesday.
39:33I really don't remember.
39:37It can't be.
39:39You know exactly what I'm talking about.

41:15It's okay.
41:23I'll be back around 9.
41:25We'll cook something nice.
41:29We'll at least try.
41:31I'm curious.
41:41Okay.
42:11Okay.
42:41Okay.
43:11Okay.
43:35Jesus Christ.

43:49Maybe.
43:51Very slowly.
43:53Okay.
43:55Head down.
43:59Okay.
44:01Did you get it?
44:05It's like we're complaining at the end.
44:11Yes.
44:15Yes.
44:19Breathe against it.
44:29It's already...
44:31It's already tight.

44:49Yes.
44:51...to knead Martin.
44:53Yes.
44:55Yes?
44:57Okay.
44:59Let's make a kneading figure.
45:01Shall we use this?
45:05I'll do the body.
45:07Daddy?
45:09This is the chest.
45:11This is the chest.
45:15And now we'll make arms.
45:19We have to go now.
45:21Here.
45:23No.
45:25Do you want us to hold hands?
45:27Yes.
45:29And go out?
45:31No.
45:33Okay, then we'll go out.
45:35And you?

49:29Good.
49:35I'm happy to see you.
49:39How do you mean?
49:43Did you see anything?
49:47I didn't see anything.
50:10You were six years old.
50:12Six, I think six years.
50:14One day I came out of the house relatively late.
50:18I think, where did all our roses go?
50:25And? Where were they?
50:27Where were they?
50:29Well, he cut them all off as a little child.
50:31He took them to school.
50:33His elementary school teacher, Mrs. Lambrecht,
50:35whom he obviously fell madly in love with,
50:37put them on the desk.
50:39Wow.
50:41Huh?
50:43Were you in love?
50:47That's right.
50:49A little bit, maybe.
50:51Hmm?
50:53Up to both ears.
50:55And then there's another great story.
50:57My father always tried to...
50:59You can tell her something.
51:01What should I tell her?
51:03I don't know.
51:05Some story from your childhood.
51:09It's been a long time.
51:11I can't remember.
51:15Well, you can tell her something.
51:17What should I tell her?
51:33Some little story about friends.
51:43I don't have a past.
51:47Hmm.
52:05Hey.
52:07Hey.
52:09Hey.
52:17I love you.
52:23Good night.
52:39Good night.
52:57Aren't you with Andrea Juggen?
52:59No, you can see that.
53:01I'm just asking.
53:03No, you're not just asking.
53:05You know that.
53:07I'm just asking to say something.
53:09What's going on with you?
53:11What's going on with you?
53:13Martin, I really don't feel like such games.
53:15Hmm.
53:19Well, see you tonight.
53:37Hmm.
53:51I love you.
53:55I love you too.
54:01What do you mean by that?
54:03Nothing.
54:11Okay.
54:13But it just doesn't feel right.
54:19You don't even know that.
54:27If you really loved me,
54:29you wouldn't sleep with him either.
54:33Hmm.
54:59Where are you going?
55:01I'm done.
55:09Oh, that.
55:11That's beautiful.
55:13It's huge.
55:15Well.
55:17We're not going to lose it.
55:19It's rather too small.
55:27Show me the other one.
55:31Okay.
55:47I'm sorry. It's starting again.
55:49It's okay.
55:53He's sometimes so weird.
55:55I just don't know what to say.
55:57He's jealous.
56:01Hmm.
56:31Hmm.
56:41What are you doing here?
56:49I love you.
56:55Where's Philipp?
56:57Did you even listen to me?
56:59I...
57:09I think it's better if I leave.
57:13That's not going to work.
57:17I'm going to move out.
57:19No.
57:25You're not doing well and I'm not doing well either.
57:29Yes, but I'm fine.
57:31I'm fine when I'm with you.
57:33Then I'm fine.
57:37But you're jealous.
57:39No, I'm not jealous.
57:41It's only temporary.
57:43Hmm.
57:45It's gone now.
57:51I don't know.
57:53What don't you know?
