00:00It's 11 p.m. on the 19th of January 1991.
00:04Nine-year-old Lee Hyeong-ho's parents,
00:08they received a phone call from an unknown number.
00:12I have Hyeong-ho here with me.
00:14Prepare a vehicle and a car phone
00:18and 70 million won.
00:21I will call back in two days.
00:30Welcome to Can You Solve It? Asian Crime Case Edition,
00:37where we look more into the unsolved mysteries
00:40and delve into some of the theories behind them.
00:43Today, I have Afiq here with me
00:47and we'll be covering a case from South Korea.
00:49That's why we have Korean, South Korean snacks and food.
00:54Feel free to eat anytime you want.
00:55Alright.
00:57Yeah, there's actually kimbap here as well and chips.
00:59Not sponsored, by the way.
01:01So, Afiq, let me ask you.
01:03Yes?
01:04How far would you go to save a loved one?
01:07Okay, define loved ones.
01:09Like, is it your family members?
01:11Is it like your friends?
01:12I mean, I guess it's up to you.
01:14How you wanna...
01:15It can be your friends or your family members.
01:19Loved ones, huh?
01:21I mean, I would...
01:22I would die for some of them.
01:25Not all of them, definitely.
01:26But yeah, I would like die for some of them.
01:30So, I'm gonna share with you the story now.
01:33Just bear in mind, this story is very confusing
01:36because it's like a cat and mouse chase type of situation.
01:41If it gets confusing, just ask questions anytime
01:44and then I'll let you know.
01:45Okay, sure, sure.
01:47So, the story begins on a Tuesday, 19th of January, 1991.
01:54After having lunch at his friend's house,
01:579-year-old Lee Hyung-ho.
01:59Let's call him Hyung-ho.
02:019-year-old Hyung-ho was playing at the playground in his apartment.
02:07So, his apartment is actually at this place.
02:10It's called Hyundai Apartment
02:12but better known in English as Hyundai Apartments.
02:17Hyundai, Hyundai as in like the car company?
02:19Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:20So, Hyundai is huge in Korea, by the way.
02:22Oh, okay.
02:23So, the Hyundai Apartments are actually in this place called Apgujeong.
02:29So, if you don't know where Apgujeong is,
02:31do you know where Apgujeong is?
02:32Isn't that like where the richest people,
02:34all the chaebols would live there?
02:36Yes.
02:37So, Apgujeong is a very affluent place, right?
02:40And keep this in mind for the theories later
02:43but Apgujeong is a very affluent place
02:45and 9-year-old Hyung-ho was actually playing at the playground.
02:49After playing at the playground,
02:52of course, the parents tried to contact him and everything like that
02:56but as it got later at night,
03:00they realized that, hey, Hyung-ho was actually missing
03:04because, I mean, he didn't come home, nothing.
03:07So, yes.
03:09So, while playing at the playground, Hyung-ho actually went missing.
03:12Was he like alone or like playing with his friends?
03:15Where was everyone else?
03:16He was alone.
03:17Oh.
03:18Yeah.
03:18Because I, or at least I believe he was alone
03:22because there wasn't any reports saying that
03:26there were other people playing with him
03:28because I guess if there were,
03:31there would have been eyewitnesses.
03:32Right.
03:33Yeah.
03:34But he was most likely playing alone.
03:38That's why, that's how he went missing.
03:40I mean, I'm guessing.
03:41Got it.
03:42Yes.
03:43So, the night of his disappearance,
03:45Hyung-ho's parents received a phone call
03:47like what I mentioned earlier.
03:49They asked to prepare a vehicle with a car phone.
03:51Do you know what a car phone is?
03:53No.
03:53I had to switch it up
03:54because I have no idea what a car phone is.
03:56But a car phone is basically,
03:58do you know, last time,
04:02did your house ever have like that phone with the wire,
04:06that spirally wire?
04:08No?
04:10Wait, wait.
04:10Was it the one where you have to like?
04:12Like when you pick it up
04:14and then there's like the wire connecting to the.
04:17Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
04:18Right, right.
04:18So, that's a, they have it like a car version.
04:21It's in the car.
04:22Oh, that's so cool.
04:23Yeah, so it's like connected to the car.
04:24Then you like, you pick up from the car.
04:26Oh, okay.
04:27It's like a police car.
04:28You know, police cars have those things too.
04:30Oh, yeah, I guess.
04:31Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
04:32That.
04:33So, the parents were asked to have,
04:37to prepare a car with a car phone
04:40as well as 70 million won.
04:42So, 70 million won at that time is about
04:48200 over thousand ringgit.
04:52Okay.
04:52But now, it's equivalent to about 680,000 ringgit.
04:59Right.
04:59That's actually a lot of money.
05:02Almost half a million or more than,
05:04yeah, half, a bit more than half a million.
05:07Right, right.
05:07Ringgit.
05:08And the kidnapper also mentioned
05:09that he will call back in two days.
05:12Which, I mean, I guess the parents at the time
05:15were pretty, imagine waiting for two days,
05:19not knowing where your son is at,
05:21not knowing who your son is with,
05:23and stuff like that.
05:24But after two days, the kidnapper called.
05:26And that was where the first instruction,
05:28the first instructions were given.
05:32So, the caller asked them,
05:34asked the dad to open his,
05:38when the clock hits the exactly the 40th minute,
05:42to open the cupboard all the way
05:45and close it immediately.
05:48Weird, right?
05:49And then ask him to drive all the way
05:52to Gimpo Airport, the domestic terminal.
05:56Then, he proceeded to ask them to ask the dad
05:59to park at like this certain location,
06:03this certain area.
06:05Uh-huh.
06:06And instructed to turn on the headlights
06:10and flash it twice.
06:13Leave the car, the interior car lights on,
06:16leave the car keys in,
06:17and the money inside the car.
06:19Wait, before that, like,
06:20did the parents or the father, like,
06:23contact the police at all?
06:24Is there any involvement at this point?
06:27I guess there was, there was.
06:29But because there weren't any info
06:34on whether did the caller say,
06:37like, specifically do not contact the police.
06:40Right, right.
06:40It wasn't, so far, I think the police kind of know.
06:45But I don't think there's a huge involvement yet.
06:48Or there isn't any.
06:51And because I think the parents
06:53are kind of scared as well, right?
06:55Like, at this point, your son's life
06:59is in the hands of someone else.
07:01It could cost, every action he made
07:04could be a life and death situation,
07:07life, life or death situation.
07:10So, after three hours at the Gimpo Airport,
07:15the kidnapper never showed up
07:16or the caller never showed up, in that sense.
07:20And soon after, another phone call was made
07:22to the parents.
07:24The caller was quite, I would say,
07:28I would say the caller's voice
07:30actually sounded very monotonous.
07:33Like, it's, you know, those kind of,
07:36like, monotonous voices,
07:38but it sounds very scary at the same time.
07:40Very, like, chilling, those kind of voice.
07:43So, it sounded like that.
07:44And the caller said, like,
07:46why did you not follow my instructions?
07:49And he proceeded to say that
07:51he actually circled around the area a few times
07:54and saw someone at the back of the car
07:56and asked, like, why was someone
07:58at the back of the car?
07:59As well as, why did he park at the corner
08:03in the parking lot?
08:04Was there anyone in the back of the car?
08:06Don't know.
08:08Don't know.
08:09No one knows.
08:10I mean, how the father responded to it,
08:13it was like, who do you think I am?
08:15Like, do you think I'm such a person
08:16that I would go against your orders?
08:19Kind of thing.
08:20So, in my mind, I would think
08:21that there was no one in the car.
08:23Right.
08:23Right?
08:25Like, and also, it was at night.
08:28So, there wouldn't be anyone.
08:31And if the kidnapper did come
08:34and circle a few times,
08:35obviously, you can see it's the same car
08:37circling a few times.
08:38Definitely, you can spot
08:41if the kidnapper was actually there.
08:43Right.
08:43But that's what the kidnapper said.
08:45He said he circled a few times,
08:47but there was, I mean,
08:49never follow instructions.
08:50The kidnapper then changes his plan
08:53and asks the dad to go all the way
08:57to this place called the Tehan Theater.
09:00It's actually in Chungmuro.
09:01So, Chungmuro is actually 21 kilometers away
09:06from Gimpo Airport.
09:08Immediately, he asked to go immediately.
09:10Immediately.
09:10Yes.
09:11Then, he changed.
09:12This all happened in the same,
09:14like, after two days when he first called,
09:16it all happened in the same time.
09:18So, he went to Gimpo Airport.
09:20Then, he had to go all the way to Chungmuro.
09:22At Chungmuro, he actually asked the dad
09:25to park the car next to a taxi area.
09:28And opposite the taxi area,
09:30there was a bakery shop
09:32that was called, like, Cake House.
09:34And he was instructed again
09:37to leave the car interior lights on.
09:42This time, to open the car boot
09:44and the doors, the back doors open.
09:49Leave the money there
09:51and to go inside the Cake House and wait.
09:54And of course, Hyunggu's father listened and obeyed.
09:59But what is to note in this particular phone call,
10:02is that Hyunggu's father actually begged
10:04to listen to his son's voice.
10:08Yeah, he sounded so desperate.
10:10Like, in the phone call,
10:13he was like, how is my son doing?
10:16Can I listen to his voice?
10:18The kidnapper was like, anyway,
10:20and proceeded to give other instructions.
10:23Yeah, so, at the Cake House, again,
10:26time passed and no one showed up.
10:28To me, it's very, like, I don't know.
10:31It's very frustrating, honestly.
10:33Right, what did they want, actually?
10:34Exactly, like, no one knows.
10:37And time continues on, passed again.
10:41The kidnapper calls once more.
10:44On the same night?
10:45The same night.
10:46So, after waiting at the Cake House,
10:48the kidnapper calls again.
10:51And this time, the mother picks up, actually.
10:53And the kidnapper's first words were,
10:56I guess you don't love your son.
10:57I told you not to call the police.
10:59So, with that being said,
11:02means they had already contacted the police, right?
11:06So, what the caller actually said was,
11:09he spotted two detectives near the Tehan Theatre,
11:13and the detectives looked familiar.
11:17So, that's why, like, the assumption was,
11:20oh, you called the police.
11:21Wait, is this case called A Voice of a Murderer?
11:25Yes, it's, yes, there's a movie on it.
11:28Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:29I think I either seen that movie
11:31or just heard of the movie somewhere.
11:33Yeah, and there's, like, Chumolo, all that.
11:35Yep, yep, yep.
11:36But I think they fictionalized
11:38some of the characters inside.
11:39Right, right, right.
11:40Yeah, but this is the real-life case on it.
11:43Right.
11:44Hyunggu's mom was very confused by this statement,
11:48like, you don't love, like,
11:50do you not love your son, blah, blah, blah.
11:52And the kidnapper said, stop playing dumb with me.
11:56In that monotonous voice again.
12:02Uh-huh.
12:04But it was, it's that voice that is like,
12:08oh my gosh, I can't believe someone
12:09would actually say such things.
12:10Yeah, yeah, yeah.
12:11Because I guess the kidnapper
12:12was really scared to get caught.
12:15He changed the location again.
12:18And this time, he changed it to
12:21Kwanghwa Moon, which is the city hall.
12:23So, I guess it's, if you know the subway station and all,
12:27it's just a few stops away,
12:29but still, you know, you change place like what,
12:32three times now.
12:33Exactly.
12:34And the kidnapper never showed up.
12:37Yeah.
12:38So, seven days later, the kidnapper called again.
12:43But this time, he actually changed his tactics.
12:45Like, he no longer used calls to give instructions.
12:50Okay.
12:50He started writing notes to give instructions.
12:53Is this the bank account thing?
12:55Yes.
12:56You're like, he sticks it somewhere,
12:57and then like, that note has like his bank account.
13:00And then like, at that moment,
13:02Korea doesn't have like a system to like track the people.
13:05Anyone can just like put in any names,
13:08and they can open the bank account.
13:09So, we will get to there.
13:10All right.
13:10We are coming there.
13:11Okay.
13:12Right.
13:13So, first, after seven days,
13:16the caller called and asked them to go to a bus stop.
13:20Next to the bus stop, there's a rubbish bin.
13:22Right.
13:23On the rubbish bin there, there's a note.
13:26And the note led them to another location to find another note.
13:31And it went on and on.
13:34So, the next one was to the theater.
13:37Near there, there's another snack bar.
13:40And at the snack bar, he asked to look into the notice board outside.
13:46Right.
13:46Inside the notice board, there's another note.
13:48Of course, the note says to go somewhere else.
13:50That's why I said it feels like a very sick and twisted treasure hunt.
13:55For real.
13:55It's like an amazing race.
13:56Yeah, exactly.
13:58And honestly, I cannot imagine the parents' feelings at that point of time.
14:02Right.
14:02Because, bro, like...
14:04Yeah, I get what you mean.
14:05It's just if we were put into that situation, right, what would we do?
14:09We just at the mercy of someone else.
14:11Yeah, they are already worrying about their son.
14:14And then they have to worry about the money as well and whatnot, right?
14:17And after that, location to location to location,
14:21the final note asked them to go to Myeongdong.
14:25You know where Myeongdong is.
14:26You know all the K-pop and all the lights and the food and whatever.
14:30So at Myeongdong, it was the note that had the bank account details
14:35that you were talking about.
14:37And it was the first time that, you know, they put down the bank details.
14:41I guess this time, they don't want to retrieve the money by hand
14:43because it's a huge sum.
14:46So might as well, you know, retrieve it through the bank or whatever, right?
14:49Save this for later.
14:51It will be important later on.
14:53So the kidnapper asked to transfer the money.
14:56And the parents did, actually.
15:00But guess what?
15:01No surprise, the kidnapper didn't come and retrieve it.
15:05They didn't show up.
15:06I mean, they didn't retrieve the money, basically.
15:10But they transferred the money to the bank account, right?
15:12So how?
15:13Yeah, so I guess during that time, it's not like once you transfer,
15:17you can immediately get the money.
15:20You have to go to the bank and retrieve the money by cash
15:22because there's no online card or whatever.
15:26Yeah, so they transfer the money.
15:27It's in the bank account, but you have to retrieve it into cash.
15:32So he didn't do that.
15:33The kid, he or she did not do that.
15:36Yeah, that's like an obvious trap, right?
15:38Just go to the bank and get caught.
15:40Yeah, exactly.
15:41So yeah, the kidnapper didn't come, didn't retrieve the money.
15:44And on February 13, 16 days after Hyeong Ho went missing,
15:51the parents received another call.
15:52This time, they instructed Hyeong Ho's parents to go to the Seoul Bridge at Yeouido.
16:02And there was a note under a stone,
16:05which of course, then again, led them to another area.
16:09And this time, it was under a streetlight.
16:13So you know those streetlights with like,
16:15there's like a small little opening at the bottom.
16:18I guess it's where all the electricians fix if the streetlight goes off or whatever.
16:22Yeah, so they put a note there.
16:25And this time, it was the final time that the kidnapper or the caller
16:32tried to retrieve the money.
16:34And the parents were instructed to leave the money inside a bag on a steel box.
16:39And that was the final pickup of the money.
16:40So the caller or the kidnapper took the money and chow.
16:45They never contacted the parents ever again after that.
16:49All of the money, the 70,000 won?
16:51Yeah, they took it.
16:54They took it and they were not caught.
16:55We will get into that.
16:57But they were not caught.
16:58And during the investigations,
17:01actually, the police was following this chase.
17:08So you know the one I said they had to go to the Seoul Bridge at Yeouido?
17:12There were police tracking the whole time of every action.
17:16So actually, what happens is someone will,
17:21the parents will retrieve the note, read the note and go to that place.
17:26And the police will follow along, right?
17:31The final destination where the kidnappers collected the money,
17:36the police went to the wrong location.
17:39How can you go to the wrong location?
17:41Did the murderer do it?
17:46I mean, the kidnapper wrote the note beforehand.
17:48So cannot be he swapped out the note or anything like that, right?
17:52Or she swapped out the note or anything like that.
17:55But somehow the police went to the wrong location.
17:58And when they eventually went to the right location, the money was gone.
18:02So they never caught.
18:06I'm sorry, are the police freaking dyslexic?
18:08Does the note literally put all the address there?
18:12And then how can they go to the wrong place?
18:15No idea.
18:17Yeah, of course, the money was retrieved,
18:21but there was still no signs of nine-year-old Lee Hong-ho.
18:25No more phone calls were made and nothing.
18:28It was just like gone, took money, chaos.
18:32Like gone with the wind, never appeared again.
18:35So that was the case, right?
18:38And there was actually a breakthrough moment,
18:41possible breakthrough moment during this case.
18:45It was, remember, I asked you to keep in mind the Myeongdong case, the Myeongdong note.
18:51So a witness, which is also the bank clerk,
18:55like what you say, right?
18:56It's so obvious if he goes to the bank, he's going to get caught.
18:59There was actually a witness, the bank clerk,
19:02saw a very suspicious looking man came in.
19:06She was trying to like get him to open this bank account
19:11with like high interest rates and everything like that.
19:13Like, you know, sales and whatnot, right?
19:16The man refused.
19:18He said that he only wanted to retrieve the money.
19:20He didn't want anything else.
19:22And with that, I mean, it's pretty suspicious, right?
19:25Like she just found it a bit weird at that point of time.
19:30What they did was they drew out the sketch of a man
19:34based on the witness's description.
19:39But there was nothing came out of it, basically.
19:44They couldn't find a person.
19:46They couldn't.
19:48One thing that I remember from that thing
19:51is the police actually put in a general note for that account.
19:57But it's only like a random note
20:00saying like the account has some problems.
20:02So the clerk just like said,
20:04your account has a problem to that person.
20:07They should have like put in something more substantial.
20:09Like if someone comes for this account,
20:12then call the police, something like that, you know?
20:15Maybe the investigations were not so up to date.
20:18Yeah, the security is much more tightened these days
20:21compared to last time.
20:22As it should be.
20:23Because those are one of the many hindsights
20:27that people were really mad about in this case.
20:28Yeah, yeah, yeah.
20:29For sure, for sure.
20:30On 13th of March, 1991,
20:3544 days after Hyung Ho went missing,
20:38his body was actually found in a ditch in Chamsil near Gangnam area.
20:44He was wearing the same clothes he wore the day that he went missing.
20:48And he even had like a pacer in his...
20:52That he was...
20:54It was on him.
20:55And he took...
20:56He actually took that pacer from his friend's house.
20:58His eyes and his mouth were taped shut
21:01and his hands and his feet were like tied together.
21:05It was actually suspected that he was unalive
21:08not too long after he was kidnapped.
21:11Autopsy actually showed that
21:15the food in his stomach
21:16was the same food that he had for lunch at his friend's house.
21:20They didn't give him anything to eat.
21:23Either that or he was killed.
21:25He was murdered right after.
21:28So like, you know, the food hasn't even digested, right?
21:33It was then concluded that he was actually
21:36murdered on the day itself by suffocation.
21:39Oh my goodness.
21:41In total, the kidnapper actually caught
21:44the family 60 times using payphones all across Seoul.
21:50So it's not just one area.
21:52And because of that, they were never caught
21:55because it's very hard to trace.
21:57Right.
21:58Yeah, that is the story of Hyung Ho.
22:02Now let's go into some of the theories about it, right?
22:05There were actually assumptions that
22:08the case was carried out by more than one person.
22:12Possibly even three people worked on this kidnap case.
22:16Why would I say that?
22:17It's because during the calls with the parents,
22:20the caller actually kept on saying,
22:22Tzoyi.
22:23Tzoyi means us.
22:25Right.
22:25And the mom did ask like,
22:27what do you mean us?
22:28Like, are you not alone?
22:30And the kidnapper did say that he's not alone.
22:36But he's not the main one in charge.
22:37He's just like an assisting accomplice kind of thing.
22:41Some of the things that people or police find weird is that
22:46because he will ask them to collect at this location,
22:49the caller would actually kind of like,
22:53check if they collected it or not.
22:56But at the same time,
22:57if he's checking at this area,
22:58but he's calling from another area,
23:01like moments after,
23:03it could be more than one person.
23:04Because after someone checks
23:06and then the other person will call and say,
23:07okay, now there's this one in another location
23:10that you have to go to.
23:11Something like that.
23:13One thing I remember is that
23:14that's like a voice analysis for this too, right?
23:17Like the only thing,
23:18the only clues,
23:19hard clues that they have is like the calls
23:21that they get from the people, right?
23:23And then one of the things,
23:25right.
23:25And then like one of the qualities that they realized
23:28is that the way they talk is very respectful too.
23:31Yeah.
23:31Yeah, they were.
23:32They were actually.
23:32Right.
23:33Good point.
23:33Yeah.
23:33They were really respectful.
23:35And another thing,
23:36since we are on this topic,
23:37another thing that I want to bring up is that,
23:40you know, the sketch that they drew.
23:42So the sketch that they drew of the man
23:45actually did not,
23:47according to a forensic scientist,
23:50the voice did not match like the shape of the jawline.
23:54Oh.
23:54Or like, yeah.
23:55So apparently if you have a rounder shape,
23:58you know, they can sort of like,
23:59the analysis will sort of tell you
24:01if you have this kind of shape of face,
24:04what kind of sounding voice would you have?
24:07And it did not match up.
24:09Okay.
24:09Makes sense.
24:10Makes sense.
24:11But they did do an analysis to confirm that
24:16all the phone calls were made by the same person.
24:20Yeah.
24:20Because the voice and the tone and everything was the same.
24:23And that's very concerning, right?
24:24Because if it's like a group,
24:26it could be like a syndicate or something, you know,
24:28it could be something much bigger than those three people only.
24:31So that's super concerning.
24:33Yeah.
24:34That being said,
24:34another theory that we are going to is more of
24:38the motives behind Hyeong Ho's kidnap case
24:44is that as we mentioned just now,
24:46Apgujeong is a very affluent place.
24:48Right.
24:48It was also known that Hyeong Ho's father is a very well-off.
24:54I wouldn't say rich, rich, but he's pretty well-off,
24:57well-to-do.
24:58And of course, the family is quite well-to-do.
25:01So the kidnapper or kidnappers might have like,
25:05they probably knew that whoever they kidnap,
25:09probably will have enough money to pay.
25:11Right.
25:12That is one possible reason of why they kidnapped Hyeong Ho.
25:15Another thing is,
25:17it could be someone who knew Hyeong Ho's father personally
25:21and wanted, you know, to get revenge or whatever not.
25:25So they targeted the family specifically.
25:28So that were the two like motives
25:31that people were kind of discussing about.
25:34So what about you?
25:35What do you think about this case?
25:37Like, do you have any other theories of your own?
25:41And what do you think the killer's motives were?
25:44Honestly, I think like, it could be,
25:47I mean, from what I heard so far,
25:48I think it could be something bigger than it is in this one case, you know?
25:53Like, I know that a lot of crimes are happening in Korea,
25:56like specifically about children crimes, right?
26:01Children related crimes.
26:02So I just think that they just wanted money.
26:07That's the first thing.
26:08And this is like a really easy way for them to get money really, really quick.
26:15And like targeting a place like Apgujeong is
26:18kind of like an obvious thing to do for them too.
26:21And the way that the crime busting system in Korea works back then,
26:26it's just, to me, it's quite unacceptable, you know?
26:29Like, there's a lot of hindsight that they were,
26:32they missed out on in this case specifically.
26:35And who knows?
26:37There's a lot of other cases out there that's happening as well.
26:41So on theories, honestly, I don't know what the motives would be.
26:47But I think it's just plain greed.
26:48It's just, they wanted money.
26:52And this is just an easy way for them to get it.
26:54And I think it's, when I was reading through this case,
26:58it was, it just, it feels really sick.
27:02Like, I feel sick to my stomach because of how Hongho died the day itself.
27:09But the kidnapper or kidnappers made them go,
27:13made the parents go like a whole, you know, like traveling.
27:18And like, it's so sick and twisted.
27:21Like, I cannot stomach it.
27:24It's really, really bad.
27:25So yeah, like, I totally agree.
27:28Like, greed.
27:29They just, maybe they just wanted, you know, money or whatnot, right?
27:35And I guess to make things worse is that the statute of limitations in Korea,
27:41there's a statute of limitations in Korea.
27:43And this case actually expired.
27:45So meaning that even if the killers or the killer or killers were ever caught,
27:52like they can sort of obtain like a dismissal of charge.
27:56Yeah, so meaning that we would probably never find out who the killer is or are.
28:03So even if they get caught, they won't get charges?
28:05No, they won't because that's a statute of limitations.
28:08So what statute of limitations does is,
28:11because the argument behind it is that people would kind of forget memories
28:18that happen if the case is too long ago.
28:20They would like forget the memories or like,
28:23and the memories might have tweaked according to like, you know, life and whatnot.
28:30That's why there's the statute of limitations in place.
28:33So you might never know who the killers, killer or killers are.
28:38Yeah, and the killer and killers could still be roaming around the streets,
28:42you know, waiting for their next cue.
28:44Yeah.
28:47Oh my goodness.
