09:45A swamp cooler works in a very particular way.
09:48An air conditioner takes in air, passes it over cold rods that have
09:53refrigerant in it in order to absorb the heat from it,
09:56and then pump cold air back out.
09:58The problem is they actually have, there is actually, like,
10:03they have to pump that heat somewhere else.
10:07And they usually pump it out a window.
