00:00Hey, what's up you guys, I know I'm supposed to be releasing my monster video, but there's
00:12just a few things I wanted to tell you guys about what's going on with me right now.
00:19And I'll try to make this video as creative as possible, but nothing is for sure.
00:28So I get a call from Golden Palace, who is my sponsor, and of course you guys know that
00:33by now, and they said that there's a good chance that they may possibly be cashing in.
00:44In other words, going out of business.
00:47And Golden Palace, you know, the money that I've gotten from Golden Palace is about 80%
00:54of my income.
00:5580% of my income to make better videos, and to keep going, in other words.
01:07And now that I'm losing them, I don't know what I'm going to do.
01:12I can keep making videos, and hopefully I can keep entertaining you guys just as much
01:19as I have now.
01:23But I may have to get a normal job and spend a little bit more time working on my videos
01:31rather than writing back you guys when you message me.
01:38But nothing is for sure.
01:40Maybe in a week I can get a call back saying that they're not going to cash out, or maybe
01:47I'll get a call from somebody else saying that they may want to pick me up for a TV
01:52show.
01:53But nothing is for sure.
01:57The good thing is, is I get a call from Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
02:01I'm really stoked about that, and I've been waiting for this for a long time, and it's
02:09just going to be awesome.
02:11I know once I do that show, everything is going to be just fine.
02:16But nothing is for sure.
02:20I've been really down lately, and yesterday, well actually last night, I received a shirt
02:26in the mail from a surf company in Ireland.
02:31McCool's Surf Company, or Finn McCool's rather.
02:36But yeah, thank you guys for sending this shirt.
02:40That was really awesome of you, and the reason that this shirt was sent to me was because
02:45they saw that I was sending shirts out to other people that I thought were some of my
02:49favorite people.
02:50So they sent me this shirt because they said that I was their favorite director.
02:54So thank you guys, that was awesome, and I really, really needed that.
02:59And hopefully more people on YouTube can do that for each other, send shirts back and
03:05forth, and start a little, I don't know, like a giving game.
03:12But nothing is for sure.
03:14The reason I'm saying nothing is for sure at the end of everything that I'm saying is
03:18because it's true.
03:20Nothing is for sure.
03:23You know, I'm making this video more for myself than anyone else because I need to give myself
03:29confidence that I'm going to be okay, you know, and hopefully this will give me more
03:36confidence, but nothing is for sure.
03:41But I'm also making this video for you guys because I want to show you that everybody
03:45goes through hard times, and it doesn't matter who you are or what you do, you're always
03:53going to have hard times, whether, you know, you're working an everyday job or you're doing
03:58what you love to do for a living.
04:02Hard times are always there.
04:04And sometimes I feel life is just going to get worse, you know, but nothing is for sure.
04:10It could get better, but nothing is for sure.
04:16The thing is, though, is like, life is always unpredictable.
04:22And you never know what's going to happen next, but then again, that's what makes life
04:25so fun is not knowing, you know.
04:28If I knew what was going to happen tomorrow, life would suck.
04:33Life would suck.
04:35Worse than it is now.
04:36Because it wouldn't be as fun when the good things happen.
04:41When they say life is a roller coaster, it's not that, you know, you have your ups and
04:45your downs.
04:48When they say that, it means that your lows are what make your highs so good.
04:57Like right now, I'm going into a low.
05:00But I know that after I come out of this low, that I'm going to go into this really high
05:04point.
05:05It's just going to be awesome.
05:08But it's not going to be awesome if I'm always up high.
05:11If you never drop, it's not fun.
05:13You can be up high all you want, but you're going to get bored if you don't drop.
05:18So life is a roller coaster, and it's better for it to be that way.
05:24So life could get better for me in, you know, a week or so, but nothing is for sure.
05:31Maybe I'll actually, you know, keep my sponsor from Golden Palace, and maybe they'll send
05:36me another check.
05:38But nothing is for sure.
