Minister Uttam Kumar on BRS : కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వ హాయంలో కొత్త మండలాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి ఆఫీస్ బిల్డింగ్లు నిర్మించడం మరిచారని మంత్రి ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి విమర్శించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారం చేపట్టాక మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు అభివృద్ధి చేయడానికి కృషి చేస్తున్నామని వెల్లడించారు. సూర్యాపేట జిల్లాలో పలు అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన అనంతరం మాట్లాడారు.
