00:00Hey guys, I need your help.
00:02I am trying to find the best hosting for my WordPress website.
00:07So please share your recommendations.
00:09Brian, HostLeader is the best hosting.
00:12You will get free SSL and a free domain for a year.
00:15No, B2 Hosting is the best, daily backups included.
00:19I think you should go for BlueDaddy hosting, because free migration and 50 GB storage.
00:25Wow, there are so many options out here.
00:28And you know what, let us find a solution to this problem by finding the best hosting
00:32provider by ourselves.
00:39There are thousands of hosting providers out there and choosing the right hosting for your
00:43website can take a lot of time and effort.
00:45So to make it easier, we have researched and picked the top 6 hosting providers which have
00:50servers in India.
00:51And in this video, we will test these hosting providers and show you the best hosting for
00:55WordPress with live results.
00:57Okay, so let's get started.
00:59We took one website and put it on 6 different hosting providers and tested them one by one
01:04for speed, uptime, customer support and features.
01:07And in this video, let's test and see how these hosting providers are.
01:11Let's start with the first part of this video, which is to test the speed of each hosting
01:14provider.
01:15This is the website which I have hosted on these platforms.
01:19And all of these sites are the exact copies of each other.
01:22So this means when we test the speed of these sites, any difference in speed will be due
01:26to the hosting provider we are using.
01:28I am going to test these sites using a tool called gtmetrix.
01:31So let's go to gtmetrix.com.
01:34And here we need to enter the site's URL, which we are going to test.
01:38So first, let's check the speed of this website, which is hosted on Hostinger.
01:42So let's go to the site, copy this URL, paste it here.
01:49Okay, now here you need to select from where you need to test your site speed.
01:54So depending on where you test your website, the speed can vary.
01:57Since our hosting providers have servers in India, let's select India and click analyze.
02:02Now gtmetrix will test the website's performance.
02:05And as you can see, we have got the results.
02:09Now if we scroll down, here you can see that the site loaded in 2.1 seconds, which is quite
02:14good actually.
02:16Okay, so Hostinger has loaded our site in 2.1 seconds.
02:19In the same way, let's check the speed of other hosting providers.
02:23So next, let's test the speed of webspacekit.
02:26Now this is the site which we hosted on webspacekit.
02:30So let's copy this URL, paste it here and click analyze.
02:39And as you can see, webspacekit has loaded our site in 1.8 seconds, which is excellent.
02:45Next let's check hostgator.
02:48So like we did before, let's copy this URL, paste it here and click analyze.
02:57And you can see that hostgator has loaded our site in 5.9 seconds, which is a bit slow.
03:04Next let's check the 4th one on our list, which is A2 hosting.
03:08This is the site which we hosted on A2 hosting, now to check the speed of this site, let's
03:14copy and paste the site's URL here.
03:18Now if we click analyze, you can see that A2 hosting has loaded our site in 2.7 seconds.
03:24It's pretty good.
03:25Next let's check the 5th one, which is godaddy.
03:29Copy and paste the site's URL here.
03:32Now if we analyze this site, you can see that godaddy has loaded our site in 5.1 seconds,
03:40which is not that great.
03:42Let's check the last hosting provider, which is bluehost.
03:46This is the site we hosted on bluehost.
03:49Now if we analyze this site, you can see that bluehost has loaded the same site in 4.7 seconds.
04:00Okay so now we have completed checking the speed of all these hosting providers.
04:04As you can see, webspacekit, hostinger and A2 hosting have the fastest load times.
04:10While having a fast loading website not only keeps your users engaged, but also it helps
04:14it rank higher on Google.
04:16So if you are looking for the best performance for your website, we recommend going with
04:19webspacekit, hostinger and A2 hosting.
04:22So now you know which host has the best loading speed.
04:25Next let's go to part 2 of this video, which is to check the uptime of each hosting provider.
04:30Uptime is the amount of time your website is live on the internet.
04:33Sometimes your site might show something like this.
04:36This is because your hosting provider is facing downtime due to server error or maintenance
04:41or any other reason.
04:42For example, let's take a time of 30 days.
04:44Say your site is live for all 30 days, then the uptime will be 100%.
04:48But if your site was down for 7 days, then the uptime will be reduced.
04:52Having downtime means you are losing potential customers and that's why a good hosting provider
04:56should have an uptime closest to 100%.
04:58To test the uptime of each hosting provider, we will be using a tool called statusk.
05:02So let's go there.
05:05Now here we need to enter these details.
05:08First let's check the uptime of hostinger.
05:11So to test it, let's copy the site's URL and paste it here.
05:18And then here you can select how often you want to check if your site is up or not.
05:22I want this tool to check my site every 15 minutes.
05:25So I'm going to leave it at 15 minutes and click create test.
05:32And here you can see that our uptime test is running for the site.
05:36In the same way, I have already added all the websites from each hosting provider for
05:39testing and let's run the test for 60 days.
05:41And now let's check the results.
05:43So these are the uptime figures for each hosting provider.
05:46And as you can see, all the other hosting providers have 100% uptime except for hostinger.
05:51And hostinger is also a bit close to 100% which is great.
05:55So now you know which hosting provider gives you the best uptime.
05:58Next let's go to the third part of this video where we see the backup options of these hosting
06:02providers.
06:03Having regular backups of your website will help you recover from any type of data loss
06:07or other issues that might occur.
06:09You can easily recover your site using a backup in case you face any problems with plugins,
06:14team updates, or if you delete something important by mistake.
06:18Okay, now you know why having a backup of your website is important.
06:22Now let's see what are the backup features provided by each hosting provider.
06:26So we will be checking whether they provide backup or not, is it daily or weekly, and
06:31how easy it is to restore from a backup.
06:34First let's check hostinger's backup features.
06:37Now backup features may vary depending on the plans we choose.
06:40On every hosting provider, we have selected the best plan which can host multiple websites.
06:45So on hostinger, we have chosen this plan.
06:48Okay, now to check hostinger's backup features, we need to go to admins panel.
06:52So we are now on the admin panel of hostinger, and this is the place where the admin can
06:56manage their hosting accounts.
06:57Now to see hostinger's backup features, let's click on manage here.
07:02And as you can see, hostinger provides you daily backup for your website.
07:06So just click manage.
07:08And here you can see that hostinger gives you these options for backup.
07:12Let's check the first option.
07:16With this, you can restore your website on a preferred date in one click.
07:20So if we click here, you can see that hostinger has created a backup of our site automatically
07:25every week.
07:26So you can select the date of backup and restore your website.
07:30And your site will be restored successfully.
07:32Also you can easily generate a new backup manually by clicking here.
07:37Okay, as you can see, hostinger provides only weekly backups.
07:42So if you are looking for daily backup, we need to update the plan or simply purchase
07:46a backup add-on.
07:49So if you click here, and you can purchase the plan.
07:52Okay, so now on hostinger, you will get automatic weekly backups for free.
07:56So these are the backup features we get on hostinger.
07:59Next, let's see the backup features of webspace kit.
08:01Now on webspace kit, we have chosen this plan as it provides hosting for multiple websites.
08:07Daily backup is provided without any extra charges on both the plans.
08:10So even if you go with a cheaper plan, you get daily backups for your website.
08:14So to check webspace kit's features, let's go to our admin dashboard.
08:18And click on jet backup.
08:20And you can see that webspace kit has automatically backed up our site every day.
08:25And you can easily restore your site to an older version, just by selecting it from here.
08:29Now let's say your site has crashed, and you want to restore it.
08:33So all you need to do is just choose the date of the backup before the crash, then click
08:37here, then click restore, and your site will be restored.
08:42Now if we go to our site and refresh the page, you can see that our site has been successfully
08:47restored.
08:48And as you saw, we were able to restore the site with just one click.
08:52Okay with webspace kit, you get daily backups for free and easy one-click restore.
08:57Okay next, let's see hostgator's backup features.
09:00On hostgator, we have chosen this plan as it provides hosting for multiple websites.
09:04Now let's see hostgator's backup features.
09:06So let's go to our admin dashboard, click on this domain name.
09:12And here you can see that hostgator doesn't provide backups for free, instead, it gives
09:17us the option to purchase this add-on called code guard.
09:20Now if we click buy now, here you can select the plan and purchase it.
09:26Okay next, let's see A2 hosting.
09:28So on A2 hosting, we have selected this plan.
09:31So to check A2 hosting's backup feature, let's go to admin dashboard.
09:35And this is the website which we have hosted on A2 hosting.
09:38Now to take a backup, you cannot get it directly from the admin dashboard.
09:42We need to login to cpanel, then click on zbackup file, then click on full backups.
09:54And here you can see that A2 hosting creates a backup of our site every day.
09:58Now to restore our website, select the date you want here, then click restore and again
10:03click restore.
10:05And you can see that we have successfully restored the website.
10:09So on A2 hosting, you get daily backups for free and easy restore.
10:13Next let's check GoDaddy's backup feature.
10:16Since GoDaddy doesn't have any plan which allows us to host multiple websites, we have
10:20selected the basic plan.
10:21Now to check GoDaddy's backup features, let's go to admin dashboard, select our site, then
10:28click backups.
10:32And you can see that we get daily backups for free.
10:35And you can also get a preview of your website here on the date which you selected.
10:38Now to restore the site, all you have to do is, choose the backup date that you want to
10:42restore to and click restore.
10:48Okay so now we have successfully restored our website.
10:51GoDaddy offers free daily backups and restoring your site is just as easy as webspace kit.
10:57Okay so now with GoDaddy, you get daily backups for free with just one click restore.
11:02Finally let's see Bluehost's backup features.
11:05So on Bluehost, we have chosen this plan as it provides multiple websites.
11:08Now to check Bluehost's backup features, let's go to admin dashboard, then go to my sites
11:16and you can see your site which is hosted on Bluehost.
11:18Now if we click on manage site and click on backups, you can see that Bluehost provides
11:26you with this code guard addon to backup your site.
11:29So let's click here and you will get different plans to purchase.
11:34If you purchase this plan, you can take 3 restores a month or if you want to take unlimited
11:39restores of your website, you can go with these plans.
11:43On Bluehost, it provides an addon which we need to purchase and restore our site.
11:47However, webspace kit, A2 hosting and GoDaddy provide free backup with easy one click restore.
11:55Okay now we know which hosting provider provides the best backup features.
11:59Next let's go to the 4th part of this video which is to compare these hosting providers
12:04to see how fast they provide customer support.
12:06You know, apart from being fast, having good uptime and offering easy backup features,
12:11a good hosting provider should also provide quick and excellent customer support.
12:15Now to check how fast they provide customer support and solve our query, we are going
12:19to ask them the same question to all these hosting providers and see which one of them
12:24solved it faster and how efficient they are.
12:27The question is, I want to increase the PHP memory limit to its maximum value for my hosting
12:32account.
12:33First, let's check how Hostinger provides customer support.
12:36Hostinger does not provide any phone or mail support.
12:39The only way you can reach them is through chat.
12:41So we'll send our query here and start the timer to see how long it takes for them to
12:45solve it.
12:49We got the solution from Hostinger after 18 minutes along with a guide for us to refer
12:55and solve the query by ourselves.
12:57Okay, Hostinger takes more than 18 minutes to solve the query and you only have chat
13:01option to connect with them.
13:03Next, let's see how fast is WebSpaceKit in providing customer support.
13:07So in WebSpaceKit, you have to create a ticket to solve any technical queries.
13:13Once we submit the ticket, we will start the timer and as you can see, we got the reply
13:20in 5 minutes and they have made it hassle-free by solving the queries by themselves.
13:25Okay, WebSpaceKit takes a maximum of 5 minutes and they have chat option and call option.
13:32Next, let's check how well HostGator provides customer support.
13:36So let's send our query and start the timer.
13:40As you can see, they didn't take too long to reply.
13:43Now we will answer these details and after 7 minutes, they resolved the query for us.
13:51It's pretty good.
13:53So HostGator took more than 7 minutes to reply and they solved the query themselves and it
13:57has a chat and call option too.
13:59Next, let's take on A2 Hosting.
14:01On A2 Hosting, we need to enter these details here.
14:04So let's fill it out and once you have done that, like we did before, let's send our query.
14:10As you can see, A2 Hosting has put us on queue and we need to wait for at least an hour to
14:15get a reply from them.
14:19And after 42 minutes, here you can see that instead of solving our query for us, they
14:24have provided a solution which we need to implement manually on our site.
14:29Okay, so on A2 Hosting, the customer support takes 42 minutes to solve the query and it
14:34has chat and call option.
14:36Now let's see GoDaddy.
14:38So let's send our query and start the timer.
14:42As you can see, they didn't take too long to reply.
14:45Then we'll answer these details.
14:50And after 2 minutes, you can see GoDaddy has provided a link which we can refer to and
14:54solve the query by ourselves.
14:56Okay, so GoDaddy takes a maximum of 5 minutes to reply to our query and they have chat and
15:02call option too.
15:03So next, let's go to the final hosting provider which is Bluehost and let's see how fast they
15:08provide customer support.
15:09So go to our Bluehost site and here we need to enter these details before we send our
15:14query.
15:15So let's enter that.
15:18And then send the query and start the timer.
15:23And you can see that Bluehost has responded after 5 minutes.
15:27Now let's fill up these details and again we'll send our query here.
15:33And after 7 minutes, you can see that they have responded to our query and it says that
15:38PHP memory limit is already set to maximum.
15:42So they have provided you a link to check it out.
15:44Okay, Bluehost takes a maximum of 12 minutes to solve the query and has a chat and call
15:50option.
15:51Now we have compared all these hosting providers and saw how fast they provide customer support.
15:56Here you can see the list of individual timings for their fast support.
15:59Okay, now we are done testing all these hosting providers.
16:04Next let's compare all these results and see which is the best hosting for WordPress in
16:08India.
16:09When we look at the speed, you can see that Hostinger, WebSpaceKit and Hostigator are
16:14the fastest.
16:15They load our site in less than 3 seconds.
16:18Then the uptime is good for all the hosting providers.
16:21In terms of backing up and restoring your site, WebSpaceKit and GoDaddy offer free daily
16:26backups and allow you to restore your site with just one click.
16:31While A2 Hosting also provides free daily backup, but the process is not straightforward
16:36and it's a bit more complicated.
16:38When it comes to customer support, WebSpaceKit, Hostigator and GoDaddy are the best.
16:43They respond quickly and solve queries without any hassle.
16:47Finally, here you can see the hosting plans that we purchased with the pricing for 3 years,
16:53including hosting, domain and SSL.
16:56Hostinger and GoDaddy are cheaper options, while WebSpaceKit, Hostigator and Bluehost
17:02are more affordable.
17:05Just remember that there might be extra charges during renewal and prices can change over
17:10time.
17:11No matter what you choose, make sure the hosting provider offers the features you need, has
17:15responsive customer support and can handle the traffic your site requires.
17:19Okay, now let's check this out.
17:21We have got the final results of this video and you can see all the hosting providers
17:26are doing great.
17:27But guess what?
17:28WebSpaceKit totally stands out with lightning fast speed, awesome uptime, free daily backups
17:34with easy one click restore, fantastic customer support and it's affordable too.
17:40Here comes the best part, WebSpaceKit also has a staging site feature, where in one click,
17:46you can create a copy of a live site which is known as a staging site.
17:50This site will be an exact copy of a live site and this is super useful because if you
17:54want to add any new features to your site or change its look, you can first do it on
17:58your staging site and see if it's okay.
18:01And if you like the changes, you can do a one click push to apply the same changes on
18:05your live site.
18:06It's that easy.
18:07So in this way, your site will be live and will always be looking perfect without any
18:12issues.
18:13WebSpaceKit offers affordable pricing.
18:15So if you're looking for the best hosting for your website, you can choose WebSpaceKit.
