01:19We are going to create a 3d animation movie in just three parts
01:22The first part is to create the scenes for our movie to do that
01:26We are going to do three steps
01:27The first step is to get a story if you already have a story for your movie
01:32You can skip this step
01:33But if you don't have one you can use an AI tool to get a story for our movie
01:37So just click the link below this video and it'll take you to gravity right comm now click start here
01:44Then click on this drop down and
01:46And
01:48Select AI film script writer then fill in these details and click create content
01:57As you can see gravity writers generated a story for our movie and it's a fantasy story and which someone discovers a lost portal
02:04That transports them to another world. Once you have this story, it's time to transform it into an animated movie
02:10However, we don't have the air tool to generate videos directly
02:13Instead we can get images using AI then convert them into videos
02:17Let's go to the second step, which is to get images for our movie to do that
02:21We're going to use a tool called mid journey, but it's a paid tool
02:25However, if you prefer a free tool
02:27You can try some other tools like playground AI clip drop stable diffusion and Leonardo
02:32Which lets you generate the same images
02:34this will help us to generate images for our movie and to get it just click the link below this video and
02:39It'll take you to mid journey calm
02:41Now quickly sign in and
02:44It'll take you to the dashboard to generate the images. We need to enter the prompt here. So let's type slash imagine prompt
02:54On which journey we need to give the exact prompt and only then it will generate the right output on gravity, right?
02:59There's an option called AI image generation prompts that gives you specific prompts. So let's go to gravity, right?
03:06Copy the story
03:08Then click on AI image generation prompts and paste the story here
03:16Now enter these details and
03:20Click create content. You can see that we have got the prompts. Let's copy the first prompt
03:28Then come back to mid journey paste it here
03:33And press enter
03:36As you can see it has generated our first image in the same way you can paste the remaining prompts and get all the images
03:50You can see that we have got a character's face in this image similarly we will generate the other images
04:00You can see that it has generated another image
04:02But this time if you notice the face of this character is slightly different compared to the first one
04:07In order to get this character's face
04:09All you have to do is click on the image of the character then right-click on it and then click on copy image address
04:16Then go to this image
04:18click on very region and
04:22At the beginning of the prompt paste the image address that we copied
04:28Now to change the face click on this option
04:32Then using your mouse select the face portion like this
04:37Once you're done click on this arrow
04:41And you can see that we have got a character's face in this image
04:45To save the image just right-click on it and save it to your computer
04:51Similarly you can save all the other generated images. Okay, we are not successfully used mid journey to generate images for our movie
04:58Okay, so now that we have generated the images for our movie we need to convert these images into videos
05:03So let's go to the third step, which is to convert the image into a video to do that
05:07We're gonna use a free tool called runway ML
05:10So just click the link below this video and it'll take you to this website
05:14To get started first, we need to create an account on runway
05:17So let's click here then log in with your Google account and you will get this page
05:21now to convert the image into a video just choose this option and
05:26Then here you can upload your own animated images that you generated from mid journey, so let's click here
05:32Then choose the image
05:37And click generate
05:40Now if we click play
05:43You can see that our image has been converted into an animated video to download this video just click here
05:50And
05:53It'll be downloaded in the same way we will convert all the other images into videos
05:57So just delete the old image and upload the second one
06:02Once you have converted all the images into videos when you look at the video
06:06You can see that it has a few glitches and also the facial expressions are not that good
06:11This will make a movie look bad. So to improve the quality of this video. We need to remove all these glitches
06:17So, let's go to the second part of this video
06:18But we'll see how you can improve the quality of our videos to do that
06:23We're gonna use a tool called think diffusion now on think diffusion
06:27You cannot upload videos directly as it only supports images
06:31So to remove all the glitches from our video and improve its quality
06:34First we need to convert the video into images to do that. We're gonna use a free tool called online convert
06:41So just click the link below this video and it'll take you to this website now click choose file
06:47Then select the video which has the glitches
06:50click open and
06:52click start
06:56As you can see it has converted a video into images frame by frame
07:00Now to download all these images in one go click here
07:06And all the images will be downloaded as a zip file
07:08Once it is downloaded. Let's right-click on it. Then click extract all and click extract
07:16You can see we have got our images
07:19Now you can easily upload all these images into think diffusion to remove the glitches and fix the facial expressions
07:24So to do that, just click the link below this video and it will take you to thinkdiffusion.com
07:30Now click on try for free and you can use any one of these plans
07:33But only for around 20 to 30 minutes after that you need to pay and use it. I'm gonna choose this one
07:39So let's click launch
07:41Then sign up with your Google account
07:46And again click launch
07:50Once you're here, you can see that the timer has started which means we can use it for 23 minutes for free
07:55So here let's upload all the images we extracted and to do that click on extras
08:01Then click batch process
08:05Then click here
08:08Select all the images and click open
08:11You can see that all our images have been uploaded here
08:14Once it is uploaded we need to change a few settings. So let's click here
08:19Then choose 4x ultra sharp
08:22Then change these four values to one
08:27Once you have done that click on generate
08:33And as you can see we have got the output now to download all these images at once click here
08:38Then go to outputs
08:42Next to extra images click the zip file icon and all the images which are here will be compressed into a zip file to download
08:49it click here and
08:52It'll be downloaded to your computer next let's quickly extract the zip file
08:57Once it is extracted
08:59Finally, we can convert all the images back into a video to do that. We're gonna use the same tool called runway
09:05So let's go back there. So let's go here
09:08click generate videos and
09:11Click frame interpolation with frame interpolation. We get smooth transitions between our images which will make the video flow more smoothly
09:19So to convert all these images into a video
09:22Just click here
09:24Then select all the images click open and all your images will be uploaded
09:29Now here you can see that by default the duration is set to 10 seconds
09:33Since the video clip we generated for the scene is only 4 seconds long. I'm going to change it to 4
09:42And click generate
09:44And the images will be converted into a video
09:47Now if we play the video
09:49You can see that all the glitches have been removed
09:52Once you're happy with the output we can go ahead and download this video
09:56So just click on export
09:59Then click here
10:01Change the video resolution to 720p and again click export
10:07Then click here
10:11Now just right-click on the video and click download and
10:16Once you have downloaded it here you can see a preview of how we have improved the video quality. So let's play both the videos

10:26You can see that compared to the previous video this video doesn't have any glitches and it is clear
10:33Okay. Now if you find any glitches in any other scenes, you can easily remove them by following the same steps
10:39We just did right now. Once you're done, we will have all the scenes ready for a 3d animation movie
10:44Now you can combine all the scenes together and make a complete movie
10:48So let's go to the final part of this video, which is to edit our animation movie
10:52So to edit it, we're gonna do four steps
10:54The first step is to add a dialogue and the lip-sync for our animated characters. To do that
10:59We're gonna use a tool called Lalamoo
11:02Lalamoo is a great tool where you can add dialogues and it will lip-sync the characters lips to the dialogue
11:07Also, it's free to use. So to get started just click the link below this video and click on start
11:15Then click here
11:19Select your video and
11:21click open and
11:24Your video will be uploaded. Now just click add new audio and
11:28Here we need to add a dialogue for this scene. So to get the dialogues just go to gravity, right?
11:33And you can see that along with the story it has generated dialogues as well. So let's copy this dialogue for this particular scene
11:45Then come back to Lalamoo
11:48And
11:50Paste it here. Now select the voice model you want
11:54And if you click here
11:56You will get different options to select an emotion. I'm gonna choose this one and click generate audio
12:03Now here you can see we have different pre-made audios to choose from so just play the audio then select the one you want
12:09I'm going to choose this one
12:12Is this real and
12:15If we click on generate lip-sync video
12:18Is this real?
12:20You can see that the lip-sync is done and it looks pretty good
12:24once you're happy with the output just right-click on the video then click here and
12:29Your video will be downloaded
12:31In the same way you can add dialogues and get the lip-sync for all the other characters, too
12:36Once you're done we can go to the second step
12:38Which is to combine all the scenes together and edit them to do that
12:42We're going to use a free online tool called clip chat. So just click the link below this video

12:51Sign in with your Google account
12:54Now to combine all these scenes, let's click create new video
12:59Now select all your video clips
13:03Drag it and drop them here
13:05So let's select the first scene for our video then drag it and drop it into this track here in the same way
13:11You can add all the other scenes one by one
13:15You can also play and see the preview of the video
13:19During the preview you would have noticed that we needed to add voiceovers for particular scenes
13:24So let's go to the third step which is to add voiceovers to the scenes to do that
13:28We're going to use a tool called 11 labs, which generates voiceovers for the text you provide
13:33Basically, it converts the text into audio. So just click the link below this video and

13:41Then sign up with your Google account
13:45And it'll take you to this dashboard
13:47Now if you click here, you will get different pre-made voices to choose from
13:51So just listen to all the voices and select the one you like
13:55Allow the world to live as it chooses

14:09Now here we need to add the dialogues. So let's go to gravity, right?

14:34Once you have generated them next, let's add the voiceovers to our movie. So just go back to clipchamp
14:43Then drag and drop the audio files, which we just generated now drag and drop the first audio file here
14:49Then place it where you prefer. Then let's do the same for the other audio files
14:54Once you're done if we play the movie

15:02Now if you want to adjust the volume of the audio, all you need to do is just select the audio file

15:51Then click this drop down
15:53select music
15:54And search for the music you want to add i'm going to search for magical forest
15:59And now you can play any of these tracks and select the one you like
16:11I'm going to choose this one which will suit our 3d animated movie perfectly. So let's download it by clicking here
16:18And once you've got the music let's go to clip jam
16:22Then drag and drop the music here
16:25After that drag the music from here and drop it on this track
16:30Now if you want you can trim it like this so that it plays only during particular scenes
16:35Also, if you want to reduce the volume you can click here and reduce it
16:42Now if we click play

16:56In the same way, we will add background music to other scenes too
17:00Once you have done that we can go ahead and download it
17:03So just click export
17:04Then select the video quality you want

17:08The now movie will be exported
17:10And to save the movie to your computer click here
17:14Then click save
17:16And your movie will be saved to your computer

17:33Now to increase its quality. There's an app on the play store called vmake
17:37Where we can easily increase the quality of the video for free

17:44Then search for vmake
17:46Install this app
17:47And click open
17:49Now click on image quality
17:52Click ultra HD
17:54And click try now
17:55So select the movie
18:00And you can see that it has improved the quality of our video
18:04Also, you will get these options to see how it looked before and after
18:09Once you're happy with the output, let's go ahead and save this video
