00:00Well, there's a lot of people asking about the 25th, invoking the 25th Amendment right
00:14now because this is an alarming situation.
00:17As I mentioned, our adversaries see the weakness in this White House as we all do.
00:20I take no pleasure in saying that.
00:22I think this is a very dangerous situation.
00:25But you know, unfortunately, it's not the House that gets to determine that.
00:28It's the Cabinet under the Constitution, of course.
00:30It's the Cabinet that makes that decision.
00:32I would.
00:33I would ask the Cabinet members to search their hearts.
00:36I think, you know, you've all been reporting all day long about the panic that has ensued
00:40in the Democratic Party.
00:41I would be panicking, too, if I were a Democrat today, and that was my nominee.
00:45I think they know they have a serious problem.
00:48But it's not just political.
00:49It's not just the Democratic Party.
00:51It's the entire country.
00:53We have a serious problem here because we have a president who, by all appearances,
00:57is not up to the task.
00:58And these are very dangerous times.
01:00This is a very serious moment in American history, and it needs to be regarded and handled
01:05as such.
01:06And we hope that they will do their duty, as we all seek to do our duty, to do best
01:09by the American people.
01:10These are fateful moments.
01:11First, your heart says, and you think, in fact, we should focus on the movement?
01:16If I were in a Cabinet, in the Biden administration right now, in a Cabinet, I would be having
01:21that discussion with my colleagues at the Cabinet level.
01:23I would.
01:25Many of them, I think in their heart of hearts, they understand exactly what we do.
01:28They see exactly what we do.
01:30And we'll see what action they take.
01:32It's a serious situation.
01:33Thank you all so much.
01:34Thank you.
01:35Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
