देश और दुनिया भर में आज अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2024 मनाया जा रहा है. दिल्ली में बॉर्डर पर हमारी रक्षा करने वाले जवानों ने भी योगा किया. BSF जवानों, अधिकारियों ने दिल्ली के निजामुद्दीन में योगा किया. इस मौके पर BSF डीजी नितिन अग्रवाल ने कहा कि योग से दिमाग स्ट्रेस मुक्त रहता है, स्वास्थ्य बेहतर होता है.
