00:04the North West. Four men have been arrested after Wigan police unearthed a large-scale meth lab.
00:10The facility was uncovered at a property in Clitheroe during an early morning warrant
00:14executed by Greater Manchester Police's Wigan Challenger Team, supported by specialist officers,
00:20Lancashire Police, the Regional Organised Crime Unit, National Crime Agency and Greater
00:25Manchester and Lancashire Fire Services. The meth lab is currently being dismantled and
00:30approximately 60 kilograms of methamphetamine was seized alongside significant amounts of
00:36chemicals believed to be used in the production of methamphetamine. One of Lancashire's best-known
00:42gastro pups wants to overhaul its kitchen and have a takeaway counter. Bosses at the Ribchester
00:49Arms in Blackburn Road, Ribchester, say the resumption of relatively normal trading conditions
00:54since the pandemic has highlighted the inadequacy of the kitchen operation and that the existing
00:59kitchen is operationally inefficient and offers extremely cramped working conditions for staff.
01:05They are seeking planning permission for a replacement ventilation system and alterations
01:09to external door and window openings at the rear and they also want to form an external takeaway
01:15food service counter to the front. In other news, two new businesses have opened their doors in

01:26located next to the tour office, with seating and plenty of shade. The Little Parlour sells cones,
01:33tubs and sundaes using English Lakes ice cream, whereas Humble Abode at 11 Chapel Street in
01:40Lancaster is a new independent shop selling streetwear, apparel and accessories.
01:45Bosses at Blackpool Victoria Hospital have launched an urgent review after a doctor was caught
01:51filling in post-op paperwork to say a patient was recovering well before she'd even had the
01:56procedure. The systematic pre-populating of medical documents came to light during an
02:01inquest into the death of 36-year-old Sabina Wood, who was found lifeless in bed after

02:21has been listed for sale. The former Royal British Legion club was a derelict shell when
02:27Tom Large bought it with his friend and business partner Brian Gamble in 2004.
02:32The duo restored it to its former glory and it quickly became established as a popular social
02:38club and hub for the community. Tom, who died in 2017 aged 75,
02:44named the club after his mum who died when he was only 15.
