00:05 A local man who died following a single vehicle collision on the A7 at Scotts Dyke, almost on the border with Scotland, at around 4.10pm on May 22nd has been identified.
00:18 Hugh Mooney, known as Shug, aged 48, died at the scene.
00:23 His family paid tribute to him, saying "To say our lives will never be the same really doesn't do our pain or loss justice. Shug will always be missed and forever loved."
00:36 A man has been charged in relation to the death of Kiena Dawes, who was killed on a railway line near Garstang.
00:43 The body of hairdresser Kiena Dawes was found on the track near Barnacre by British Transport Police on July 22nd, 2022.
00:52 The 23-year-old, who was from St Annes but was living in Fleetwood, had been reported missing a short time earlier.
01:00 Ryan Wellings, 30, of House McClose, Bisbam, was charged with manslaughter, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
