00:00 I think it was a really solid race. We improved on the things we discussed we wanted to improve on.
00:06 It's really good that we managed to pull that off.
00:09 I think now, reflecting a little bit, we can figure out a few more points where we can gain a little bit more speed, I think.
00:19 I'm really pleased with a really solid piece.
00:22 I think it's always a huge privilege to be at home and have a massive amount of people shouting and cheering for you.
00:31 That makes it extra special. It's also just a huge privilege to be at the start line on this regatta and also next week at the World Cup.
00:40 I think we don't take it for granted. We were both not here last year. We really appreciate it.
00:47 Congratulations. A great win in your semi-final. How was it?
00:51 It was a tough race. A bit of a wake over there, all the warming up boats, which is always a bit of a thing in Luton. It's beautiful as it is.
01:01 But a finger-step up from yesterday. Still plenty to improve for tomorrow, but so far so good.
01:08 Tomorrow is the big day. Olympic qualification on the line. How are you feeling about it and what's the plan?
01:14 Obviously, the plan is just to go fast. Feeling pretty confident. At the same time, this is a race like no other.
01:23 It's just a different level of tension and you feel it in everything. You feel it in your thoughts, you feel it in your muscles.
01:29 So, we just got to stay calm and execute tomorrow.
01:32 Congratulations. How was your race?
01:34 Thank you. We are happy. We are a respect and information coach in this race.
01:45 We are motivated for tomorrow, for the final, because we are finished in the two places to go to Paris for the Paralympic Games.
02:00 And it would be a home Paralympic Games. Does that add to the motivation?
02:05 Yes, because we are public, but it's a pressure because it's at home.
02:16 It's going really good. I am enjoying every day and these races, so I'm happy to be here again. Thank you.
02:29 You were in Tokyo on the pier. What would it mean to go to Paris in the single?
02:33 It would be amazing to be in Paris in the single because of the amount of athletes there are.
02:42 It's totally different to be alone, but this race was tough at the end. Each competitor was really hard in the last meters, but I am feeling good for tomorrow and I feel happy to try tomorrow.
03:06 It was good, really smooth. I am happy and proud of my teammates. I assume we had a good race, but we will have to be better and stronger tomorrow. We will see, but we will try our best.
03:18 Thank you very much. Congratulations and all the best so far.
03:21 Thank you.
