00:06 This is the one that divides Barangay 176 or more known as Bagong Silang in Lungsod, Caloocan
00:12 into six separate independent barangays.
00:16 Under this law, Bagong Silang will become Barangay 176-A until Barangay 176-F.
00:27 The government has also passed a law to make the plebiscite 70 days from the effectivity of the law.
00:34 The Mayor will appoint interim barangay officials,
00:39 including the full barangay, seven Sanggunian Barangay members,
00:43 one Sanggunian Kabataan Chairman, and seven Sanggunian Kabataan members in each new barangay.
