00:09 I would say it's the fact that it's nice to feel comfortable in Ballarat and it's easy to do that.
00:16 When you're born and bred in an area you know where everything is,
00:21 you know a lot of the local eateries and where to go.
00:27 And I think it just feels very comfortable in Ballarat,
00:31 it's a nice blend of I guess having opportunities to go and experience different things
00:38 but at the same time not be completely overwhelmed and be a little fish in a big pond.
00:44 Yeah, I was pretty young when I started.
00:47 If you think about the city in 10 years time, what do you want it to look like?
00:51 I think to keep its identity.
00:54 I think Ballarat's known as quite a traditional town
00:57 and there's some really good things as far as the landscape and heritage look that Ballarat has
01:04 but also that the culture is good.
01:08 There's a lot of negativity around a lot of different places at the moment
01:12 but I think Ballarat's got a really good feel about it
01:17 and so we want to continue that to be a place where people can raise their kids
01:22 and even move away from different locations as well.
