00:18 it's been so much, so amazing experience.

00:28 you never get this kind of experience elsewhere.

00:34 I want the city to look more vibes,
00:37 which is, you know, it's not only,
00:39 when you're thinking about Balarat people,
00:41 like it's very retirement place or something like that.
00:44 We want it to be like an old ages,
00:46 healthier, and then, you know,
00:48 enjoying a local business, local foods.
00:51 And I want it Ballarat to be more,
00:53 oh yeah, a little bit slightly like a piece of Melbourne, I guess.
00:57 And where, you know, I want it to be the foods here,
01:00 we got lots of culture, you know,
01:02 different type of food that we can experience as well.
01:04 So I think hopefully in 10 years, right.

01:09 I'm very focused in what I want to bring it to Ballarat community.
01:16 When I say about flavours, I mean it.
01:19 It's a very serious one.
01:21 That because I want people to experience it,
01:23 it's what they will experience if they're back home to Malaysia or to Indonesia.
01:29 So to bring the authenticity in Ballarat,
01:31 I suppose, more important to me than ever.
