00:16 And many of them have been here many years.
00:19 This place has been here for 50 years.
00:23 It's called Freibsville.
00:24 And they, you know, they probably know the Chicago hot dog tradition.
00:28 You know, it's hard to argue that Chicago might be the hot dog capital of the world.
00:34 But with so many great places, where do they all rank?

00:40 Well, I'm here to be the judge and see if Franksville is worthy of my name.

01:25 Well, Franksville is another one of those places that have been put in the Vienna Beef

01:31 So they use Vienna Beef as nearly everyone in Chicago does.
01:35 I guess you get beat up if you don't.
01:37 And the bun to dog ratio is very good.
01:39 It's on point.
01:42 It feels like a steamed dog on a steamed bun.
01:45 Well, let's see if this dog is taking the train to the station.
01:51 It doesn't quite have the snap of other places that are around here.
