00:20 Well dear friends, in my last video i have told you that how you can do your workout at home

00:31 So, how you have to start first, first you have to control yourself

01:01 So, when you do ab workout, you make sure that you don't have to do it in a hurry, you have to do it very slowly
01:16 Just be relax & when you have practiced the control movements, then slowly & gradually just
01:24 Check in your legs & then just straight, don't try to do it straight

01:56 This you can do around 8-10 initially & then you can increase it

03:29 I would suggest if you start this exercise very slowly then you can do this exercise around 4-5 in the beginning

03:41 And once again don't be in a hurry, when you do this exercise do it in a very slow & controlled way
