Prepare a refreshing glass of hojicha iced tea to help ease the summer heat. Here’s how:

~ Add 10g of loose leaf hojicha into a kyusu (we used Hojicha Classic)
~ Pour 240 ml of 80°C (175°F) filtered water in circular motions
~ Steep hojicha for 60 seconds
~ Add 3/4 cup of ice to a tall glass
~ Pour the hojicha infusion over ice
~ Enjoy your iced hojicha on a hot day
