Bring a moment of calm to your day with a soothing Lavender Hojicha Latte.

Recipe:
• Steep 1 tsp of dried lavender buds & 100 ml of 95°C (205°F) filtered water for 5 min.
• Whisk 1 tsp of Hojicha Powder with half of the lavender tea.
• Add the remaining lavender tea & 1 tsp of maple syrup.
• Steam & froth 140 ml of milk (we used oat), & pour onto the hojicha.
• Lightly sprinkle ¼ tsp of dried lavender buds on top & unwind with this calming Lavender Hojicha Latte.
