Stay cool and calm with this floral tea latte on a slow afternoon. Here’s how:

Blueberry Lavender Ice Cubes
• Prepare blueberry lavender ice cubes in advance by steeping 1 tsp of dried lavender buds and 1 tbsp of frozen wild blueberries in 120 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water for 5 min. Freeze for 4-6 hours.

Blueberry Lavender Iced Hojicha Latte
• Steep 1 tsp of dried lavender buds and 1 tbsp of frozen wild blueberries in 60 ml (1/4 cup) of boiling water for 5 min.
• Whisk blueberry lavender tea with 2 tsp of Hojicha Powder.
• Add ½ cup blueberry lavender ice cubes and 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk (we used oat milk) into a glass.
• Pour whisked hojicha into glass.
• Sweetener if desired.
• Stir, sip, and enjoy!
