Here’s how to make Cold Brew Genmaicha:
• Add 1 gram of Genmaicha tea leaves per every 100 ml of room temperature or cold filtered water.
• Cover and place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
• Enjoy chilled or over ice.
