03:01 And this is actually a recipe that I was like,

03:04 Because I saw it on Instagram and boy,
03:07 we don't stop making this in our house.
03:08 Now we're gonna put sour cream
03:10 and sour cream is very important.
03:12 We're gonna put some cilantro.
03:14 We're gonna put some, a lots of cotija cheese.
03:21 Lots, lots, lots, lots, lots, lots.
03:23 And we're gonna put some tahini.
03:25 And you should put a generous amount
03:27 because like the flavor kind of get lost a little bit
03:30 once we put it in the oven.
03:31 And of course, some matza.
03:34 Some matza.
03:36 Mozzarella cheese.
03:38 So I be feeling like certain dishes,
03:39 it just got like a type of music.
03:42 And this dish kind of remind me of like bongos.
03:45 It's colorful, it's vibrant, it's good, it's spicy,
03:50 it's creamy, it's just that, you know what I'm saying?
03:53 And speaking about bongos,
03:55 I'm excited that everybody loved the song so much.
03:57 I feel like this song is like such a fun song.

04:03 I mean, like, I don't know if you guys can see,
04:04 but like the fashion was just amazing.
04:06 All right guys, so now we're gonna put this in a pan.
