If you’re a regular person, your day might begin with coffee or a ritual re-snoozing of the alarm clock; if you’re Sofia Richie Grainge, though, it starts with a trip to the home gym for an 8 a.m. workout (as it turns out, some pre-wedding rituals stick even after the rings are exchanged).

00:00 - Tastes like strawberry lemonade, but with alcohol.
00:02 - Really? I'm gonna try it.
00:03 - Yeah.
00:04 Doesn't that taste so good?
00:07 - Oh my God, that's so good.
00:08 - Isn't that so good?
00:09 (upbeat music)
00:11 - Hey Vogue, it's Sophia.
00:21 Welcome to my house.
00:22 Come join me for the day.
00:23 (upbeat music)
00:26 (upbeat music)
00:28 - Before my wedding, I worked out once, twice a week.
00:33 And then when I got engaged, I was like,
00:35 this is my moment to feel my best.
00:38 So I really amped it up and now I can't get out of it.
00:41 - What?
00:42 - That one time Elliot did Pilates with us,
00:43 he like almost cried.
00:44 - Oh, he left the room a couple of times.
00:47 (laughing)
00:48 (upbeat music)
00:50 - I wanted to kind of show you guys
00:51 how I get ready for my day.
00:53 This is from my facialist.
00:55 It just kind of makes my makeup sit really nicely
00:58 on my face.
00:59 The natural makeup started with the whole heavy makeups
01:03 not working for me because it's making my skin so bad.
01:07 So I had to find a routine that worked
01:10 helping my skin be healthy.
01:12 This is it.
01:15 This is our Brentwood home meetings look.
01:19 All right, let's get this day started.
01:20 Let's go.
01:21 (upbeat music)
01:24 - Hello.
01:25 - Hello.
01:26 - Hi, how are you?
01:27 - Oh, hi.
01:28 - How are you?
01:28 - Good morning.
01:29 - Hey, bestie.
01:31 Today we are doing my favorite thing to do every day,
01:34 which is meet with my team to work on this project
01:37 that we've been working on for months.
01:39 It's top secret-ish.
01:41 We are creating this beautiful clothing line
01:43 that brings out how I feel the most comfortable dressing.
01:48 - Okay, so these are cashmere colors.
01:49 Let me know if you like any of these.
01:51 - Is this how it will feel or is this just based off of color?
01:53 - These are just the color chips.
01:54 - Just colors, okay.
01:55 - Yeah.
01:56 - Oh my goodness.
01:57 - I know.
01:58 - It really didn't feel like 80 pieces.
01:59 And now seeing it all mapped out
02:00 on these papers is really crazy.
02:01 - Yeah.
02:02 - We really did this.
02:03 - Yeah.
02:04 - And we did it fast.
02:04 - Yeah.
02:05 - So excited about it.
02:06 - Yeah.
02:07 - I feel like we really killed it.
02:08 - It's awesome.
02:09 All right.
02:12 Now that that meeting is over with,
02:15 I thought it'd be fun for us to go to Doan
02:17 'cause it's so hot out and buy a cute little summer dress.
02:20 So let's hit it.
02:21 (upbeat music)
02:23 I'm not gonna lie to you guys, I was here last week.
02:33 But I have a lot of new stuff
02:34 and since the last time I've been here,
02:36 I'm going to Palm Springs.
02:38 It's 105 and a lot of my dresses are thicker material.
02:42 So I just figured we'd pull some fun stuff to try.
02:45 Extra small, that is not the truth for me.
02:49 Small.
02:51 Feeling cute.
02:53 This is a perfect summer dress.
02:54 Like everything can breathe.
02:56 Palm Springs ready.
02:58 I'm gonna try on one more for you.
03:00 Okay.
03:01 I didn't know if I was gonna love this, but I'm obsessed.
03:03 That's all I'm going for this summer.
03:05 It's just being comfortable.
03:07 It's been interesting being watched as a young kid.
03:10 People have seen my evolution
03:12 of just different stages I was in in life.
03:14 I'm really proud of where I am now
03:16 because I'm expressing myself through my clothing.
03:19 I'm not influenced by anyone.
03:20 I just really feel me.
03:22 Well, thank you guys so much.
03:23 I'll probably see you in a week
03:24 'cause I come here all the time.
03:26 All right, guys.
03:27 I'm headed back home to do a quick phone call for work,
03:30 but I'm gonna start prepping for dinner
03:33 and I'm gonna catch you guys there.
03:35 Guys, what do you want for dinner?
03:39 - Of course, I agree with you.
03:40 - What are the three options?
03:41 It's pasta, salmon, and what?
03:42 - Salad.
03:43 - Oh, let's do pasta and salmon.
03:46 - And salad.
03:46 - All right.
03:48 We've got a verdict.
03:49 It's all three.
03:50 Jake, who wants to help me set the table?
03:53 - I'll help.
03:54 - It's only Jake, isn't it?
03:54 Okay.
03:55 I feel so relaxed.
03:58 I feel like I'm finally in a place
04:00 where I can breathe and just relax with my husband.
04:04 Thank you.
04:05 Being married is the best.
04:06 I'm obsessed with Elliot.
04:07 When we're together, it's just calm and quiet,
04:09 so this house to us feels that way.
04:11 We're in the kitchen.
04:15 We all kind of have a job now.
04:17 I feel like you guys are panicking.
04:20 (upbeat music)
04:22 So right now, I'm just grounding up these pieces of garlic.
04:26 I'd like to hear what you're doing, too.
04:28 - Well, we're salmoning all over the place.
04:31 - Can you tell it's the first time we've ever-
04:33 - It's pretty obvious.
04:35 - This is definitely the first time
04:37 we've all cooked together.
04:38 This shall be interesting.
04:39 - Wait, you put the pasta in already?
04:41 - Oh God, you guys.
04:42 Allie, what do you mean you put the pasta in?
04:45 - I did not see it rolling boil.
04:46 - I swept my knife.
04:48 - How do you mess up pasta?
04:49 - I didn't, it was boiling.
04:51 - No, I didn't.
04:52 - Fun fact for you,
04:53 the girl that put the pasta into the water too early,
04:56 do you want to tell them a fun fact about yourself?
04:58 - I went to cordon bleu.
05:00 (laughing)
05:02 - Why is there an octopus on the table, Elliot?
05:12 - I wanted to deliver it to my cousin, Jake.
05:14 - Thank you, Jake.
05:16 I appreciate it.
05:18 - Wow, he's so pretty.
05:21 - I'm so happy you could join us.
05:23 - That's really good.
05:25 - Slayed it, right?
05:25 - Jake's wearing your apron.
05:27 - Oh yeah, sorry, do you mind?
05:29 - That's my apron.
05:29 - I know, I'm sorry.
05:31 - Explain that Jake's not our cousin.
05:36 - Oh right, yeah, Jake's not our cousin.
05:38 (laughing)
05:40 - I said I felt much calmer.
05:42 - Yeah.
05:43 - Now that the wedding stuff is over.
05:45 - I would agree with that.
05:47 - Cheers to summer, friends, family, laughter, sunlight.
05:52 - Sunlight.
05:53 - Thank you for coming to dinner.
05:55 Love you guys.
05:56 - I'm Jake.
05:57 - I'm gonna walk you out
05:58 'cause it is time to shut this house down.
06:00 Come on.
06:01 Thank you guys so much for coming along with me today.
06:05 I had the best time
06:06 and I hope you guys have the best summer.
