00:03 A court has heard how a major County Lines conspiracy to supply crack and heroin to Chesterfield from Sheffield was foiled by undercover police officers.
00:12 Chesterfield dealers, who are often addicts themselves, were foiled trying to sell crack and cocaine as well as heroin to plainclothes police officers in Chesterfield.
00:21 They were provided with the drugs by bosses from Sheffield who were responsible for organising phone lines, vehicles, recruitment and the payment of wages.
00:29 Two defendants from Chesterfield were jailed for nearly five and a half years for their involvement, while another two were handed suspended sentences.
00:36 Two more defendants from Sheffield were jailed for their more serious involvement in supplying and managing the operation.
