00:03Investigations are continuing following the death of the pilot of a light aircraft
00:07that crashed at an industrial estate near Chesterfield yesterday.
00:11Emergency services were called to land off Sheetbridge Lane in Sheetbridge
00:14just after 9am following reports that a light aircraft had come down.
00:19Firefighters from Chesterfield Community Fire Station,
00:21Claycross Fire Station and Staveley Fire Station attended,
00:24alongside Derbyshire Police and East Ambulance Service.
00:28An investigation into the circumstances behind the incident is ongoing.
00:34Two drug dealers who used vulnerable children as cocaine mules
00:37have been jailed for more than 11 years.
00:40Nathaniel Brown, aged 35,
00:42led the gang which sold drugs across Chesterfield and the Derbyshire Dales.
00:46Brown's right-hand man, Joshua Newbold, carried out the day-to-day dealings.
00:50The pair used children to deliver drugs to users,
00:52leaving them under doormats, on car tyres and even posting them through letterboxes.
00:57Dramatic footage shows a police stop a Mercedes vehicle
01:00that Brown and Newbold were travelling in in Renishaw in June last year.
01:04Band driver Newbold rammed the police car while Brown ran off,
01:08but he was chased by officers who found him nearby.
01:11Several mobile phones and a lockknife were found in the car and seized.
01:15Newbold and Brown were arrested but later released on police bail.
01:18Months later, officers followed an Audi through Chesterfield
01:21that was mounting pavements and driving at oncoming traffic.
01:24The car was found shortly afterwards at a business centre in Barrow Hill,
01:27with Newbold and Brown seen by witnesses taking items from the boot.
01:31Officers were told the pair were arguing before throwing a bag into nearby bushes.
01:35The bag was recovered and found to contain 15 smaller bags of cocaine.
01:39Cash, drugs and weapons were also found when their homes were raided.
01:42They were arrested and charged with a string of offences,
01:45including conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
01:48Newbold was also charged with driving whilst disqualified,
01:51dangerous driving and possession of a bladed article.
01:54They initially denied the offences,
01:56but pleaded guilty on the first day of their trial at Derby Crown Court.
01:59Newbold from Ekington was jailed for 5 years and 4 months,
02:02while Brown of Sheffield was jailed for 6 years and 3 months.
